Better than a McDonald's but with room for improvement. The food is correct in quantity and quality for the price. The service is good, they make sure that the tables are served quickly, also to encourage rotation. It's not the place to make a coffee table. What can be improved very much is hygiene!! Cleaning is very poor. The drink cans were bulging. They brought the (dirty) beer can into the jug to drink.

Loved the smashed burger, and excellent service.

Visited today for quick burger and wasn't disappointed. I've gone for their local burger which has very interesting sauce in it, liked it a lot with this extra spicy kick. Chips were just all right thou. Service was quick, space was clean, staff was friendly. Should have stayed a little longer and had a look around but I had event to attend at FP. Next time.

The fries are very good and there is also a gluten-free hamburger!

After a long day of work, we were looking for somewhere to eat that wasn’t a long wait and dress code, as soon as I walked in I felt the relaxed atmosphere in the air with staff and customers looking chilled and satisfied, we were seated in a nice two person area, with a communicative staff and relaxed music playing in the background it was a great eating environment. A massive shoutout to Nate the supervisor who was on shift, he greeted, showed us to our seats and really interacted with us, the food was absolutely blinding 5*****

Worst experience EVER!!! Staff is so rude (especially the short local guy in the early evening shift on August 12) & food is so dirty my husband got SO sick from this place we had to get him a doctor in the middle of the night while we are on vacation and with two kids a lone. First time we went, they refused to give us a table even though there was an empty table and a full empty bar!! They said they were expecting a big group of 15?? which doesn’t make sense bcz it’s first come first serve and NO ONE from the group was there - while we were there with our two young kids!! Two days later I got a takeaway burger for my husband to try it in on our air bnb which is 2 minutes away, not only did he not like it, he got severely food poisoned!! He had every symptom of food poisoning you could think of and the worst pain ever!! What a shame that a place like this is allowed to operate in such a busy area. This is more than just bad food that doesn’t taste good or a rude waiter that ruins your evening, this is playing with people’s health!!!

Amazing burger joint near Piccadilly with vegan (Beyond Meat) burgers. I ordered the Plant Burger with chipotle mayo, Violife smoky cheddar, mustard, lettuce & pickles. Fantastic burger. The fries served Rosemary fries. My partner ordered the Southern Fried Fritter with a Fritter, chipotle mayo, cheddar and seasonal coke slaw. He enjoyed the burger and the fries. Overall, good meal and service.

I wanted to say an extra special thank you to all the staff working last night. My mother sent back her burger twice as she hadn't understood how cooked medium rare was. The staff stayed calm and cooked her burger as much as she wanted. They also deducted her meal from our bill. The waitresses stayed calm and patient throughout. Lovely food and lovely staff!

The food was very delicious, the chicken burger is cooked with the perfect way , the souses are delicious, the seasoning is amazing, the staff were very nice and kind, they told the beef isnt halal , the services very good. The fries were very tasty

Top-quality burgers, carefully cooked to order. Ours were medium-rare, just nicely pink in the middle. Delicious bacon gravy for dipping your chips and onion rings too! Very good value, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Recommended.

We went here for Saturday brunch and on the outside it looks like a small spot but it’s actually a big space. The staff were very kind and got us a lovely table by the window. We got a chicken and a beef burgers with a house salad. Their house salad was so nice and the burger was absolutely delicious🤤🤤🤤

I loved my experience there ! The servers were kind and helpful, the atmosphere was great and most importantly the food was so good!! They were multiple vegetarian/vegan options, the fries were excellent and I was so happy to see my sister who's gluten free eating a burger without any worries. I recommend !

Finding safe places to eat has really become a priority for me since being diagnosed as coeliac a few months ago. I was in London for a few days so decided to try Honest Burgers, which has a good reputation as being Coeliac friendly, and I was not disappointed. We were welcomed in straight away and sat down without needing to pre-book (I'm not sure if we were just lucky as I don't often eat in an actual restaurant when I'm in London). I enquired as to whether they were gluten free (just to double check) and they said yes, so I ordered an Honest burger with a gluten free burger bun and fries with a coke, and it was delicious! I again, didn't take photos because I was too busy enjoying my food! The burger was just the right size but I struggled to finish the chips as the portion is quite large (not complaining mind). There are apparently a few Honest branches in London, which is also good to know for any future trips.

The food was just "ok". The biggest problem was the service. The person who served us was extremely rude during our service (we considered leaving the place in the middle of the service). I thought it was just me, but the same server was extremely rude to the neighboring table. Regarding the environment, it is careless. The price is not cheap. We found other much better places for similar prices.

A super smash burger. The Maillard reaction executed to perfection: very juicy meat! Delicious rosemary chips. Friendly and professional service. Excellent value for money. Short waiting times and a relaxed environment, very pleasant indeed. Worth trying, it's worth it!

