Vida was a wonderful and personable waiter who answered all our questions and was very helpful!

Great experience - excellent food and the waiter gave genuine opinions and recommendations, not driven by price! Very helpful. Location next to Victoria station is also great.

Super service, very timely with a lovely dimmed light vibe. Our server Armando was very helpful with the menu and suggested good dishes. Made for a nice evening out.

A very nice restaurant with nice food. The waitress named Angela definitely helped us choose the food. We took a chicken schnitzel, pork belly, fish and chips. And some desert that Angela recommended us. A very nice waitress, kind with smile. Thank to Angela for the beautiful meal that we had 🙂

I love Brown's! Spent a lovely afternoon on 14th January 2024 to celebrate my birthday. The waitress Anna, was perfect - friendly, excellent service. Anna found out it was my birthday and organised a special dessert complete with candle and made by Maria. Thank you!

Een fijn gelegen lunch spot in Londen. Het is een modern gebouw en het eten is een soort van wat je in een pub zou kunnen bestellen. Heel lekker maar een beetje duur. De limonades zijn een aanrader.

We had a lovely dinner here before a theatre show. Jay, our waiter was so polite, kind and helpful. His service was 'perfect' according to our children who kept remarking on how nice he was to us all. Children's menu was good. Delicious a LA carte menu too, hard to choose but went with the fillet steak and scallops which were really good!! Also recommend the almond&apricot sour from the cocktail menu. A lovely experience, we will be back!

Had a wonderful time out with the family and was served by Jay. Absolutely amazing at recommending wine with our meal choices as well as cocktails for desserts. Went to Brown's Victoria yesterday (New Year's Eve) it was very busy, but they managed to find us a table for 6 which was amazing. However, they didn't tell me that they were only serving a 'festive' menu (at a heavily marked up price). Oh well, the food was good and we had a good time, so that's all that really matters. I have been to many different Brown's over the years & Victoria didn't disappoint.

Overall, it was a nice pre-theatre lunch, but the service was a little slow. Staff pleasant, though. Prfectly cooked fish & good starters. Not offered a sweet or coffee, although to be fair, I doubt we would have had a dessert.

Negatives: The lavatories were in poor condition - two sinks blocked and tissue was unavailable in every stall. Positives: the festive drinks were nice and the meals were well prepared and delicious

The restaurant was beautifully decorated for the holidays and our waitress was stellar, but sadly the food wasn’t worth what we paid. I had reserved a table with the Christmas Lunch preset menu which cost over £100/per person. The food was good, but not special by any means. It also wasn’t hot, lukewarm at best. For that price and at a nice place, I at least expected the food to be hot. Nice experience and staff was great, but the food needs some attention.

I hope the management can refund what I paid for the festive Turkey dinner. I only had 2 pieces of potatoes, 1 and a half slices of thinly sliced turkey, 1 piece of pig in a blanket and some veg. The portion was too small and it was only warm. The dessert- apple crumble with ginger icecream was not very nice. I can tell the apple crumble was heated up in the microwave. Honestly, I did not expect that. It was easy enough to heat the crumbles in the oven. The crumbles were soggy . The poor food quality and portion made me feel extremely disappointed . I hope I can get a refund ! Thanks !

Very pleasant environment. Not so loud that we couldn't talk to each other, which is important. Staff were very busy, but very friendly and efficient. Our meals were great quality, and well presented. There were no delays to any of the courses and we all had a really good time.

I am a regular at Brown's in Victoria and have been visiting since it opened. I am always happy with the service and food. The one thing that frustrates me is that it can take quite a while to get the bill and pay, even when not busy.

Went with my work colleagues for a Christmas social. Food could’ve been better and we were sat at a table that is a little restricted for space. Otherwise the atmosphere was OK. Witnessing another diner’s chair collapsing was a bit worrying though!
