Best ice cream I have had in a while. Went for small 2 scoop cone with pistachio and milk chocolate with chocolate chips. Both were creamy and full of flavour. Delicious. Cost £5.20 but worth it.

The ice cream was very tasty. I chose the tiny little cone with mixed nuts, and cappuccino and salted butter caramel flavours. The ice cream was nice, but the cone was the nicest I have ever tasted. The staff member who served me was really nice. £13.60 for two ice creams is quite expensive, though!

The gelato in Venchi is one of the best. Pistachio is from here is delicious! I have been going to various branches over a few years, it is consistently good.

If you want a great ice cream of a very high quality this is the place to go . They have so many flavours to chose from and great range of chocolates as well .

Please do not go to Venchi in the Kings Road as it it a rip off. You do not receive what you ordered and receive. I ordered 4 scoopes received 2

Orgasmic. Truly and I’m not trying to be funny. The best thing I’ve ever put in my mouth 🫶 I got the mango and the lemon and they were truly out of this world. One can feel the love in this ice cream.

Yummy! Ordered the Dolce Vita - three scoops in a cone topped off with a chocolate on top. The cone is dipped in chocolate and chocolate sprinkles. The ice cream is lovely and the portion size was perfect. (Obviously would not complain with more!) I would recommend, as a treat. Yes, London is expensive but for £ 7.50 I thought it was reasonable.

Absolutely gorgeous little shop with gelato, chocolates and cones. Great selection of sorbets for dairy free folk, hubby had mixed berry, mango & lemon which he said were delicious. I had the nougat, pistachio & straciacella which was divine in a little chocolate coated cup. Heaven and best gelato we've had outside of Italy. Definitely recommend.

My husband and I were charged £19 for two small cups of ice cream. I believe we were ripped off due to lack of local language (we are both tourists from abroad). Staff were all rude, no customer service what so ever, very unapproachable and disinterested. Would never return. Ice cream itself was below any expectation, you get far better tasting ice cream in Amorino not to mention the service. Very disappointing!

Came here recently with friends following recommendation. Service was quick, the place looks awesome, and the hot chocolate was so rich and tasty! It's expensive for a hot chocolate, but was well worth trying it out!

Came in on a COLD afternoon to only look, as we had just had a full meal, and walked out with a cup of the best hot chocolate I’ve had in a very long time (giving me a sample to try solid the whole family on it: hot, thick, dark, with whipped cream), crepe (warm, soft with a little bite, and plenty of Nutella), gelato (pistachio, hazelnut and chocolate). You won’t regret it!

Almost always busy... I East an ice cream, a small one with coke, it was creamy and good but too expensive nothing really so special to pay 8 eur !!! The chocolates were good and tasty and I paid for a small box and a bar around 26 eur.

Came into this little shop, walked downstairs and found a treasure noz of individual chocolates to choose. Lihn met us and was so super helpful, explaining the different flavours, asking us what we liked and directing us to similar and telling us her favourite flavours. She was lovely, friendly and very professional in helping us. The shop is lovely, if you love chocolate and happen to be by Covent Garden, go take a visit. Thank you, we've really enjoyed our chocolates!

Good quality ice cream for sure. Service is cringe worthy, slow and painful. Portions are small verging on tiny. Shop layout (like all of their shops) is horrible as you’ll end up waiting for ages for no apparent reason. I’d go back only if there was no queue.

Seriously don’t know how everyone is saying this gelato is nice. It’s not that great at all. Someone should ask consumer affairs or whatever it is in Europe to check their cup sizes. Medium and large literally take the same amount of liquid. They are just different shapes. Check it out for yourself

Service was poor and incredibly slow … despite a line out the door. Zero attempt was made to try to expedite the orders… i guess they don’t care about lost business? I watched 2 people leave the line… and eventually we left as well and went to a nearby gelato store that was great (and speedy!)

Gelato was amazing, however the service was terrible by the two women working on the evening of 15th September 2023. Awful service. They looked like they did not want to be there, and were rude to the customers. They need some customer service training pronto as they are reflecting badly on the brand!

Stopped for a ice cream by chance on my way to the Natural History Museum. One of the best ice cream 🍦 cones I have eaten! A little pricey for your usual 99 but this was no usual ice cream cone! Delicious 😋

Crowded but worth the wait. Good Gelato, though still not the best I have ever had (that title goes to Anita's in Manhattan, NYC). I think we just caught the wrong tome as we passed by later and there was a short line. Good but limited flavors, the scoops were way too large for Gelato. The servers took their time rounding off the Gelato so that is smooth and easy to eat. You could get up to 3 flavors on a small size which was still too large. prices were good and the service was very tolerant especially for those who couldn't decide. A good afternoon snack. I know they are everywhere now but t was still a pleasant experience showing they are still keeping up their quality and service model.