We came here for tasty burgers on a super packed day at London pride. And within an hour we had been served the tastiest burgers in the uk and got all our drinks and were happily back out the door on to continue the pride celebrations! We got served by very friendly staff and found the prices super reasonable. If tasty burgers are what your looking for then this is the pace for it 🙌🏼

Arrived and shown to a table straight away . Waited a while for my order to be taken eventually flagged down a server who was polite, drinks came quickly but my burger took what felt like ages when it did arrive was overly greasy and the fries that accompanied it tasted as though they were cooked in old oil ( great lager ) disappointed

Great place to dine on burgers, with excellent value for money. The rosemary potatoes are spectacular. I've been twice, and both times we had to wait at the door to be seated. The service is good in general, the waiters are attentive. The tip is automatically added to the final bill.

Such an incredible place and the best burger I’ve ever had.

A very cozy atmosphere is offered. a bit wicked and dark inside, very well done. All the employees are super friendly and you are served immediately. We paid €23 per person for a cola and a burger with fries. The burger sauce tastes like sour cream limit chili and the fries are fried a little with the skin on and seasoned with rosemary. It tastes incredibly delicious but it is really expensive.

One of the best burgers I've ever had. I went here on a whim with a friend and the restaurant was extremely cute, and had great gluten free options. I felt confident in the restaurant after speaking with the server about cross contamination, and as a celiac, I had absolutely no symptoms following the meal here. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling and looking for some good food!

Simply good burgers in London City! This Honest Burger restaurant was my second time in London and like the first time it tasted fantastic. We ordered the Honest Burger with fries and homemade lemonade and water. The meat is cooked to the right degree and tastes juicy. The sauce isn't too spicy either. The service is quick and friendly and the price/performance ratio is right here.

I arrived at 1pm on a weekday and there were 4 teams waiting, but it was resolved quickly so it was nice. Even if there is a wait, you can get in quickly. I ordered a smashed burger with Ernest, rosemary fries, and chipotle mayo sauce. It was really delicious!!

The best burger I've ever eaten. Right proportions, balanced flavor. Accompanying it are some home-made chips in their skins. The environment is a classic London… 3 stars for the environment because...the bathroom was very dirty. I would stay here again!

Cannot recommend this place nor will dine here again! I was sorely disappointed by my experience at this burger joint. Despite the hype, the food was only average. To make matters worse, they served me leftover fries, evident from the picture I took. Let's not even get started on the service. While the guy who took my order was friendly, the Asian girl practically threw the food at me without a word of courtesy or even a simple "enjoy your meal." Her attitude definitely needs improvement. The only saving grace was the variety and flavor of the sauces.

Disappointing. The Smash burger was nice; however, the traditional burger was burnt. I don’t usually eat chips, so having them priced in was a waste.

As soon as we arrive in London we look for a good burger and find Honest. We got the smashed burger and onion rings. Excellent burger! Too bad it was the only good thing about dinner. Old and cold chips, onion rings that looked like taralli. 3 stars for the hamburger and for the courtesy of the staff

Amazing food and lovely service

Great food, superb service and nice ambient. We reached close to closure but they didn't have any problems to admit us. They were kind and servicial. The Burgers were great and tasty and the buffalo wings too. We let the onion rings for the next time.

Toilets a little dirty, not too expensive, nice decor

We were taken upstairs (staff apologised not sure why ... it was lovely) it was great to see a young probably first job colleague busy all the time stacking glasses, chopping fruit and serving all customers with a smile (Sun 14/04/24) for cocktails and cleaning... First class burgers guys as well. If you are stuck these guys solve "where do we eat" near Regent St

The waitresses at this place are the kindest folks ever — the honest burger was really great and patty was juicy, buns were just the right texture, fries were really tasty and onion rings too with a bit of spice — but the real service highlight were the two waitresses who not only served the food outstandingly and with such good smiles, but also willingly dug through the entire trash to help me locate a tiny earphone that I had left behind. I cannot express my gratitude more, and they deserve to be rewarded for their outstanding and selfless service.

This raised questions about kitchen efficiency on quieter days. Moreover, when our meals finally arrived, one was disappointingly burnt. This was a letdown, especially from a place that prides itself on quality and has consistently delivered in the past. Such lapses in food quality can tarnish the overall dining experience and might deter patrons from returning, regardless of the excellent service and ambiance. In conclusion, while Honest Burgers still offers many of the qualities that have made it a favorite among diners, like friendly staff and comfortable seating, there are areas in need of improvement. Addressing issues related to food preparation times and consistency in meal quality could help ensure that all customers leave feeling fully satisfied. Good hamburger chain to eat quickly, the price of the hamburgers is good, they come with a good portion of fries although the hamburgers are a little small. The bad thing is that the place is very small and they put many tables in very little space, making it a little overwhelming since you are close to other people with hardly any separation.

