Vores bord var ikke klar til det reserverede tidspunkt. Maden var okay, men ikke mere end det. Betjeningen var ikke særlig opmærksom, men venlig nok. En tjener tabte en ren spisepind på gulvet, samlede den op og lagde den i bunken med de andre rene. Virkelig ulækkert!

Don't eat here. During my trip, I wanted to eat Korean food, but the taste was too sweet for Koreans' tastes, and when I paid, I ended up counting out things I didn't order. Moreover, the staff served food without washing their hands and touching their faces and mouths, which was really disappointing. An hour later, my dinner partner and I both had stomachaches and had to go to the bathroom. Don't come here unless you want to get sick eating knock off Korean Food.

Kazi was amazing, I felt like I could ask for anything without feeling "too much" the Yori set BBQ it's a super good option if you want to dine for a date or with a friend. It was my wife and mine birthday today. Thanks Yori and many thanks Kazi to be a very nice person!

Pretty awful to be honest. Extremely expensive for awful cuts of meat. Staff aren't Korean and it feels like you're in an Indian restaurant with Bollywood tunes playing. Won't be back.

Booked this place for my bday. On the website, I added as a note that I would like to bring my birthday cake - mind you, it wasn’t a small one either. It was a rather large box that we carried all the way to the restaurant just for the woman at the door to tell us we cannot cut the cake in the restaurant because of cross-contamination? It would’ve been so much more thoughtful if they had contacted us the day before the reservation to let us know, as we carried it all the way there for nothing. The service was poor. Even though they were aware that it was a special event, they didn’t take care to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed. We were sat for a considerable amount of time waiting to be approached or offered even tap water, to our dismay we weren’t. We had to wave to the waiter so we could order MULTIPLE times. To make matters worse, our grill wasn’t switched on properly for three quarters of the food. The meat cooked incredibly slowly for this reason, and we couldn’t understand why. Not until nearly the very end did we realise that the plug hadn’t been pushed all the way in properly! Furthermore, the delay in receiving our food only made matters worse. We didn’t receive even the most basic side dishes like rice for AGES & we had to keep reminding the waiters to bring us our food. For what we paid, I will absolutely never be returning here or recommending this place to anyone. It’s such a shame because I am a massive fan of K-BBQ but I’ve got to say, Kalbi is far superior to this place and is no where near as “boujie” or stuck up. Awful.

The seafood kimchi pancake was okay. Budaejjigae tastes like something between kimchi stew and tteokbokki. It feels a little below average.

I come here every time I’m in London! One of my favorite korean restaurants I’ve been to anywhere. Highly recommend their haemul kimchi jeon and cucumber kimchi, if tastes so fresh!! Staff was lovely as well

I would give 5 stars for staff who really tried to provide a better service 1) I booked a table for 7pm for Friday evening. From my booking it says 7-8:30pm. We arrived around 6:50pm and were asked to finish as people are waiting just around 8pm 2) one of the dishes didn’t arrive for a while. I chased and was told it’s coming. Then we were told we only got 15 min left for the table. So I have to explained we didn’t receive all our food . At the end our dish arrive and they did gave that to us for free. 3) i have had other Korean food outside Korea and defo has better quality and taste somewhere else. It’s good location but I struggle to give it more stars. Staff were as lovely as they can be but it was a busy Friday evening .

The atmosphere is this place is very warm and welcoming. The service was amazing and the cocktails were outstanding. Our server Paola was such a pleasure. Made us feel very much at home!

I initially booked for the YORI restaurant in Covent Garden, but apparently the Google search images mix the various points of this chain because that specific restaurant did not have tables with integrated barbecues (as the photos showed). They advised us to go to the Piccadilly point, where they welcomed us in a very superficial manner. In my opinion, the dishes are overpriced compared to the quantity and quality of the food (many products are pre-made frozen), furthermore each side dish (boiled rice to accompany and various vegetables) must be ordered separately, not to mention the lack of variety in the choice of the side dishes themselves. Even though there wasn't a large crowd, those who managed the room were always not very attentive to the requests of us customers. Unpleasant experience, not recommended

