We came here for brunch and Shoiab and Amber were great and the service was perfect. The food was all good and bought out quickly. Would definitely come back!

Mangiato benissimo, eravamo in tre, io intollerante al lattosio e mia sorella allergica al pesce, Lucia è stata gentilissima nel seguirci e consigliarci cosa prendere, venendo incontro alle nostre problematiche e rendendoci il brunch un momento spensierato!!! Grazieeeeeee!!!!

Bienvenida amable. Gran servicio buena taza de té y servicio rápido bien hecho. El personal era muy amable y limpio.

Nos atendieron muy bien! Sandeep cuidó de nosotros, y estaba muy atento a nuestras necesidades. Tanto la comida como la bebida eran buenas - pero el servicio fue lo más destacado! Es genial recibir ‘servicio como debe ser! ’ Gracias.

He estado en esta sucursal de Bill varias veces. Hoy he ido a comer. La comida estaba bien (aunque por qué sofocan las patatas fritas en sal no tengo ni idea y tuve que enviarlas de vuelta). Sin embargo, el servicio es casi inexistente debido a una evidente falta de coordinación. No se ofreció agua, la comida llegó antes de las bebidas (que se llevó y se trajo de vuelta frío) y tomó siglos para despejar. No se recomienda.

Excellent breakfast! 7 day trip all over the UK and this was the best breakfast we had anywhere! Madeline was our server and she couldn’t have been better! 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

It didn’t allow payments with cash, which is the most basic way to make trade. I was forced to use card. Moreover, there was no signs announcing it neither the waitress informed before the order.

Situated centrally in Victoria, this is a little crowded but fine for a quick easy. Service was good at the start of our visit, but became slower.

I get the hype. It is a beautiful venue. Very busy which leads to more people. However, for us, the food was simple below average. Pity !

Very busy and food options not very inspiring. Chose a burger which turned up fridge cold, not sure what happened there. But great service and no quibble changing the burger. Pricey for what you get but it is London Central. Not many good options in Victoria any more, should have walked a bit further.

My husband and I came here on vacation for breakfast and absolutely loved it! He got the eggs Benedict and I got the Biscoff pancakes. Both were very yummy! The service was great and we both thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance and atmosphere.

The food was tasty. Service was shockingly slow as a customer you felt ignored or dismissed definate underling radical bias by waiting staff. Elements of the order did not arrive, but did appear on the bill! The general atmosphere of the area was good. Cold and hostile in the actual restaurant..

Plenty of seats in the restaurant split over 2 floors and some outside seating too. The menu had plenty to choose from both food and drinks wise. We weren't waiting to long for our food to come and and it was cooked well and tatlsted good.

Not a great experience. The food was not the best. The kids chicken burger was terrible. Just a bland tiny piece of chicken breast that is lost in a big plain bun. The guy that took our order wasn’t the friendliest. The place wasn’t busy but service was slow. Beata that took the payment was extremely rude.

This is an excellent place to hang out with friends. Food and drink of a good standard and reasonably priced for central London. The best part is that the staff all have the right attitude -friendly, efficient, helpful. Our server, Lily, was delightful and with just the right warm, helpful attitude. She deserves a raise or at least a generous bonus.

Bog standard Bill’s. I think 95% of the people there when we visited were pre-theatre diners and the restaurant team handled the need to get everyone served in a condensed period of time very well. Our server was great and mains arrived 15 mins after we walked in the door. Food was average to good - exactly what you’d expect for a chain. Main meal with no alcohol or dessert and only soft drinks was £55 for two including tip. Cheap for London. It is loud - like- borderline nightclub loud. But other than that if you want somewhere reliable before a show, this is a good bet. Booking absolutely essential.

As expected :) juicy pancakes and avocado sandwiches with tomato salad and poached eggs. Breakfast bundle £10. Definitely worth the money!

Visiting from US. Wanted to try Bill’s Victoria and my traveling companions obliged me. We all loved it. The food was fantastic. They were thrilled with the choice. Our server Chelsea was professional and offered helpful information on various dishes we enquired about. It was very loud inside (minus one star) so we ate on the patio so we could chat. Chelsea—thank you for patiently answering non dining related questions from tourists!!

We were served by Chelsea, who was great. Celery was delicious. COYS.

The service was friendly and the food was great. The pancakes and avacado toast we large portion and very filling. The staff all greeted us and were welcoming which is hard to find in London. I would recommend for a great breakfast experience.

Came here for brunch after a night in London. The weather was bright sunshine and I was sat with a view of Westminster Cathedral. Waitstaff were lovely and accommodating and the food was great!

Wonderful experience and food! Staff was very helpful and worked as a team. Place is quite cramped but still cozy. I recommend the vegetarian dishes: good portion sizes. Me and my partner dined for £30 and left very satisfied! Our waiter was a woman.. I forgot her name, I think it was "Luciana" or something similar. She was lovely.
