Excellent burger cooked properly and very tasty. The side of chips with rosemary are delicious. The service was kind and friendly and also helpful. We waited just long enough for our burger. Try it!! Everything is gluten free Cost in line with London prices

They were the smallest burgers I've ever eaten and the onions were burnt. They need to improve.

Cracking meal here on Monday for 4 people. The tribute burger cooked pink was as good as always and the place never disappoints. Always get the gravy to dip your fries, goes so well with the rosemary.

It was my first time at this chain. I have to say that the vegan burger was all right only. Plenty of sauce which masked the taste of the burger. Fries were salty, like the old time. :-) Drinks were good.

Honest burger never disappoints

I’m not a burger person but I really like their burger and chips to the point I recommend it to everyone! Last week, I got rosemary chips for takeaway as I wasn’t feeling very hungry but very excited because I love their chips! Turns out, all of the chips I got were soggy and not fresh at all. I felt disappointed. Still a fan of them, would suggest having a quick check of your takeaways before you carry them out!

Too good. Great meat cooked to the customer's taste. Just the right balance of bacon, cucumber and lettuce sauce. Rosemary-scented chips cooked but not dry or burnt. A nice mix in the center of London. A reason not to be vegan for a day

Food was overwhelmingly strong with truffle. And I LOVE truffle. But this was not it. The fries are hard and taste like they’ve been re-cooked. The burger itself was not appealing, and the onion rings had at most a slither of onion in them. UPDATE - threw up all night.

Delicious burgers! The rosemary fries taste really good, and every spot seems to have a different selection of local beers. Gluten free beers and burger buns are available. Service was quick and very friendly.

I went to the store around 11:30am. No waiting time. The caramelized onions were well-balanced, and the meat and potatoes were generally delicious. They also cater to vegans, vegetarians, and allergies. I'll visit you again.

Ordered for takeout. The service was fast and the atmosphere was good if a bit cramped.The buffalo burger was all right, but the honest burger was honestly small and tasteless. The chips were on another level of terrible. Could use them for manicure or scraping the gum from the bottom of my desk. You are better off eating at any other fast food joint. And I honestly do not care if the cow died a happy death “ethically sourced” if the end product is a box of misery.

The food and the service was good and fast but the place need a little bit freshening up. The Toilets are old and filthy, the tableware are old and used up and look dirty. The tables and chairs were terrible. I don’t get how they don’t want to invest a little bit money and freshen up the place, they seems to get enough costumers therefore they can afford it. But the toilets man, don’t go before you eat….

Delicious burgers and fries! Ingredients are really tasty

I've been admitted fan of Honest Burgers for a while but this is the first time I've eaten at this branch. Although lunch time it was empty. Perhaps a sign? The burger was mediocre at best The chips chewy and just didn't tastiest, as if cooked in old oil. When the waiter passed to ask if everything was OK I told him that the chips were not up to scratch. I offered him one to taste and he agreed. He ordered another portion. My sister declined the offer. The new batch was better but still not good. By then my medium rare burger was cold. I couldn't be bothered to mention that so paid and left, unsatisfied and smelling like a burger, never to return PS...following your reply, I did complain about the chips and you brought one more portion. We did not touch the others. By the time they came my burger was cold. I did not feel up to complaining again about the burger, as stated in my original review

Good service from start to finish. Burgers cooked to how you we prefer, we had medium rare and was very good. Chips are cooked very well, nice seasoning on them.

I am a loyal Honest Burgers customer and absolutely love their burgers and rosemary fries. However, I had a very disappointing experience at this particular branch. The service was slow, unprofessional, and did not meet the high standards I have come to expect from Honest Burgers. If you want to enjoy the true Honest Burgers experience, I strongly recommend visiting a different location. I hope the management takes action to improve the service here.

Super delicious food, speaking the language took a bit of work, but one of the guys spoke to us in Spanish and improved our experience. I highly recommend the buffalo chicken wings

I tried the Smash Burger and did not regret it at all. The Burger was very tasty as well as the fries. Very enjoyable experience.

My daughter and I ordered the burger with cheese, one american and one cheddar.My burger was very well done as I ordered. For me this is the good taste of the meat. The other one, my daughter ordered medium, but the burger arrived medium rare. She was very disappointed because the meat was raw. And with the fries she found a hair. It was terrible and disgusting. The manager said that he was very sorry about that and we didn't need to pay for the food. I am very disappointed because it is not the first time in the Honest shop, in other locations and the burgers always were good. I lost the pleasure of eating burgers in this shop.

Nothing special, I went with high expectations and they were not met, the hamburger bun is cold, the potatoes are hard, like burnt or from the day before. I don't recommend it, I give it one star for not having less than 1.

Gluten free burgers here are amazing.

