The food and service is really good.

The service in particular was great. I was sat on a nice comfortable sofa not right next to other diners, so everyone had space. I had Eggs Benedict and English Breakfast Tea. The poached egg was perfectly cooked. The restaurant was calm - I visited for a late breakfast just before main lunch.

Shoaib was very professional while serving us during our Christmas dinner , he was always helpful, and smiling at all times

The food here is brilliant. There is lots of variation and great dessert options. The service here is always great, especially our server Alex who gave us quite a few laughs. Also had good music at a good sound level.

The whisky tasted like old cigarettes/ ash tray. The pub needs to be deep cleaned and repainted. The staff are good and friendly Something was wrong with my drink, it cost £11.00 and I had one sip and couldn't finish it. It was disgusting so it was a disappointment coming here, previously I had a good experience but the black label whisky... Something is wrong with it.

Alex was a delight to be served by, absolute treat from start to finish, fabulous food and atmosphere. Don’t tackle the pancake challenge unless you’re prepared for a battle 😂 the kids barely made it through 1 portion it was so generous and decadent. Lovely decor which was perfect for my instagram obsessed daughter and gave the place an elegant cozy vibe. Such a perfect location just mere minutes from the station. Will definitely be returning soon.

Attempted the pancake challenge with my darling daughter and let me tell you, it was quite the challenge. We were served by Alex who was a treat, had a good old laugh with him and he took our orders efficiently 🤣. My daughter barely made it past one pancake as they were so fufilling and generous with the portions. I however powered through and absolutely scoffed down numerous stacks. Brilliant location, just minutes away from Victoria Station. Will be returning soon for round 2 of the challenge. Bills, you aren’t ready for us 🤣🤣

We had a wonderful dining experience at Bill’s. The food was absolutely delicious, and I would give it five stars without hesitation. Every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The only slight downside was the service, as despite having a reservation, we were served a little later than expected. However, the staff was very friendly and professional, and this didn't take away from our overall experience. The atmosphere of the restaurant was charming — the music and decorations created a lovely ambiance that made our lunch even more enjoyable. A special thank you to our waiter, Shoaib, who was incredibly patient and understanding with us as tourists. He made us feel very welcome, and his service was exceptional. Would definitely recommend and return!

I am very happy that they have people who speak Spanish, Elena served us very pleasantly, she explained the menu to us in Spanish, she was very attentive. The food was very delicious, everything arrived on time, my children were happy with their burgers. I will go again.

Absolutely fantastic food from portion size to quality of cooking - a lovely spot to find in Victoria - our waitress Madaliha was friendly and attentive the entire time, thank you very much!!

At the beginning of this year, we were in this establishment and we really liked it. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the interior beautiful. The service is fast and the payment methods are very convenient and practical. We recently visited the restaurant again and I was quite disappointed compared to our previous visit. The food came pretty damn fast and judging by the hot plate I strongly believe that this food was not cooked at times but just reheated in the microwave. Overall, I found the quality of the food to be subpar. When you visit a restaurant like this, you expect at least freshly prepared food. I would not visit again.

Food was fine. Steaks cooked to order and an issue with a burger was rectified very quickly without any hassle. Gluten free options were very good lots of variety. Pictured is the chicken shawarma gluten free. When ordering I was asked if gluten free was a preference or an allergy. I’m not sure how this is relevant because if someone is asking for gluten free all efforts should be taken to make the food gluten free. The chicken was bland and the salad was a bit excessive. Drinks were quick to arrive when ordered. 4/5.

Bill’s was the perfect place for a morning brunch and catch up with a friend. The atmosphere was bustling and cosy and food was cheap compared to its great quantity and taste. I had wanted to come here after ALMOST walking in a Bill’s in Cardiff after a night out, and today in London it really hit the spot!

Based on accessibility only. Tables are far too tight together. We couldn't have got the wheelchair through. Disabled toilet is too small to get most modern wheelchairs in and it would be impossible to transfer yourself and no room for a carer. Also as the only ground floor toilet and not radar locked it's filthy as everyone is using it!

Food was average at best, service is poor yet a 12.5% service charge is levied to the bill. You can’t remove it from the ‘pay at table’ app and it’s nearly impossible to get a waiter to do the bill for you - ‘just use the app’ and walked away. Don’t bother, there are better places to eat!

It’s a very cozy and lovely place. We had a lovely experience the food it was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful with the menu.

Food was decent certainly some good flavours if not the best value for money. The trip can drink was a total bump but hey ho; at least it tasted alright. What a great spot though. And you can glam up the night or do a casual moment it all works here. Elena was lovely. Happily moved me to a comfy seat and kept an eye on me. Bill’s was decent. Slightly better than I thought it was gonna be with such an incongruous name for an eatery.
