We booked this restaurant as it had availability the time we needed and fancied small bites. It was perfect as it had chaat! I noticed Staff were pleasant and especially one Staff 'Sahibi' hope I spelled and pronounced it correctly was cheerful. The service was good for cooked but attentiveness to our needs is to be appreciated. Hopefully back for bottomless chaats

It is to our shame that I have realised that we have never left a review for Cinnamon Bazaar. This is our ‘go to’ place in central London. Innovative Indian food, that is innovative because it’s a new tasty version of classics, not just innovative for the sake of it. Amongst a regularly changing menu they also have classics - today I had chicken biryani (again)…something I rarely go for but here it’s just so! Current special menus include afternoon tea, but not as we know it and a celebration of chaat, which looked well worth having a go at. The staff are absolutely lovely and genuinely care about the food and the diners’ experience. Cinnamon Bazaar is the epitome of great food in a relaxed environment and will remain a firm favorite for as long as they will have us!!!!

Excellent food. Amazing service from Dominik and a Bangladeshi chap! Had pre theatre menu of prawns, samosa chaat, shepherds pie, pistachio kulfi. Also a treat fit hubbies bday! Wanted £45 set menu but was in a rush for theatre! Many many thanks to the cinnamon Bazaar team!

We came here on a quiet weekday afternoon for High Chai to celebrate my sister’s 60th birthday. Their version of an Indian afternoon tea was delicious. Unique from other Indian afternoon menus that I looked at in that they include pani puri and chaat which are two of our favourite dishes. Not too many sweet items which I prefer. Food was tasty and plenty of it for two of us. Our waiter was Rejab who provided excellent service and chatted to us. He even brought out a birthday treat and candle for my sister. Thank you. Lovely bright decor inside. I’ve been here before and will come back

My mom and I went here on her birthday. We had such an amazing evening! Tanvir made sure we felt really special, he even got her a little birthday cake and sang to her. The food was incredible. Would love to go here again when I'm visiting London again!

Had the set menu, food was tasty and hot. Jungle chicken curry was delicious, I could have eaten it all night! Lamb shepherds pie was so tender. Service was good even though they were busy. No complaints and we will be back.

We had an excellent pre-theatre dinner at Cinnamon Bazaar recently. The pork belly, spiced beetroot cake and prawn stir fry were all delicious starters; from the mains, the okra was good, roganjosh shepherds pie very good and the tilapia excellent. Can recommend the pistachio kulfi for dessert. Very good value for central London. We are looking forward to our next visit!

Really enjoyed the food- loved the shrimp main course and Indian popcorn was very different. Cocktails enjoyable. The tables are little too close together though and packed in.

Booked afternoon tea here with family and was greeted to a table for 5 people, what seemed like it was better suited to 4. When our dishes arrived, there was barely enough space to lay out them out and we had to end up stacking a few plates. The afternoon tea itself was pretty decent. The starters are very good, followed by a small selection of sandwiches (one fish, one chicken for non-veg, which is offered twice). The desserts themselves lacked any real inspiration and overall, the food was average. The problem is with just how busy this place gets. It was pretty full at the time we were here and so you'd expect a slower service. However, this was made even poorer by the fact that you couldn't attract a waiter's attention easily, and when you did, they would simply take your request and not bother to react to it. We waited on a dish that was added extra to the afternoon tea for a long time. It was butter naan, which is relatively easy to make. Yet took the longest, even when all the afternoon tea was served - we still had to wait until after the mains were served to receive it. We also had to ask for the bill 4 times to 3 different members of staff in the span of 30 minutes. Eventually, we had to go up to the counter to pay. This kind of slow service is a shame as it is a nice place to come and eat, it just doesn't work when it's busy.

The food was average! The selections for the afternoon tea were not the best for non- vegetarian option. The macaroon was too hard, pani puri was missing the kick. Other than that everything else was okay. The lamb roganjosh shepherd’s pie was really nice. What we loved the most was the ambience and service. We were served by Tanveer, he was very friendly and took very good care of us. If I visit this place again, might not be for the food but for his amazing service.

Great experience! We went for a family birthday and had a splendid time. The service was great and warm. The food was delicious. We had the High Afternoon Tea (and didn’t realise it was bottomless dishes as well as tea) which was a pleasant surprise and great for ordering more of the delicious dessert and mains. The waitress even brought out a ‘Happy Birthday’ cake as a gift which was very sweet. Whilst the tea and food weren’t Dishoom-level, they were still tasty and we had a nice time overall given the ambience and decor. Also, good value for money given how everything was presented and the colours on the plate.

We loved the warm and friendly welcome, the colorful yet modern interior and the great atmosphere. Food was exceptional and Shruthi gave us very good recommendations! We shared dishes and it was great fun to taste hot and cold starters. The mains were great as well. But the desserts were a great finishing attraction.

This was our first visit here. It was very busy and the ables were fairly squashed together but the service and food more than made up for it. Both were excellent and we would definitely return. I would have given this 5 stars except for the fact that the toilets were on the second floor so not ideal for anybody with mobility issues.

Wonderful! The food was exquisite. We enjoyed small plates as a pre-theatre meal. The cumin brioche was an amazingly light and fresh choice and we only wished that we had been able to stay longer in a really atmospheric and characterful environment!

We had such an enjoyable time at Cinnamon Bazaar on Saturday and the whole experience went smoothly from our initial booking enquiry. We were a group of 7 and all the staff that looked after us were delightful and obliging. We only caught the name of Tapi but the whole team were fantastic. And the food was delicious from start to finish. One of our group is coeliac so it was great to have lots of menu options clearly flagged up. Although the restaurant was busy, the service was excellent and we never felt hurried in any way.

As it says in the title, this is the place to bear when it comes to authentic and deliciously made bubble tea. The service is always fast and I don’t think I can emphasise just how wonderful the drinks are. You get a lot of drink for what you buy plus there is just something special about the presentation of the drink and the way it is made that stays in your mind long after you finish the bubble tea. I particularly recommend the fruit teas, with some drinks it comes with fresh fruit in the drink that you can eat after! Always refreshing and sweet
