The staff is amazing, especially the lovely Filipina, forgot to ask her name. She was so sweet and restaurant got busy but I could see she would go beyond for every table! Really good staff, and food was really good too, I want to come again asap haha 😜

We ordered a pizza with extra mushrooms on it - it came with literally 5 slices of mushroom on it so we had to order a side of mushrooms and pay for them separately. I ordered my pasta without any chilli, when it came there was a really large amount of fresh chilli’s in it, not the end of the world but a bit irritating. My son hadn’t finished his pizza, I did not ask for his dessert but the waitress bought over his pre-ordered chocolate brownie and placed it next to his dinner on her own accord, safe to say he didn’t eat any more of his pizza 🙄. The tiramisù was inedible, after one bite it wasn’t touched. Very like a fast food place but with restaurant prices. The staff were all really lovely though and the place itself looks really nice, just don’t recommend because of the quality of the food unfortunately.

We had a great dinner here at Bella Italia. Food was delicious, but what made our experience 10/10 was our server Charmaine. She was an absolute delight! Such a lovely lady!

Pizza was a solid 5/10. Asked for extra mushrooms, there was 5 on the entire pizza. Tiramisu is horrible, this is how much we ate between two people. Service was alright.

Great experience here at Bella Italia. Food was amazing and also some stellar service from Joseph. Very attentive and has a contagious positive attitude. I would definitely recommend coming to this branch and ordering the spicy sausage pasta.

We had a great time at this restaurant. Ordered 2 pastas and some cocktails, the cannelloni was delicious! Good vibes and the servers are both lovely, especially Joseph! Would recommend.

He lures you by saying that there is a small price, then when you add up he charges you for everything in detail, he tells you because that's a Christmas menu! Dish with little quantity, those with uncooked shrimp and sauce not good at all. Pizza is fine. In short I don't recommend it at all, expensive for nothing

We dined at this restaurant after 24 hours of burgers and fries, hoping to find some decent hot food. We ordered two minestrone soups, and two concoctions arrived at the table with raw tomato sauce and super overcooked pasta inside. Inedible. The waiter (very kind) was available to change the dishes which he replaced with two edible mixed salads. With a spaghetti, two beers and a coke we paid €70. Well, when they tell you that you don't eat much in London, they're not entirely wrong. Yet the ministry is water, vegetables and salt, is it possible to serve something like this?
