The food was tasty, but I expected that if you eat it on-site, it would not be served in disposable boxes and paper spoons with drips... The downside is that there is no toilet in the place, even though there are usually plenty of tables to sit at. If someone wants to take something away, it's great, but when eating on site it spoils the atmosphere.

Impeccable environment to sit with bathroom and music. Gentle attendants. The sushi combos are wonderful, but I would like to make some suggestions: - Be careful with so much black sesame sushi. It ends up taking away the taste of sushi; - They urgently need to change the sushi options such as tomato roll, salmon skin and more; - The soy sauce is very salty, you need to check it; The hot options are delicious. Here are my suggestions.

Not recommended for asians who actually are used to asian restaurants with an angry uncle cooking in the kitchen. Food tastes and feels far from my expectation, at least, but service is totally good.

I was there Just the other day and it was an amazing experience ! The food was so delicious and the workers we're really kind. itsu has good prices and good portions . A must when youre in London! My Tip is the famous cocunut Chicken soup, one of the best soups I ever ate:-)

Visited here for a quick lunch. They sell sushi, soups and rice bowls and have a wide variety. I ordered assorted sushi, miso soup, and chicken rice bowl, and I enjoyed the sushi and miso soup very much. Good for quick meal.

Rice ruined the meal of the sushi platter. It was congealed and inedible. It was made worse as the size was too large too. Rice needs to be just passed al dente for it to compliment the sushi. You need to improve the rice cooking a lot. Also bao we’re barely warm.

Was soll man sagen? Das Essen ist lecker, die Bowls sind vorbereitet, wodurch man sehr schnell sein Essen bekommt, aber wirken dennoch frisch. Sushi gab es leider nur abgepackt aus dem Kühlregal, aber auch das war gut. Die Auswahl an Getränken enthält nicht nur die üblichen Zucker/Süßstoff-Wasser wie Cola etc, sondern auch etwas exotischere Angebote wie Gurken-Wasser oder einen Aloe-Drink. Es gibt nur eine Universal-Toilette, für die man einen Zugangscode beim Personal erfragen muss. Damit soll sicher gestellt werden, dass nur zahlende Kundschaft das stille Örtchen aufsucht. So weit, so gut. Leider war diese bei unserem Besuch dennoch nicht besonders sauber. Dafür war das Personal sehr kundenfreundlich und riet uns davon ab, am Tresen abgepackte Soßen zu kaufen mit dem Hinweis, dass diese an den Tischen kostenlos zur Verfügung stehen. (Ich hoffe, dass diese Rezension jetzt niemanden den Job kostet...)

Sushi here was one of the best I’ve had. The sashimi salmon had an amazing texture. What was also great was that it was £1 cheaper if you got it with miso soup! The miso soup was also very good and had a perfect taste to it. The toilets, however weren’t absolutely clean but the rest of the restaurant was. Would definitely come here again.

Sushi taste is good but noodle and dumpling taste just normal.

didn't actually like the food, but that was only my personal opinion as I didn't like one specific spice, which made the overall food taste bad for me. Still, I do recommend you to try it

This branch wasn’t that busy when we came to visit for some respite from the heat. The server was so friendly and did everything efficiently, not sure if she was minding it all by herself? It’s fairly spacious and quiet. Food was great too!

I’m giving 5⭐️ because I think they’re great for a sushi chain on that specific quality tier. Of course, don’t expect omakase quality because that would be impossible for a chain, right? But for the cost of the meals and the sushi quality, 💯 worth to try it. A quick lunch or light meal and you won’t be disappointed.

Nice place off of all of the Westminster tourist spots such as Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and before Buckingham. So, if you need a place to eat, get a refreshment, it is a good stop. They offer rice and noodle bowls. They have a selection of prepared sushi that you can take out or eat in. The vegetable dragon roll and chicken gyoza (dumpling) miso soup was my meal. The soup was hot, good miso flavor, but the gyoza could have been a bit better in flavor and texture. A bit too flimsy and unseasoned on the filling for my tastes. They have several beverages available as well. Employees are nice, quick to take your order. Eating inside is comfortable. The upbeat music plays, such as techno and house. They keep it clean and it is bright enough.

We came to itsu for a small lunch after walking in the city all morning. We were craving something warm since it was a bit chilly and saw the sign for the veggie gyoza noodle bowl. We had two of those and a cup of tea, all for about £20. The noodle bowls tasted great and really energized us. They were also ready for us immediately after ordering, so we didn’t have to wait.

Lovely fresh flavours. First time visit so menu was confusing for a newbie, bit very happy with selection. This store was very understaffed on our visit, so lots of uncleaned tables, but it was HRH funeral weekend so forgiven.

I bought a salmon avocado roll, it didn’t have salmon only the piece it shows the salmon the rest of them it was only rice bloody paid just to eat rice not even avocado or salmon.

Bao was well made and satisfying.

Super cool cool place with a range of tasty, healthy and value options. I ordered the chicken soup which was quite tasty, mostly chicken and under 5 pounds. Larger bowls for the very hungry. Also sushi available. Highly recommend!