It's hard to find a place like this that gives you gluten free and vegetarian choices together. I was able to eat an exceptional and beautiful "bacon" sandwich full of ingredients even if they seem small to look at. The only flaw I would point out: they don't have desserts.

Burguers here are very tasty, I got the special with Camembert and it was really good. The smashed one was also very good. Overall the food is totally worth it, we waited 5-10 minutes to be seated and the guy on the door was very friendly and clear with the instructions. The waiter upstairs was also a highlight of the place, very good service, he was so helpful and patient, making sure our order was exactly what we wanted it!

We tasted the Smash burger. The burger was quite successful, and the potato portions were sufficient. The waiters were friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend it. This is one of the best smash burgers in town.

Despite arriving with the intention to dine in, the waiter informed us that we couldn’t stay and had to take our food as takeaway, even though the restaurant seemed to have space for dining. This made us feel unwelcome, which is disappointing from a brand like Honest Burger. I hope the management addresses this issue and ensures that customers feel valued and accommodated in the future. Dining out should be an enjoyable experience, and this was far from it.

Average & over cooked. Went here last minute before a show and the place is ok. Had a smash burger and it was the weirdest burger, which was way bigger than the bun and seemed over cooked like the chips. If I wasn't on a timetable I'd have asked it to be redone

We went in to grab a burger and there was no one to greet us. There were empty tables and since no one was there we helped ourselves and headed towards an empty table. A guy appeared out of nowhere and just asked us what we were doing and basically ushered us out. I told him that he was being extremely rude and he didn’t even bother. Long story short, I’m never setting foot in an honest burgers restaurant again.

Food was quite ok. We got something on a Saturday even without a reservation - we had to wait 15 minutes. It's better to make reservations in this area. The burgers were quite good. The service was rather messy. The ambience is ok. You can go there, but you don't have to.

We went there as a group of 4 ppl. Place was nice and cozy. We were seated upstairs. When the food arrived one of the plate looked a bit empty and the Fries portion was smaller than the others so we asked if we can add some more fries as the portion is not big enough. This was not a problem. The service was great the girl was friendly and helpful.

Burger menus are average, more detailed information could have been given about the burger ingredients, there was bacon, I didn't read it anywhere in the option I chose on the menu.

He was very attentive and put a large smile on my face :D Personally I find that a tomato completes the burger perfectly because of the juices it creates and I love to dip my rosemary chips in it! Yum yum yum! Totally stumbled across this place and it was fantastic - delicious burger and great value for money in the “deal” - Burger & Chips, a side and a drink for £20.50! Great service and cool atmosphere

First of all, I came to the restaurant at 9:45 at night and they received me without a reservation. I was coming because the meat burger was halal, so I discovered from the waitress that all of their meat is not halal (slaughtered by electric shock). As for the chicken, it is the only halal they have. Literally, the chicken was very, very delicious. I tried it. They have delicious buffalo chicken. Once there is something they have that I don't like. They take your order. The first thing they offer is a cola. It comes to you and it is open, and its taste changes if the order comes.

There were five of us there for dinner as a family. The service was okay, British politeness, but nothing more. And now for the important thing, the food. In terms of taste, it's one of the worst things I've gotten in a burger shop. In addition to the quality, the preparation was also not right. Instead of medium, completely done and the other burger with fake cheese. The only thing that is ok is the price, especially if you are traveling with children, as there are special offers for kids. But nothing more. Can't recommend this burger shop. The basement is really bad, the toilet and kitchen are right next door and every public toilet is cleaner than the toilet than in this restaurant. Amazing food, with accommodation for all dietary requirements and drinks that are very different from typical bars. With friendly and helpful staff.

Ordered “Smashed by Honest” and it was perfect! It comes with yummy crispy rosemary fries. For me it’s small burger, so better order double smashed. We also tried the chicken and it was decent. The place is usually busy, so we have reserved ahead.

Came here after hearing they have Londons best vegan burger - did not disappoint!! Honest Burger is one of those “craft” fancy burger joints - with beautiful decor & fun vibes. Staff was great. Service was fast even during a busy lunch rush. The vegan burger was amaaaazing!! The patty was cooked perfect & it was loaded with vegan cheese, crispy onions & vegan bacon! The bun was perfect & the rosemary fries were superrrrr crispy & just WOW! They do offer amazing vegan burgers here! We only got the vegan burgers but from what we saw at other tables, their regular burgers also looked high end & worthy of hype!

Honest Burgers are good and tasty. Cosy place with friendly staff serving us. We had the Honest Burger, onion rings, chicken wings and a salad. All tasted good. The homemade lemonade was refreshing. If you like mint, they also have homemade mint lemonade.

I hadn't been to Honest Burgers since it was a tiny place in Brixton market 10 years ago. I had high expectations because my experience then was so good, and those expectations were met. Amazing service, burgers just like I remembered them.