To keep it simple-should have gone to Five Guys round the corner. The service would have been better and the food equally as good. Lower your expectations and give this place a miss.

Arrived and made to wait outside (they don’t allow queues inside) Waited 35 minutes and the food arrived stone cold Explained to the waitress who took the food away only to arrive back with onion rings and not the rest of the food! We explained we wanted it all together and she said “that’s not possible as onion rings cook in the fryer and the rest in the oven” We then waited a further 20 minutes and the main meals arrived hot but with cold onion rings The onion rings then arrived and eureka they were hot Very disappointing meal, and having to return food isn’t something we’re used to doing

Absolutely rubbish! I would not visit again! Food was fine. Chips had far too much salt. Service was the real issue! I understand its the west end and it gets busy. But this kind of behaviour is unacceptable! My plate was cleared once I had finished and I was asked if I wanted the bill. I politely declined the offer as my partner is still very clearly eating! Server comes back to clear my partners plate. But sees she still has her drink. This time brings the bill without asking! I point out, we clearly aren't finished. Why bring the bill when i already declined the offer?! She states its restaurant policy to bring the bill as soon as last plates are cleared. In that case, why ask when my plates were cleared?! She apologises and leaves. Next waiter comes to collect payment. I politely request service charge be removed. Since, we received zero service and being rushed to leave! If you are fast food then you should not charge service charge. If you do, then you should never rush your customers out! We had been there less than an hour! We had an evening show to catch. At this point, he asks why I would like service charge removed. I respond, I do not wish to explain. He insists, stating he is the manager. I politely decline, asking him to speak to his team member. At this point he insists. I am quite embarrassingly forced to explain the whole situation with other diners listening. Probably feeling just as uncomfortable. Thank you not so Honest Burger for adding a sour taste to my birthday! Much appreciated!

We recommend. Delicious and comparatively cheap burgers. The queue in front of the entrance can put you off at first, but the wait is definitely worth it.

The best burger in London!! Rosemary fries are also amazing! This location is quite busy, so expect to stand in line for a table. Only comment is that the second time I came here, the fries were too oily.

Having tried their special truffle burger: killer! Friendly and very respectful staff: they ask for your allergens before you order. If I get the chance, I will 100% come back. I tried their truffle burger: drop dead delicious! Waiter is very nice and respectful, they ask your allergens before you order anything! (And the sides are all gluten free!) Il start this on a positive, the place was pumping with people. Food looked and tasted amazing. Bad side was the wait and service we received, we waited for 55 min (no que system to come back, had to wait for 1st table) so we waited to get a table of 3 (which really was just a table of 2 with a chair added on. Now after that long await you might expect waiters to be asking would you like a drink nearly straight away due to the wait bit this wasnt the case the staff genuinely looked like they were both understaffed (running around) and bored of the job. Took 20min before we called a waiter over to take our order of drinks and made sure to order food as didnt want o wait another 10 min longer to get the next waiter . Food arrived was fantastic, but afterwards considered getting another drink but couldnt find waiters that we could ask as the ones near us seemed way to busy. In the end we decided to pay. When i say thisWas the fastest response we got all evening i joke you not the bill was on table within 30 seconds, with card machine ready to pay

Burger chain with quite a few locations in London, average prices for the city (expensive) and good taste. The burgers are rather small, but sufficient. They also include an extra (potatoes, salad...). The service was good at all times, although we arrived close to closing time (unfortunately the rest of the customers stayed past the closing time). Elsewhere I would rate it lower, but for London it's not bad.

Went here for dinner today with my friend and can say that the food was absolutely brilliant! I had the chilli burger and my friend had the beef and cheese one, and they tasted amazing, the rosemary fries were delicious as well. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere very pleasant. Food was really good but service was abysmal. We booked a table for 11 for a 30th birthday and the service was non existent. We were seated upstairs and then everyone disappeared. It took over 40 mins for our drinks to arrive and food took another 15-20 mins on top of that. The server we had was incredibly slow and when we finally got our drinks he disappeared entirely and we never saw him again! I’m sure we were forgotten about. When the food came out it was lukewarm which was a shame as it all tasted so nice. We didn’t bother to send anything back as we’d waited for so long. When it came to paying the bill we had to seek someone out as nobody had come up again, all our plates were still on the table and then the woman we found added a hefty service charge that we didn’t realise for our lack of service. If we’d realised we would’ve asked for it to be taken off. Such a shame as we were really excited and the guy who I was emailing about the table was really helpful. Won’t be returning to this venue of honest burgers and would not recommend this location at all.

This was a really good experience with my friends. We especially enjoyed the toilets, wich produced some of my finest memories although beware, there is sometimes some weird white substance wich tasted delicious. If hear some kids screaming in the toilet stall that’s totally normal. 🤫🧏‍♂️
