We tasted the Smash burger. The burger was quite successful, and the potato portions were sufficient. The waiters were friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend it. This is one of the best smash burgers in town.

We had the good fortune to go to eat there after a fairly intense morning getting to know the city. We ordered hamburgers and they were all delicious. The attentive and friendly service. I completely recommend! We will return for sure!

Honest Burgers always provide prefect quality burgers and chips. They cater for Gluten Free like it's a normal diet, be it allergy or not! Yet to have a bad meal at any of the chains!

I recently visited Honest Burger and had an unfortunate experience with the service. Despite arriving with the intention to dine in, the waiter informed us that we couldn’t stay and had to take our food as takeaway, even though the restaurant seemed to have space for dining. This made us feel unwelcome, which is disappointing from a brand like Honest Burger. I hope the management addresses this issue and ensures that customers feel valued and accommodated in the future. Dining out should be an enjoyable experience, and this was far from it.

As a regular, I can confidently say this burger place never disappoints. The quality is consistently excellent, but the Wilderbee Hot Honey burger was a standout. It went beyond my expectations with its perfect balance of flavours. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a top-tier burger experience!

Very good option to eat tasty and well-priced food in London. Abundant portions and a children's menu at a very good price for the amount of food it includes. The potatoes are homemade and it shows, the meat is tasty and cooked to the point you want. Very friendly and attentive staff, I recommend 100%

Average & over cooked. Went here last minute before a show and the place is ok. Had a smash burger and it was the weirdest burger, which was way bigger than the bun and seemed over cooked like the chips. If I wasn't on a timetable I'd have asked it to be redone

We went in to grab a burger and there was no one to greet us. There were empty tables and since no one was there we helped ourselves and headed towards an empty table. A guy appeared out of nowhere and just asked us what we were doing and basically ushered us out. I told him that he was being extremely rude and he didn’t even bother. Long story short, I’m never setting foot in an honest burgers restaurant again.

Food was quite ok. We got something on a Saturday even without a reservation - we had to wait 15 minutes. It's better to make reservations in this area. The burgers were quite good. The service was rather messy. The ambience is ok. You can go there, but you don't have to.

We went there as a group of 4 ppl. Place was nice and cozy. We were seated upstairs. When the food arrived one of the plate looked a bit empty and the Fries portion was smaller than the others so we asked if we can add some more fries as the portion is not big enough. This was not a problem. The service was great the girl was friendly and helpful.

Burger menus are average, more detailed information could have been given about the burger ingredients, there was bacon, I didn't read it anywhere in the option I chose on the menu.

Beef burger (cooked medium/pink) was good.

One of the best burgers I've ever eaten in my life. The rosemary fries are amazing. The fact that they are included in the price is a big plus. The service was fast, helpful and nice. I heartily recommend it. It's a pity you're so far away :)

He was very attentive and put a large smile on my face :D Personally I find that a tomato completes the burger perfectly because of the juices it creates and I love to dip my rosemary chips in it! I asked him if it was possible for me to have a tomato although it wasn’t stated on the menu.. he said yes and I am so grateful because I think this might be the best honest burger I’ve ever had!!! Yum yum yum! Totally stumbled across this place and it was fantastic - delicious burger and great value for money in the “deal” - Burger & Chips, a side and a drink for £20.50! Great service and cool atmosphere

First of all, I came to the restaurant at 9:45 at night and they received me without a reservation. I was coming because the meat burger was halal, so I discovered from the waitress that all of their meat is not halal (slaughtered by electric shock). As for the chicken, it is the only halal they have. Literally, the chicken was very, very delicious. I tried it. They have delicious buffalo chicken. Once there is something they have that I don't like. They take your order. The first thing they offer is a cola. It comes to you and it is open, and its taste changes if the order comes.

There were five of us there for dinner as a family. The service was okay, British politeness, but nothing more. And now for the important thing, the food. In terms of taste, it's one of the worst things I've gotten in a burger shop. In addition to the quality, the preparation was also not right. Instead of medium, completely done and the other burger with fake cheese. The only thing that is ok is the price, especially if you are traveling with children, as there are special offers for kids. But nothing more. Can't recommend this burger shop. The basement is really bad, the toilet and kitchen are right next door and every public toilet is cleaner than the toilet than in this restaurant. Angular. I think the health department should check this store.

Had a lovely meal at brewer street. Our waitress Eva was a credit to honest burger and was so helpful in navigating what was gluten free. The hot honey burger and onion rings were unreal, will definitely be visiting again x

Overall, it had less fragrance and was good because it was less salty than other places. The onion rings and buffalo wings were delicious.

Ordered “Smashed by Honest” and it was perfect! It comes with yummy crispy rosemary fries. For me it’s small burger, so better order double smashed. We also tried the chicken and it was decent. The place is usually busy, so we have reserved ahead.

