Very nice little place with a window which offers a spectacle of daily London life. The crumpets are excellent! And very original in presentation (see photo).

Beware of this place, the cost of your breakfast will double if you try to customise it. £10 for a full breakfast or £10 extra for a piece of bacon and a hash brown!

Very friend staff. I love the fresh orange juice. The mocha was delicious. Everything was very healthy and delicious. The food was served quickly.

We ordered the small English breakfast, which leaves you full, and the big special bap, which is a good sandwich. The place is not bad for breakfast near Buckingham Palace, quiet and not too noisy. Wide variety of drinks and coffees, as well as food.

Nice location. Ordered ham Cheese croissant, it was heated up but cheese was still hard n cold. Coffee was strong and very watery. Wasn't the best experience.

I wanted to have some crumpets on my visit to London, and this place hit the spot. I also ordered a large English breakfast, and it was more food than I could finish! My order came out quick, and it wasn’t very crowded when I went around 8:30 am. Would recommend!

I was only in London for a couple of days and I had always heard of eating crumpets as a thing here. We finally found a spot close to where we were at that day and this place was wildly good. I have never had anything like it being from the United States. I 100% recommend Crumpets. We came back twice. Rearranged an entire day so we could make it in time!

This is a great place for breakfast and to start your day, just a couple of minutes away from Buckingham Palace the cafe has a great selection of food available, great coffee and fresh ingredients, Good customer service.

Very small and quite packed little place for breakfast. Came here after being recommended it. Waited in a queue that was forming out of the door. Only one person was taking orders and then making the coffee for that order before continuing on. I'd have thought especially with the other 4 staff members that they might have done that to support the one main server. We sat outside and the weather was gorgeous. Food was alright, nothing to shout about. Downside the cafe doesn't have any toilets so the nearest is actually in the Park for a cost of 20p. Just remember

Absolutely horrible. When I said I had a nut allergy, they kicked me out of the store. What horrible customer service. They can’t even deal with allergies, so they just kick you out. Never eat here this place sucks.

They definitely have a service approach that does not like tourists. They are rude. The interior of the shop has a strong oil odor and not much attention was paid to its cleanliness. 6 crumpets cost 28 gbp.

A MUST have breakfast at Crumpets during a visit to London. In addition to talking about a more reasonable price than in other establishments, cleanliness and an excellent location, of course the best thing is its food. We opted for eggs Benedict (impressive) and the English muffin special (a crumpet with egg, cheese and bacon that was to die for). They prepare the food at the moment and in sight. The place is very cozy. We recommend it 100%.

You’d think it’d be easy to find a English traditional food like crumpets in London but you’d be wrong. I had to go out of my way for this place (twice!) but worth it. First attempt, they were sold out of crumpets so I had to try again.Be aware they close at 3 so if you’re looking for crumpets at 2 they will likely be sold out. Went with their butter and the jam. Place was busy but not too loud.

What a great place! Went there yesterday shortly before closing and most of items or the menu were sold out - despite that the staff did everything to accommodate us. Prices for London are great and fair - portion sizes also very satisfying! our 5 yo got sad as sweet crumpets were unavailable and staff seeing that magically bring a bowl of ice cream for her - what a customer service! Definitely going back there :-) Lovely people

Stopped in to pick up a drink, door was open, sign indicated they were open, customers sitting outside. Walked in, ordered, only to hear another member of staff mumble to the staff member serving me “I’ve switched the machine off. We’re closed” No alternative was offered - would I have liked a cold drink perhaps? Recommended that perhaps they turn the sign to closed to indicate when they’re no longer serving.

Breakfast is nice, good quality, well presented but you have to ask for condiments which is annoying, staff ain’t overly friendly

My family and I have eaten breakfast here twice in last week. Not only was the food and service perfect, the price was right. There are not many choices for breakfast in this neighborhood. This place delivers value and solid breakfast. Its simple so if that is a problem you should look elsewhere....but if looking for a solid breakfast for a fair price, this is the place.

Attempted to come here after some research. Website stated it was open on Sunday morning. Alas, it was shut. Not ideal really.

I had crumpets with poached eggs, and tea. Crumpets nothing special - just warmed up, not toasted. Had to hunt around for salt and pepper. Service fairly quick but not particularly friendly.

First visit today shows promise as being a regular place to go. Good coffee and Panni and Service good.

This little gem is a must to visit,if you are in the vicinity of Buckingham Palace we came upon it after watching the changing of the guard. It has a large menu and at unbelievable prices for London. The food is delicious and fresh and the owner is a gentleman full of generosity and kindness. If you like something hot and spicy I can throughly recommend the Sri Lankan omelette.

Great place for breakfast tucked away near St James Hotel. Reasonable prices and good choice including baps, crumpets and sandwiches as well as usual English breakfasts. Nice mugs of tea or coffee. Not unfriendly staff.

