Bella Italia Queensway 55 in City of London, Westminster

The name of this restaurant is very misleading — it really shouldn’t be called Italian. The dishes are far from authentic. I’m quite sure there’s no Italian chef in the kitchen. The Margherita pizza was a disappointment: the sauce lacked flavor, and the cheese didn’t help. The Bolognese sauce was equally poor. Even the pineapple juice had a strange aftertaste. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for real Italian food.

We really enjoyed our meal here on first day in London. My husband is coeliac and the menu had a lot for him to choose from even desserts. Service was great and food tasty.

Everything was beyond delicious. The prawns were exquisite, and the pasta with meatballs too. Excellent service!

The pizza is recommended. Fresh ingredients and plentiful. Prices are, of course, beyond the pale. The 0.33 oz Coke Zero, served carelessly, costs the equivalent of €5.

Been going here for over a decade and love the atmosphere! In recent years quality has gone down a bit, yet nothing that serious. Still a nice place to gather and enjoy!

So easy to get nice, glutenfree food - really recommend! Also, my waitress Charmaine was such a star! So sweet and considerate!

The main door was open my family could smell cigarettes from outside. Asked for the door to be closed, kindly closed the door for us.

Stumbled upon this restaurant by chance (it was close to our hotel). We entered very disheartened given that they present themselves as an Italian restaurant, however we had to change our minds because the pizzas were really good and Emiliano was top. I highly recommend it
