Bill's Victoria Restaurant in City of London, Westminster

Came here for brunch after a night in London. The weather was bright sunshine and I was sat with a view of Westminster Cathedral. Waitstaff were lovely and accommodating and the food was great!

Beautiful place, Lucia was very kind and welcomed us as if we were at home. Amazing breakfast. Recommended

Wonderful experience and food! Staff was very helpful and worked as a team. Place is quite cramped but still cozy. I recommend the vegetarian dishes: good portion sizes. Me and my partner dined for £30 and left very satisfied! Our waiter was a woman.. I forgot her name, I think it was "Luciana" or something similar. She was lovely.

Placed us upstairs despite having a buggy and no lift. No baby changing facilities

We were looking for an English breakfast and here we found it. The food was very good and traditional English. The staff was super kind and helpful, ready to make the customer feel at ease. The dishes are very abundant and filling even if you are particularly hungry.

Alex looked after us today. Quick with service and very friendly will come back

We went to Bills before seeing Wicked. Our waitress, Elena, was so friendly and helpful and really treated the children nicely. We had a great lunch.

Came for an early dinner pre theatre. Sandeep provided excellent service and food was delicious. Had a cheese burger with rosemary fries and cinnamon donuts which everyone should try.

The service was normal nothing special a little slow. The atmosphere was nice a little close together but nice. But the food and tea was nearly inconsumable. The breakfast tea was water in a pot with the faintest of tea taste, wasn’t expecting Fortnum and Mason but a little flavor please. The pancakes were a gummy mess really hard to choke down. As for the sausage roll and eggs Benedict I didn’t care for them, they had a weird flavor.

Loud construction. Was cold out but would only seat us outside. Server never came back to table but also was not around to flag down to get anything. Over priced for food quality

Great menu with plenty of vegan and gluten free options. We had gf pancakes and a plant plate (vegan fry up). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially Alex was great! For mothersday they offered free fizz for the mums ❤️

Bills in Victoria place had a beautiful atmosphere, the servers were friendly and kind. The food was delicious and presented well on the place. The lady at the front desk, Lucia was especially lovely and kind and her service was impeccable. I highly recommend!

I tend to use Bills Victoria for breakfast when staying in the area. It’s a comfortable little haven to gather one’s thoughts for the day. The service is prompt, polite, and efficient (particularly so today)! I always have Eggs Benedict which is remarkably consistent with the eggs cooked to perfection. All in all, a decent breakfast in pleasant surroundings for a reasonable price (for London)

What a wonderful dining experience all around!! Chelsea started off very well with a wonderful smile and attentive mindset. We started with the chorizo and chilli honey with warm pita bread and some wine. The wife got the Truffel chicken which was superb and I got the Halloumi Shawarma. The Shawarma was unreal good and so flavorful. We loved this place.

All the staff were very welcoming, warm and professional from our initial greeting up till a friendly goodbye as we exited. The food was good value and we had a jolly time.

We came here to eat after a show nearby. Even though we had made a reservation prior to our arrival we were told at the entrance that they would be closing soon and that we should be quick… Food was OK and quite reasonably priced.

I booked in advance for Saturday 11.45 and was served by friendly staff who took my order and served me really quickly. Couldn’t fault it. Buttermilk chicken pancakes were delicious! And the banana colada cocktail was good too.

Enjoyed an early dinner and glass of wine with a friend. Food was delicious. Service from Betsy was fantastic! Looked after us very well.

We came in here as u know that there is no booking needed the manager and the women handling the open door were too rude with us !!! It’s unacceptable We’ve never seen such bad behavior with tourists before what a SHAME !!

Honestly poor customer service, the pancakes not made right at all under cooked it was almost rushing them out as quick as possible, rather then quality control. After complaining to the manager best she could have done is apologise and said I'll sort this out for you but just looked at me like she was not sure what to say. I'll try another time and see if it's better maybe the chef just had a bad day which happens. Will update you part 2