Great Korean food! Fast service and nice staff

If you are looking for a proper Korean BBQ experience you should look elsewhere. We waited for 1 hour 15 mins to get in despite being told to wait for 15-20 mins. We did not book a table in advance so we understand we had to wait but they kept at least 10 people waiting (while telling everyone it’s 15 minute wait which is completely a joke) when half of the tables were actually empty. 🙄 Everyone could see the empty tables and the staff did not give a shit about it. The photo was taken during peak hour and there were a queue of people waiting at the door. First of all the tables are so small (as you can see in the photo) that you can’t even fit a BBQ set and a pancake, and the wait staff wouldn’t care and just expected us to make space for them. So the whole dining experience was very messy and stressful. Secondly the grill was not hot enough to have a proper BBQ and the staff wouldn’t let us turn the switch to “high”, claiming it will burn the grill plate and they had to change the plate for us. We have had proper Korean BBQ before and staff changing the grill during a meal is definitely a normal thing. In some proper restaurants the staff would assist you with the BBQ. They just did not bother to do it. We had to keep it low heat so most of the time we were more like boiling the beef rather than having a normal Korean BBQ. Very disappointing as we came here for the BBQ. We spend £100 for this meal but we think it is definitely not worth the wait and not worth the money. There are much better options in London with the same price. We will not come back again nor recommend this to any of our friends.

my favourite korean restaurant in london hands down. went on a date here, he was terrible but the food was great as always. our waitress angela was so friendly and attentive. i will come back with a better date 🙏🏻🙏🏻

I went to have lunch as it was my break time. I ordered but my order never came. I was waiting for almost 45 mins with nothing to eat. What a waste of time. I went back to work hungry. Waiters have no following up or to check up on customers, and no sense of customer service. Imagine yourself hungry waiting for nothing.

They were nice enough to give us a table without a reservation. And they were genuinely nice but incompetent service wise. We waited for our wine and it turned out that they didn’t have a wine opener. Ordered diet coke and also waited too long for that. They gave us the food with big-time difference so we couldn’t even eat together. The food is OK, but I’ve had better Korean fried chicken. Also door was not closing properly and it got cold every time

We tried several plates and barbecue options. It was decent but portions are small, lacked taste and side compliments were almost non existent. Decent choice but will not return.

Paramos aquí para almorzar el otro día mientras visitábamos Brian Cox en el Teatro de Londres. Se encuentra justo al lado de la carretera principal entre Eros y la Galería Nacional. Desde que nos fuimos de vacaciones a Montreal hemos mostrado interés en la comida coreana. Nos sentamos en una mesa y aunque había instalaciones de cocina que elegimos no utilizar hoy porque estábamos en el camino al teatro y un almuerzo rápido era necesario. Tomamos un par de refrescos como de costumbre y tomamos un poco de Pajeon, un poco de arroz frito con huevo y dos tazones de Bulgogi. No hizo falta demasiado log para que llegara la comida, pero como de costumbre con estos restaurantes coreanos la comida era encantadora. El personal era muy amable también y el lugar estaba bastante ocupado cuando estuvimos allí con parejas asiáticas e individuos también. Como dicen, si a los nacionales les gusta entonces debe estar bien para todos los demás. Cuando llegó la factura había un cargo por servicio del 10% y nuestra factura llegó a poco más de £ 50 con el cargo incluido. Para Londres esto estaba bien. En resumen, el personal era muy amable, la comida era encantadora y el ambiente era auténtico. Si estás en Londres, visítalo. Al salir de la Galería Nacional, gire a la derecha y camine hasta Picadilly Circus. A medida que pasea por el gran teatro a su derecha, siga caminando hacia arriba durante unos 10 metros más y el restaurante está en una pequeña calle a la derecha.

One of the best meals of my life. This was my first time trying Korean BBQ and I’ve been talking about it for a week. Service was great, and the food was delicious. I will definitely come back soon !

I got the Korean Chicken Ramen and the YORI fried chicken platter which were both delicious. Our server Paula was amazing and made sure we had the perfect experience. The strawberry highball was also fantastic.

I used to think this place was pretty good, but today’s experience left me with nothing but question marks. First, the japchae was so hot it felt like a freshly made Chinese-style “ants climbing a tree” dish. The fried rice was overly sticky, as if it was just-cooked rice mixed with salt and not properly stir-fried. The seafood pancake barely had any seafood—lack of ingredients aside, it was also sticky and mushy. This is not how a Korean pancake should be. And finally, the pork and seafood bulgogi. Yes, it looked red, but the taste was nothing like Korean bulgogi. Please, take this more seriously!

Absolutely fantastic food. Great place to try out Korean BBQ, good host and pleasant staff. We had a blast and will be coming back. One of my favourite places in London

I had been to Yori a few years ago and enjoyed it but it seems to have gone downhill a bit. It took 30 mins to order even after asking several times, our drinks never arrived and we had get them removed from the bill at the end. The toilets were literally overflowing and unusable. The food was ok nothing special, the kimchi pancake was undercooked. Sadly I have had better Korean food in other places with better service. Probably won’t be coming back.

