The food was as always excellent but this time the waiter must have had a bad evening. Therefore we didn’t felt that we wanted to pay the optional service charge and when we told him that his was almost a bit angry…

Great place, really know how to cook a steak, we went back twice. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the menu has a great range of steaks as well as other foods.

Very kind and efficient. The only restaurant that welcomed us at 9.30 pm with a little girl who wanted to taste the typical London fish & chips.

Great attentive service from beginning to end. Our waiter was really efficient & friendly. The food was delicious, my husband has never been so quietly happy throughout a meal as he was concentrating on cooking (& eating) his steak to perfection on the hot stone on his plate! They kindly removed the cost of my dessert off the bill as it was my birthday & put a sparkler in it, which was enough of a fuss for me (as it could have been a loud rendition of Happy Birthday instead).

Really great place went here for my sis 30th 9 of us went booked up waited 10mins got free Proscesso on the house because of sis birthday sat outside heated aswell so no one was complaining about the cold really great service brilliant food couldn't do more for u highly recommended.

Steakhouse between Leicester Square and Trafalgar Square, offering good quality cuts and meat dishes. Be careful what you wear, the fumes of butter melting on the hot plates could make your clothes smell great!

Absolute highlight, there was a queue even though we had reserved, but the staff was still very friendly. The food is pricey, but it is delicious. The meat on a hot stone is the best thing in this restaurant. There was even a little explanation on how to do it.

Worst experience ever, the waiter was so rude he didn’t want to serve us. He shut us down for every question. We were forced to order stone experience for us all including kids as we were given impression everything is almost not halal. He wasnt interested in discussing the sauces. He also said us to move seats or the table wont fit the plates. So why is your set up like that? If everyone orders stone experience how comes we can’t sit how we want? Some of my family member don’t eat much meat but we ended up having to order a stone experience for us all. He was very unfriendly and snappy. He didn’t want to talk to us nor make our experience even ok. He wasn’t in the blue shirt - the blue shirt guys were actuslly pleasant as they welcomes us in and out of the restaurant. I am truely dissapointed to spend £240 and have the worst customer service ever and we always go out to eat atleast one time a week. I wasted my money and am truely dissappointed. If the waiter works there I would never ever go there. Also, you shouldn’t still have the ramadan menu it is very confusing. How can only that menu be halal? What hsppens 2 months after? I wanted the lunch menu and rushed there for it. So dissapointed and it was supposed to be a good meal out to celebrate my son 7th birthday.

Lovely, kind serve staff who were very attentive throughout. The steak - 6oz South American Rump is pictured, cooked medium rare - was fabulous!

Just had my 4 visit now to this great place. Food is very tasty and this time I tried the burrata starter and I must say it’s absolutely gorgeous. The evening was made much nicer with our waiter Farhan m who was very efficient and a happy waiter who obviously loves his job

We had a VIP treatment as Manager (Mr Diego) made it happened. Denise looked after us but all of them are actually friendly and warm. Food was divine. Steak melts in my mouth. It tasted as good as it looks. Will definitely recommend this restaurant (Leicester Square Branch esp).

Unfortunately, the music is way too loud, so the conversations are getting louder and louder. The two rump steaks are sold out, so only the even more expensive version is available. £170 for 3 people wasn't worth it.

Bad steak, worst cut ever, Bad experience

We went to Steak and Co for my birthday dinner! My Boyfriend booked the table and he made a note that it was for my birthday. When we arrived they welcomed us and even started singing to me! It was so cute! The service the whole time was stunning and so friendly! Everyone really wants to give you an amazing experience. The food itself was the best steak I ever had we got the T-bone! Marela was so sweet and attentive! She made sure that everything was perfect! She really made the whole experience 5*!! One our way out we noticed that they gave me the dessert on the house! Which again made my birthday even more special and memorable! The General Manager Diego and my boyfriend instantly became friends as well! He welcomed us and made me feel like we were home! I would definitely recommend this restaurant and I'm definitely coming back! Thank you ever so much!

Service was good. Food was mediocre or worse. Medium rare steaks were almost well done instead. Service recovery was via complimentary dessert and coffee as I did not believe in sending back the steaks and wasting them. But I provided feedback

We had a great birthday dinner at Steak and Co Leicester Square. The restaurant manager Diego made us feel very welcome and explained the steak ordering process to us. Cooking the steaks on the stones was very enjoyable and the food was delicious. To improve I would like to see some kind of extractor fans/air conditioning as when multiple people are cooking on the steak stones the room gets quite smokey and very hot.

Good steakhouse (chain) in central London. Varied menu at slightly higher prices. Above all, the cauliflower is worth highlighting as a side dish/starter. Delicious! Otherwise very busy. --> nothing for a quiet evening, but recommended for a sociable evening.

Everything is OK. Food, drink, service. And the most important thing in the central city is availability. Every time that I was here, without reservation, here exists a table for me.

