This place was great! Food was lovely and so was service. Charmaine was amazing and so was the Italian guy working. So sweet. Visited from Canada and had a great time here. This was by far the best service experience since being in London.

Decent bella italia branch. Food quality has room for improvement. Pasta with meatballs was not great and meatballs didn’t taste well. Bolognese almost without tomato sauce. Pizza was good though.

Good Italian restaurant. The service was really fast with our foods. The pasta bolognese was not the best but the pizza with mushrooms and chicken was delicious. Place with good atmosphere and a dedicated team.

Very friendly staff here at 55-57 Queensway. Great pizza, even the gluten free alternatives. (two of us had gluten free pizzas). Reasonable prices.

I like especially kids menu because size is allright and has everything she need for a dinner...

One of my favourite places to eat at home (Leeds) and to be honest I didn't think that they could match, the warm welcome atmosphere I received at home, but believe me Emiliano and Maria made my daughter's birthday so very special, can't say what an amazing, caring, happy places this is ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The Bolognese is delicious! Rich and flavorful, but not heavy. Fresh basil and freshly grated cheese top it off nicely. Service was wonderful. Our waiter, Emiliano, was delightful. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and even a little funny! A perfect afternoon. It was our second visit this week (so close to our hotel) and we will definitely be back.

Joseph and other servers were very friendly and accommodating - slightly big group walk in. A bit busy towards end however they still provided a great service and food / desserts arrived quickly. Family friendly - would return.

A delight of a place. They served us quickly despite being close to closing time. Friendly and knowledgeable about the product. We were especially surprised and pleased that as soon as we settled in, the first thing Emiliano did was ask if we had any intolerance or allergies. When we pointed out gluten, his face lit up and he told us that there was going to be no problem with it, while pointing out the wide variety of dishes that could be made gluten-free. The Margherita pizza was simply spectacular. Dough with perfect thickness, cooked to perfection and delicious. The other diners also ended up picking up their plates (carbonara and bolognese). The price is reasonable. A place to return to, without a doubt, especially if you are celiac or gluten intolerant.

I went there for dinner on a trip to London because it was near the hotel I was staying at. It was quite crowded at 8 o'clock on a weekday, but the staff were very friendly and I was able to order comfortably. The delicious things I ate were the chicken, ham and mushroom pizza, caprese, and mojito. This is a highly recommended store.

This is the best Bella Italia restaurant you and enjoy your meal the manager is lovely - he knows his customers very well and always go out of his way to fine seats when he is overbooked. Great place to go and have a lovely meal with a bottle of wine. 55 Queensway Bella Italia

First night in London, right down to the Italian, fresh! The highlighted pasta dish with chicken (also pictured below) was good. But since I was expecting pickled red onions, the dish seems to be too much tomato and too little else. The red wine was good, but they brought out a different wine than we ordered. Afogatto there are no regrets. Also, greetings from my mother and brother and must say that the “Marco Polo” pasta was the best they have ever had. Order this one. A good start to a good holiday😎 #HalfFull

A super good meal, a very calm atmosphere and the waitress Charmaine helped us with everything and was very attentive and kind to us at all times. The only thing is that the place is a little expensive but it is worth it because of how good it is.

Very attentive service. The food is pretty good. You have to keep in mind that it is not in Spain and the flavors are somewhat different but we loved it, it is not expensive at all, and they treated us with a smile even though we arrived almost at the last minute. Good option if you go with children and are in the area.

They have one of the best Italian food and I really enjoyed eating there I recommend you to try it if it’s near you you won’t regret it🤌🤌🤌

I went for a take away pizza and the lady that helped me, I think her name was Charmaine, was so nice and available. The pizza was 12£ and maybe a little bit small, but really good. And Charmaine needs a raise !

Found this restaurant for lunch after touring Kensington palace. It had plenty of seating for our party of 8 and lots of good food options for each person’s preferences. I loved the pollo cacciatore, and multiple people in our party loved the chicken Milanese. Charmaine was our server and was fantastic! Would definitely visit again.

No matter where we are staying in London, if we want to eat in a Bella Italia restaurant, this is absolutely the most friendly team of them all !

If you are a fan of Italian food, avoid that place. Overrated and overpriced for the quality.

We spontaneously decided to go out for dinner and really enjoyed it here. The service was very good, super friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, we both had a pasta dish and a dessert. The waiting time for the food was very short both times. The atmosphere is cozy and we were able to watch the evening hustle and bustle on the street from the window. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back!

After my negative review about the restaurant on Leicester Square, the company sent me a voucher for a free main course.I used it for the Queensway 55 location, and want to say the difference between the 2 restaurants is enormous. This location is perfect- perfect service, excellent food, and a great atmosphere. Thank you

We went twice as a group to this restaurant. I genuinely cannot even describe how some of the staff members were behaving. They were honestly so rude and the food was also pretty bad. The pasta was overcooked and the sausages were absolutely disgusting.

I stayed in a hotel in the area. I looked at the menu outside and saw many choices for breakfast. I was welcomed in by the charming waiter. I opted for scrambled egg on soda bread with side order of hash brown. Eggs arrived perfect on the soda bread. Hash brown was the best ever. Thank you to the cook. The people I was with loved the hash brown too. They loved their English breakfast. I almost want to go back to London so I can have breakfast at Bella.

Good place where you can eat Italian and be able to satisfy the children basically with a nice plate of pasta. For children there is a menu consisting of an appetizer, a first course of your choice, juice and ice cream. This is larger, then there is also small. Adults can have a three-course menu for around £21 or choose single courses. In London they serve free carafe water "tap of water" would be filtered tap water, instead still or sparkling bottled water for a fee. Advised

We walked out of Hyde park and found this charming place to eat. Loved the food and service. Our waitress, Charmaine, was excellent. Made the right suggestions at the right time. Hubby had a couple beers and I had a lovely glass of Malbec. The Meat Feast was delicious with a nice, light crust that we were both able to share along with a serving of garlic doughballs. We did not feel too stuffed but nicely full. It was right around the corner from our hotel and a nice surprise on our last night in London. Charmaine was charming but honestly the whole staff seemed to want to make their customers happy.