Proper British cafe near Buckingham Palace . I had a Full English and my wife had toast and jam. It set us up perfectly for the day. Would recommend if you're visiting London

In planning our trip, I tried to locate cafes near attractions. This one fit the bill nicely to see the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace. It is just around the corner from the gate. They have a great selection of breakfast items that my young adult kids & I enjoyed. The cafe has around 8 - 10 tables for seating (inside and out). Highly recommend for a nice sit down breakfast before heading out for the day.

Great find close to Buckingham Palace and Victoria train station. Excellent selection of lunch items, the tricolore panini was delicious - very fresh ingredients and oregano bread. Highly recommend as an affordable lunch/brunch place off the beaten track

This little Sri Lankan cafe is amazing. Come here frequently and always have the special which changes daily. Always good recipes that you do t get anywhere else. amazing

First time there, took some friends visiting for the first time they wanted crumpets and they loved them. I must say the customer service was top notch, they do not have a toilet for customers. One of staff offered to refund my friends money so she could buy a coffee at place next door and use their toilet. We forgot all about it and as we walked out the door someone came chasing after us to give her the money.

Was very accommodating of my mother's milk allergy. Soy drinks were blended completely separately from dairy drinks. The cappuccino I had here was quite good.

Cappuccinos weren’t the best and the service was a mixture of good and not so good. They did make an effort to accommodate our special request, which was nice.

A good place for lunch in Victoria. My kids really enjoyed the pasta. And I enjoyed my panini. Worth making your way to.

Segunda visita mientras trabajaba en la zona. La última vez tuve un chorizo fantástico y algo de chapata, que era el caso. Pedimos capuchino y el desayuno inglés completo esta vez. El servicio fue cortés y rápido. 2 tostadas con mantequilla 2 huevo frito, 2 hash brown, 2 salchichas, frijoles y tocino. ¡Todo fue realmente bueno en un plato de tamaño decente para que no tuvieras que luchar para evitarlo! Todo estaba bien preparado y sabroso. Las setas lo habrían hecho increíble. Para Londres, un precio decente también. La próxima vez que esté en esa área por negocios volveré otra vez.

Más tarde fuimos a tomar un café pero deseamos no haberlo hecho.Las rosquillas son grandes pero pesadas, sin mermelada, pero con Nutella adentro.El café podría haber estado bien si no estuviera casi frío.El personal solo mostró signos de amabilidad cuando entró un perro grande. Entonces el perro saltó con sus patas por todo el mostrador. Valoración de higiene ****. Probablemente debería reducirse.

I wanted to try some crumpets while on my first trip to England and this was a great place to do so! We were planning on watching the changing of the guard and our hotel is steps from Buckingham Palace. This restaurant also is right around the corner from the palace so it was the perfect stop for breakfast. I had the smoked salmon crumpet and my husband had the eggs benedict crumpet. We both loved the texture of a crumpet compared to its American cousin the English Muffin. The food was made quickly and tasted great. I’d definitely recommend it for breakfast if you are in the area and looking for a quick bite to eat.

Piccolo locale a due passi da St. James's Park, spesso affollato e a ragione: l'offerta è varia e gustosa, le pietanze sono preparate fresche al momento e i prezzi sono onesti. I crumpets hanno una consistenza particolare, morbida e quasi spugnosa, il gusto è delicato e non copre quello della farcitura scelta. Ci tornerò volentieri.

We stayed in a sweet AirBnB around the corner and just stumbled upon this place on our way to the train station.

Stopped in after Buckingham Palace. We had panino, croissant for the kids. My full English was proper caff food but all well cooked, crisp toast and hash browns, which isn’t always a given. Coffee was a 10 out of 10.

Popped in here as the heavens opened, was only going to have a coffee till we saw the donuts! They are massive! The rest of the food looked amazing too, nice busy little coffee shop with plenty to offer!

Food was delicious, coffee is fresh, and service was quick! We couldn’t ask for more! Enough space for 5 adults with room to spare. Also, crumpets are delicious!

We stopped here for Sunday brunch after good recommendations. You can basically choose what you like. Perfert poached eggs on toast with avocado and bacon. Good value for central London and speedy service too.

Cute little panini joint off of buckingham gate HOWEVER... after I ordered and received my food I asked for the toilet to wash my and guess what... They don’t have one.... so I wonder where do the panini makers wash their hands??? Che schifo!!!

Cozy little cafe. Prices are reasonable. My florentina panini was delicious (cooked well, tasty, and fresh bread). I had crumpets and they were very good, but it was my first time ever having crumpets so take my opinion with a pinch of salt.

Less than 5 mins from Buck Palace in a quiet Street away from the tourist hotspot. Good variety of sandwiches, toasties, breakfasts. Nice Segafredo coffee and all reasonably priced in view of location. Good for a quick fix of coffee or food.

Estábamos en la calle taj James Court y decidimos venir aquí para el desayuno (terminamos comiendo el desayuno aquí dos veces), está a 2 minutos a pie desde el hotel y mucho más razonable que el hotel para el desayuno!