Came here after hearing they have Londons best vegan burger - did not disappoint!! Honest Burger is one of those “craft” fancy burger joints - with beautiful decor & fun vibes. Staff was great. Service was fast even during a busy lunch rush. The vegan burger was amaaaazing!! The patty was cooked perfect & it was loaded with vegan cheese, crispy onions & vegan bacon! The bun was perfect & the rosemary fries were superrrrr crispy & just WOW! They do offer amazing vegan burgers here! We only got the vegan burgers but from what we saw at other tables, their regular burgers also looked high end & worthy of hype!

Honest Burgers are good and tasty. Cosy place with friendly staff serving us. We had the Honest Burger, onion rings, chicken wings and a salad. All tasted good. The homemade lemonade was refreshing. If you like mint, they also have homemade mint lemonade.

I hadn't been to Honest Burgers since it was a tiny place in Brixton market 10 years ago. I had high expectations because my experience then was so good, and those expectations were met. Amazing service, burgers just like I remembered them.

A good place to eat some cheap Burgers for being London, we have payd around 15 pounds per Burger which includes fries of high quality. Everything perfect, the only thing I can complain is eat in a bar, anyway the waiter was so Kind with us.

WOULD NOT COME AGAIN. Service was extremely bad, went here with my daughter for dinner. We were given dirty cutlery and were told that it was just the ‘design’ (we could scrape off the dirt). Our waiter handled the bins shortly before handling our food. Quite disgusted to see such service I WOULD NOT COME AGAIN. The green salad was not appetising at all and looked far from a salad. the chicken was very salty. service was extremely slow and the waiter clearly did not want to be here. I highly recommended to eat somewhere else. Don’t waste your money

The hamburger was delicious, but there was a 20% service charge. Since it was my first time eating out since I arrived in London yesterday, I thought it was normal, but they said 15% is normal even if it is 10%-12% more expensive. Be sure to check the service charge.

Very friendly staff, I go there regularly…. However, to often, they have “lost” my order, leading me to wait an hour and then going back to work empty handed. Unfortunately because of how regular this issue is, I won’t be back 😑 thanks for all the previous times when it went well. I think a system update is in order

La comida es correcta en cantidad y calidad respecto al precio.Servicio bueno, se preocupan de atender rápido para favorecer la rotación. No es sitio para sobremesas. Higiene muy muy mejorable. Las latas estaban abolladas. Trajeron la lata de cerveza (sucía) dentro de la jarra para beber.

Better than a McDonald's but with room for improvement. The food is correct in quantity and quality for the price. The service is good, they make sure that the tables are served quickly, also to encourage rotation. It's not the place to make a coffee table. What can be improved very much is hygiene!! Cleaning is very poor. The drink cans were bulging. They brought the (dirty) beer can into the jug to drink.

Visited today for quick burger and wasn't disappointed. I've gone for their local burger which has very interesting sauce in it, liked it a lot with this extra spicy kick. Chips were just all right thou. Service was quick, space was clean, staff was friendly. Should have stayed a little longer and had a look around but I had event to attend at FP. Next time.

After a long day of work, we were looking for somewhere to eat that wasn’t a long wait and dress code, as soon as I walked in I felt the relaxed atmosphere in the air with staff and customers looking chilled and satisfied, we were seated in a nice two person area, with a communicative staff and relaxed music playing in the background it was a great eating environment. A massive shoutout to Nate the supervisor who was on shift, he greeted, showed us to our seats and really interacted with us, the food was absolutely blinding 5*****

Worst experience EVER!!! Staff is so rude (especially the short local guy in the early evening shift on August 12) & food is so dirty my husband got SO sick from this place we had to get him a doctor in the middle of the night while we are on vacation and with two kids a lone. First time we went, they refused to give us a table even though there was an empty table and a full empty bar!! They said they were expecting a big group of 15?? which doesn’t make sense bcz it’s first come first serve and NO ONE from the group was there - while we were there with our two young kids!! Two days later I got a takeaway burger for my husband to try it in on our air bnb which is 2 minutes away, not only did he not like it, he got severely food poisoned!! He had every symptom of food poisoning you could think of and the worst pain ever!! What a shame that a place like this is allowed to operate in such a busy area. This is more than just bad food that doesn’t taste good or a rude waiter that ruins your evening, this is playing with people’s health!!!

Amazing burger joint near Piccadilly with vegan (Beyond Meat) burgers. I ordered the Plant Burger with chipotle mayo, Violife smoky cheddar, mustard, lettuce & pickles. Fantastic burger. The fries served Rosemary fries. My partner ordered the Southern Fried Fritter with a Fritter, chipotle mayo, cheddar and seasonal coke slaw. He enjoyed the burger and the fries. Overall, good meal and service.

I wanted to say an extra special thank you to all the staff working last night. My mother sent back her burger twice as she hadn't understood how cooked medium rare was. The staff stayed calm and cooked her burger as much as she wanted. They also deducted her meal from our bill. The waitresses stayed calm and patient throughout. Lovely food and lovely staff!
