Adina, Andrei and Karina absolutely lovely made my experience one to remember highly recommend to everyone to come and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere with a tasty menu and great service 5*

Adina, Andrei and Karina gave us a 5 stars services, very welcoming and very friendly to speak with. They gave us to try different types of Margaritas. I’ll definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to have a good time here!

Andrei is a friendly and accommodating waiter, and Adina and Karina kept everything running smoothly in the background. The food was pretty good.

Be careful and avoid in Soho, horrible service with wait time over 45 min to take an order. They charged us three times for the wine !!! When telling them they ignored it and realised that was a mistake when. Took them another 10 min to refund to avoid refunding us. Overpriced and they try to scam so be careful!

Excellent welcome, super friendly servers! I had a FULL English breakfast... So full that my stomach gave up until the evening. My wife had pancakes, and honestly, there were enough to feed a battalion. The price is a bit steep, but frankly, given the quantity, you could almost call it a profitable investment!

Went for dinner and this place was delicious! I got some wine and the shepherds pie. And I know I know it’s typical, but it was so delicious and their vegetables were great! My friend had the red Thai curry and she said it was amazing as well! I would definitely go back here. Ambience is OK but the service was really good! Good value for the price as well.

Very cold welcome. We waited 20 minutes to be told that the dish ordered was not available, after choosing another we waited another 30 minutes. The service is very long, the food is edible but nothing exceptional. You can find much better in the neighborhood. I do not recommend

the food was very overpriced for what it was, wouldn’t recommend, coffee not great either. charged £4.50 to add avocado to eggs and barely got half an avocado.

Execrable no motivation! I will not return to this place again! 45 min to wait for two pieces of toast with 4 pieces of apple on top, something never seen before!

Francesco crafted the drinks, which were excellent! I hope the restaurant resumes its 24-hour weekend operations, as it would encourage me to come back. Went there this evening with a friend and it was amazing. The staff are wonderful and they always make me feel welcome. Love Balans. I’m a repeat customer and it’s always my destination of choice. Special mention to Ovi who makes my visits a highlight. Always attentive and friendly. And it’s always nice when a staff member recognises the customer and welcomes them like an old friend.

Yep that does it. The last loveless, scrawny little meal I'll eat at Balans. I've been coming to Balans since they took over from Compton Coffee in the very early 2000s, Balans member and everything. Been with friends. Been with colleagues. Had kids and brought them in too. Anyone who's ever asked about eating in London, I've always recommended Balans. Man I loved that restaurant. It's gone. In its place - an overpriced, under-quality shadow of its former self. Thanks for the memories guys but that was my last meal with you.

Came in for a breakfast, service was slow, wasn't busy. Then paid £24.41 for a veggie breakfast. The bread was even cut in half, just plain white bread. Small portion, just was disappointed as ive had good breakfasts in here before.

Extremely overpriced for the quality that’s offered. I ordered the “Korean chicken pancakes” and the food couldn’t be drier, the chicken was even raw on the inside. It’s a great location and overall the vibes are fine but for how expensive it is, the quality is very low

One menu to share for two, cocktails not great £9 starter 1x prawn!! Thought I’d have a nice curry no juice so so dry, cheese cake tasted like it was in the fridge for days!! Haven’t been in ages use to be my regular haunt, thought I’d step back in time definitely should’ve of will NOT be going back but great customer service thought.

Incredible vibes. Loved the Spanish hits playing. The espresso martini was the best I ever had. The fish and chips were delicious! So flaky and flavorful. Audrey was an exceptional host!

Everything was ok but not special, after 2 Ciders they didn’t had any more, only 1 Calamari and half of the beer was not there. Thai Curry was really good but in general as a bar having no ciders is really bad

We stopped by for breakfast last Friday. We were greeted by a very welcoming manager (Eddie) our breakfast was delicious pancakes with maple syrup and banana , perfect poached eggs and avocado on gf bread and great coffee. Shaun’s service was discreetly wonderful. Thanks. We will be back ❤️