Dining date 28/02/2025, 5 pm, reservation (for 4 people) The environment is very good, the atmosphere is very good, and the service attitude is also very good. The food quality is normal, and at this price, the food quality is absolutely acceptable. The beef bone soup is very clear and delicious, but the stone pot rice is a bit wet, and there is no burnt rice. This is a bit disappointing, but the food quality is also close to the taste of Hong Kong food, you can give it a try

The food here is absolutely fantastic. We had BBQ beef platter, kimchi, dumplings, Korean fried chicken, beef bulgogi. It was brought out extremely fast, and delicious. Our server Paola was wonderful to interact with, and was regularly checking in that everything was okay with our experience.

My partner and I were really looking forward to our first Korean BBQ experience, but unfortunately, it didn’t go as planned. As first-timers, we didn’t receive any guidance on how to use the grill, which made it difficult—especially since the grill was quite small. The meat wasn’t searing properly, and without enough oil, it kept sticking. A more serious issue arose when we informed the waitress about a mushroom allergy, yet our platter arrived with mushrooms on top of the meats. Despite being reassured that this wouldn’t be a problem, it seems there was a lack of understanding about allergens. We raised our concerns with the manager, who was kind enough to offer a 10% discount, but it was still worrying, as I started feeling unwell. Portion sizes were quite small, and for the price, we expected a better quantity-to-quality ratio. That said, the kimchi rice was delicious, and towards the end of our meal, another waiter stepped in to help. He actually explained how to use the grill, which was greatly appreciated—though it would have been much more helpful at the start. Overall, I think the restaurant could improve by providing a quick explanation of how to use the grill and by taking allergies more seriously. A brief rundown on adjusting the grill heat takes less than a minute but would make a big difference.

During our trip to London, my kids wanted to eat Korean food, so we just went in without having time to make a reservation. Even though it was fully booked, he offered to take a moment and I accepted. We've already decided on the menu. :) They took orders quickly, suggested menus suitable for children, and everything from serving to finishing was hassle-free. The kids ate up all the bulgogi and soft tofu they ordered! The sense of stability that Korean food gives overseas is indescribable. Thanks to Gabi, you saved my life in London haha. thank you!

Fantastic overall Korean BBQ experience. Firstly the sharing dishes are a must try. We had the japchae, Korean fried chicken, and kimchi jeon - the last of which was a standout dish of the whole night. The meat quality was mostly good, the ribeye was quite tough but the other beef cuts were great and well marinated. Their grilled chicken was particularly tender and flavourful so I would recommend trying more of those varieties. The banchan was plentiful and delicious. I would definitely recommend eating them with the grilled meats in a lettuce wrap. The restaurant was quite busy and as a result the staff often took a while to respond and in the end forgot some of our additional requests for missing cutlery. It was however quite busy despite being a Tuesday evening and seemed somewhat understaffed. However this was still overall a fun and delicious experience I would definitely recommend.

Had a great Korean BBQ lunch at Yori Piccadilly. We were served by Dhaval who delivered a fabulous service with his food recommendations which were spot on and friendly smile. Definitely recommend eating here.

Although the food was good, we were let down by the awfully slow and poor service. We were left waiting by the door for 10 minutes during which 2 workers walked up to the bar next to the door yet didn’t acknowledge us. Once we were sat down they were friendly but during the meal we were once again let down by the slow poor service. They ran out of small bottles of water (surprising since our booking was in the early afternoon). We were offered a large bottle which was considerably more expensive so we asked for a jug of tap water for the table. Unfortunately it took 20 minutes and a reminder to receive this jug. Once again it was not busy at this time. After the waiter finally bought us the jug he failed to bring us glasses for the jug so I’m not sure if he wanted us to drink directly out the jug communally. It then took another 15 minutes and a trip to the bar to get the cups, which ended up smelling like mildew anyway. Never have I removed service charge from a restaurant but the service was virtually non existent so I had to ask for it to be removed. Shame because once again the food was decent! Could have been an amazing experience.

Really enjoyed the food, atmosphere and service here. Dhaval looked after us so well with prompt service. Food was really nice with the option to have the BBQ yourself or have it made by the kitchen. We chose the BBQ option and had a fun experience with that. Dhaval helped us with the selection of items for the BBQ. Would recommend.

We love going to any of the YORI restaurants that we've been to and our trip to Piccadilly Circus was exceptional. Our server Mani was great, so attentive and helpful. I can definitely recommend the Pork Bulgogi and the Bibimbap is airways good.

We loved the place and the team is very nice. The portion for the barbecue are relatively medium but the lettuce is not offered with them. The sides are micro and should really be reviewed to be adequate. We loved the beef barbecue, the sea food ramen is great and the spicy chicken udon noodles are great. Thanks a lot.
