Always a pleasure eating here...the food and service is fantastic and considering the location, very well priced.

Italian restaurant with good product. Once we ordered gnocchi and ravioli stuffed with ricotta and spinach, both very delicious. The waiter who served us spoke perfect Spanish, which made the service much easier, and he was very friendly. Another day we opted for pizzas and they were also super delicious. Maybe the only bad thing is that the tables are very close together, but it's something I've noticed in all the restaurants I've been to in London.

By chance while walking home I passed the restaurant and decided to go in. Luckily there was still space in the cute little restaurant. Very nice and humorous staff. Food outstanding! Great pasta! Great pizza! Highly recommended for everyone if you are ever in the area 😉

Highly recommended restaurant if you are Spanish, you are visiting London and your English is average. The perfect food (the spaghetti al frutti di mare and the spectacular lasagna). The desserts are delicious (finger-licking panna cotta and profiteroles). Reasonable prices, including a 12% service charge, which I understand is the tip, but it is worth it because all the staff are very attentive, and apparently originally from Italy, so you understand Spanish perfectly. We liked it and we repeated two days.

Group dinner....The staff, entirely made up of Italian guys, welcomed us with cordiality and joy. The food is excellent: starters, first courses and pizzas. Highly recommended for those who, like us, were looking for Italian flavors abroad.

I just got back from 3 weeks in Sicily and wanted a pasta norma and I have to say this place made it just as well as in Sicily! The food was top notch. You can tell because they are all actual Italians working there speaking Italian. Very friendly too even though we didn't have a reservation. Authentic and delicious. Thank you for soothing my post Sicily holiday hangover.

The food here was delicious. The staff all very welcoming and friendly. Service was very prompt today (Wednesday) at a 5pm seating. We had the Polpette special to start with bread. Very delicious meatballs and such a lovely rich tomato sauce. Our mains we had a delicious carbonara and Arrabiata. For dessert a very nice tiramisu and the mixed ice creams which were all very smooth, creamy and with great depth of flavours. I would not hesitate to come back here! Bellissimo!

Lovely and warm atmosphere and superb service.. the Margherita pizza and the pasta Tagliatelle Pesto Gamberi were amazing and reasonably priced. I would go again.

At late notice on a busy Saturday evening, I phoned up and they managed to accommodate my party of 3. Very quick and friendly staff, great authentic Italian food and very reasonable prices.

I visited this restaurant recently and I was pleasantly surprised. The pasta with pesto and prawns was absolutely delicious! The wine also tasted wonderful. The owners of the restaurant were italian therefore you can expect authentic italian food. The servers were also very nice and welcoming. I definitely recommend this restaurant!

Loved it! The food was really great, my family and I really enjoyed both the pastas and the pizzas we ordered. More than that, our server, Nello was lovely and took very good care of us! Highly recommend this place!

Terrible waiter, the big one without glasses. Racist against Asians in all manners, throwing knives and forks on the table for a start. Foods almost splat on my clothes as he kept throwing dishes on the table. Much different mannerisms to other tables. But other employees were all lovely.

Small, U shaped Italian restaurant near Victoria station. We went on a busy Saturday night with every table taken (and re-taken) but the service was adequate and the staff very friendly and helpful. Everyone (seven of us) seemed happy with their food which was provided on the generous side. The gents' toilet, whilst on the cosy side and like the ladies down a flight of stairs, was clean and fully functioning. Have been once before some years ago and, if in the area around a meal time, happy to go again.

I knew this place was legit when the menu was in Italian. My wife and I got pizza and it was amazing and my daughter got butter noodles and she loved them. It’s delicious and not crazy expensive would highly recommend if you’re looking for legit Italian.

AMAZING!! Love it here!! Very authentic Italian with friendly staff. Pizza was one of the best Naples style fluffy crust pizzas I have had in London. Held together perfectly and had some much flavour and a perfect crust. Pasta and fried dishes look great too. Also toilets are the best in a London restaurant ahha- immaculate. Highly recommend visiting here

Enjoyed everything about our dinner at Il Posto. The staff were immediately very friendly, there was no availability on the website to book but I called and they managed to fit us in. The restaurant is very comfy and feels very traditionally Italian. The portions were massive especially and the prices were more than reasonable, especially given the location. The food quality was all excellent and I look forward to visiting again to try more of the menu.

We ended up there by chance during our visit to London and we are absolutely thrilled! Ate the most delicious pizza there! The lasagne is amazing! The service was very friendly and we were able to rely 100% on the service's recommendations! We can only recommend this restaurant!

We wanted some good Italian food before a show at Victoria Palace, we were not disappointed, bruschetta was the best we ever had, pear salad with fresh greens, sliced pear and shaved cheese with balsamic glaze was very good and so fresh, pizza was excellent, big enough for two to share, crust, cheese, lite sauce, and fantastic meats, tortellini was excellent also. This was our best meal in our week in London. Absolutely fantastic meal, delicious, great service, nice restaurant. So, why am I giving this only 3 stars? They screwed up badly and served our gluten free guest glutinous pasta. So sick from this, and GF was indeed requested.

I came last night for dinner , the food was delicious! Great choice of pasta dishes freshly made and the pizza was amazing (i highly recommend the Il Posto pizza with pistachios and mortadella) . Phoned on the off-chance of a Pre-Theatre evening meal. I was answered with a welcoming “yes we have a table for you, l will wait your arrival”. The menu was extensive and mouthwatering. I’m not normally a big eater, but l couldn’t resist options of all three courses. The food was so delicious, the staff very friendly and the restaurant filled up, we felt no pressure for us to leave. I would highly recommend II Posto. Enjoy 🍽️

"Il posto" is an authentic Italian place. Starting from the restaurant atmosphere, it does prepare real Italian food. The food is exquisite. Stuff is attentive, polite and fun. Definitely recommend to eat at "Il posto" and will go back.

We were looking for an Italian and we found him near the Riu hotel. The pizzas are very good and large. We couldn't finish them. And the garlic bread and panna cotta are very good. What makes the price more expensive are the alcoholic beverages. Worth