We received the warmest welcome when we arrived at the restaurant, it really was lovely. The team were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Excellent all round dining experience...courses were evenly spaced not rushed, quality of dishes was exceptional and service was second to none!

Excellent place and really delivers on what it advertises. If you're looking for steaks, potatoes, and veggies wrapped up with a bow, you've got it. We ate sirloin and rib-eye, and the addition of the hot stone made it a really entertaining experience. The green peppercorn and bernaise sauces are excellent, and the butter we used to sear the steaks was delicious. Truffle mash and charred broccoli were the perfect pairing for the steaks. Dessert was chocolate fondant with vanilla ice-cream, really tasty and not overly sweet. The interior is great, the staff is kind and witty, we enjoyed eating here and will be coming back.

We arrived late and many other places were closed. We had a terrific late dinner. The fried goat cheese and the steak were great. The service by Cesar was super-friendly and made us feel so welcome.

Very accommodating to large groups. Was easy to book and edit reservation. Has vegetarian and halal options (separate menu). Servers were very kind and attentive. The owner/manager even popped round at one point to make sure everything was fine. (Enclosed space with all the smoke can make it a bit overwhelming for some people.)

Fantastic service, food, and location. The server gave us champagne to celebrate our honeymoon! Huge plus. Food was excellent, perfectly cooked. The only downside I see is the atmosphere. And by that I mean the people that kept burning their steaks on the hot stones. I am not one bit opposed to the smell of cooking steak, it's a steakhouse for gods-sake, but multiple times the people that were cooking on the hot stones burned their steak to the point of smoking out the room.

I have been inkling to try this restaurant and experience it and I was not disappointed. We were greeted by the lady manager with all her smile and happily lead us to our reservation seats. It was my niece's birthday and wanted to celebrate it in central London which initially was a terrible ideas because it was Sunday and of course lots of people probably celebrating too. We were turned down in our chosen restaurant be cause we were a big group and reservations were not available during weekends so we were told "its 2 hours estimated waiting time".. we waited but along the way we could see the staff kept allowing and giving tables for small group customer so there was no way they are planning to take us on board eventhough we physically stayed inside (because it was cold daytoo!) to wait patiently. In other words,after almost 1.5 hrs,we left and end up here. What a relief!.,we were accommodated and the fun begun..we were given a very cheery pleasantly staff who catered us the whole time. All orders were taken and served in good timings. And the food..,as in, the steaks were just perfect! My only regret was,I should have got the steak on the stone because there were more tasty and hot.,it was fun cooking your steaks to your likings with all those smoke rising and a delicious smells on air! 😁 They are more expensive but it's worth it..,I had fun watching my nieces cooking the steaks and looks satisfied on their meal,so next time with same or additional group of family with me,I would order it. The mac&cheese,mash tatoes and chips were perfectly cooked too. I like the chips more,hope to get a couple more sticks next time,pls?🤗?..We were nicely looked after by the free-spirited staff (restaurant needs more like him,he brings positive aura!) And they have given my niece a free bday piece of cake as a token gift,,aaww🤗! Overall, we enjoyed our food,the ambiance,the services, that we'll definitely comeback again and would recommend to friends and family,too. Thank you for such a wonderful experienced. Me and my partner came in for our anniversary a couple of nights ago and wow. We arrived and were greeted by Diego the GM and he has to be the friendliest and most passionate worker I've ever met. we were given a glass of prosecco each and taken to our seats. Our server i didn't catch his name was so polite and friendly kept our drinks topped up and catered to our needs. The food was unbelievable cooked perfectly and very well priced Would 10000% recommend

Visited the place alone, staff are friendly and service is excellent. The steak was cooked perfectly to my liking. Halal menu is limited, but it do the trick. Definitely to be visited again if I am in the area.

We arrived at 6:15 pm on Saturday night without a reservation. Hostess said they were booked up until 9:00 pm. General Managee Diego A.Vargas Osario came out and told us if we would come by the bar, and wait a few minutes, he would find us a table for 4. We had to wait about 15 minutes, and he found us a table. Wonderful experience, great food and service, and wonderful atmosphere. We were so pleased and happy, he found us a table.

There’s a rude petite brown lady that works there, she’s got few screws loose. She worked there Saturday night. She refused to attend to me and my friends so we had to leave.

Pure kindness. This is a weird review in that we've never eaten at Steak & Co but when one of our group fell over outside the restaurant Diego, the general manager was first on the scene with a chair, an offer of water and ice (for the head swelling!!!). If they are that kind for people not eating at the restaurant God knows what they are like for the real customers. A wonderful business, worth supporting. Thank you Diego!

I would have given this 5* but after the pandemic they removed the most popular sizzling plates. I used to go frequently to this place, loved it as it was a great price and a wonderful idea to cook your own. To look at the menu now, it is extortionate for a normal steak and although the sizzling platter has now returned, it is not the same.

In the heart of covent garden. Reasonable prices and great food. My steak was cooked to perfection. Chips and some garlic prawns for some surf and turf action.
