Adoro questo posto,siamo venuti per caso,ci hanno fatto accomodare in sala al piano du sotto,in uno spazio con tavolo grande e spazioso con possibilita di caricare le batterie per nostri telefoni. Cibo servito era buono,pudding e gelato e torrazzo,con thè inglese....unica vera e bella esperienza da non dimenticare qui a Londra....ci siamo tornati ma era occupato, ci ritorno sicuramente...complimenti per questi posto pensato per cliente in 360 gradi,dal menu all'atmosfera, al servizio e gentilezza,buona del cibo,si vede che fatto da professionisti, Grazie

How sad that this kind of restaurant still exists in 2025. A basic tourist trap. You arrive and are redirected to the restaurant next door, pretending it's the same one. Anyway, why not. However, 21 pounds for a takeaway pizza, you have to stop treating people like idiots. Luckily, the final product was pretty good for a pizza, even if it was quite greasy and oily. I advise you to move on.

Hotel is closed. Had amazing Martinis in the famous bar .

Nice bar and quite busy. Dim lit but it's got a nice feel to it . Wished the staff would be more attentive to guests' drinks and offer to get more drinks when glass is near empty.

Very caring staff. A very small rain storm came through and they moved quickly to deploy awnings and move tables to keep everyone dry. They also treated someone to a special birthday dessert and sang, which was very sweet to witness and not forced in any way.

Was taken here for an afternoon tea experience for my 60th birthday, it was amazing. The service was great and the food was out of this world. Have recommended this to so many of my friends, I couldn’t rate it highly enough

If you're a sushi-lover, you can never go wrong with Itsu. It's fresh and delicious! I especially love this one here, because the Embankment Park is close by and I simply take my food to-go and eat it there.

Desafortunadamente, después de nuestra experiencia es poco probable que recomendaría el restaurante a un amigo. Los entrantes estaban bien. Eran ligeramente agobiantes en comparación con otros menús pre-teatro en Londres (algunos de los cuales están a un precio ligeramente inferior) , pero los sabores de los platos eran decentes y estaban bien presentados. Sin el jus desde el principio, el plato de cerdo comprendía un trozo de vientre de cerdo poco sazonado, aunque con una bonita piel crujiente, y un pequeño lado de puerros y manzanas que curiosamente no parecía agregar mucho. Una vez más, en comparación con otros menús pre-teatro que he probado (por ejemplo, Wild Honey, Café Murano) , los principales se presentaron bien pero carecían de profundidad de sabor. Pepe serves great Italian street food in a great variety. Visitors can dine on pizza, pasta and other Italian-style cuisine. Pepe is popular with local residents and visiting tourists. My partner and me loved Pepe, we had a great tasty Italian lunch in London.

Heard this was a cool upmarket cafe. The croissant was flat - somewhere in the distribution chain it had been squashed!!! Coffee was mediocre. Soooo overated!! Black Sheep serves better products with far less pretention!!

I am surprised to see not many reviews on this place. We spend a half a day at F&M visiting all the floors of food and drinks. At the end we had a bite to eat at this area. Service was good and food tasted yummy. Obviously food here is not cheap. We visited this place last summer. Drop down box is not letting me select beyond December 2019.

The worlds best. What can I say. Every time is an occasion and you feel like a King, let alone a Duke.
