Everyone was very helpful in explaining the different deserts available. I got the chocolate cinnamon cake with berry filling and it went perfect with my coffee 🙂 Our waitress Kashish was also very personable and friendly 🙂 Great overall experience 🙂

The waiter Sofie was really helpful in finding us a table for 6 in the outdoor sitting area and brought us chairs from inside to accommodate the sitting for everyone. Excellent service.

The drinks are lovely especially the collagen health drink however I would not recommend for any form of afternoon tea as the cakes are too dense and not as good as store bought as well as the apple cake being slimy and inedible

Great brunch place but on the more pricey side. Food is excellent, it has good flavour and great portion size. Our waitresses, Rim and Kashish were very attentive with our table despite being very busy.

We were skeptical about this place when we first sat down..but it exceeded our expectations! We had a small missunderstanding with the taste of the soup, but the manager dealt with the issue amazingly..calm..professional..and eager to help. Our waitress, Kashish, also provided us with professionalism and a lovely smile, making everything better than it was. The best linguini with prawns and fresh tasty deserts! I wish everyone could be served by Kashish..keep ur smile up!

Grossly overcharged at south Molton Street location in London. Probably intentionally, judging by the server’s reaction when caught. They pretended that they could not cancel the charge, nor contact the branch manager (which was a lie) Had to go through a long argument before they agreed to cancel and issue a new bill. Tremendously annoying and huge waste of time. The food and service were mediocre and in any case, nothing would be worth this amount of aggravation

I watched as a lady was seated all the way at the back of the cafe. Once she decided what she'd like to order, she looked up from the menu and waited. She tried to catch the waiting staff's attention a few times who were busy towards the front of the restaurant and forgot all about her. She waited and waited. And waited. After a good 15-20 minutes of sitting there with her menu and still nobody appearing to even take the order she got up and left. The food and relaxed vibe are great but if you're seated at the back of the restaurant prepare to be forgotten by the staff. Also side note, if you're there for more than 20minutes yournclothes end up smelling like fried omlettes for the rest of the day so I recommend outdoor seating if you don't want to smell like a breakfast buffet all day.

The food is very delicious and they have delicious and varied cakes. The staff are nice and I especially thank the employee Sofie, she has high morals.

Ambiance: 3.5/5 situated right beside bond street station, the vibe is great along with all the shops and cafes nearby Taste: 2.5/5 Ordered the pistachio-petals cake, decent taste and portion size, a bit overpriced but then you’re also paying for the brand ( if that makes ppl feel better) but not worth it. Service: 1/5: Staff seems to entitled to serve and isn’t aware of being courteous, feels like they’re trained to behave indefinitely and condescending as the other reviews highlighted. The server that seated us was shocked that we didn’t order much. We asked for water when we sat and got it after we finished eating and paid the bill right before we were leaving. The most disgusting part was a loud announcement by the manager to the street when we asked for removal of optional service charge as we were thoroughly disappointed ( the horrendous tipping entitlement culture from US is seeping here in UK as well). Overall in-spite of having the famous milk cake the experience left a bitter taste in our mouths. NOT recommended

The cake was still a bit sweet, but the fruit on it was very fresh; I also ordered ginger tea that said it could relieve stress, like orange juice...

I work in the area and come occasionally to treat myself to the delicious rhubarb pistachio tart or a coffee, the food is lovely and always very aesthetically pleasing. As well as the food the team is lovely, Hanna is always happy and smiling and always makes me feel extremely welcome with her amazing energy to your clients, the food is 5* but I’d give her attitude 10* if I could!!!

Desert and virgin mojito drinks were tasty and refreshing. A little bit of a long wait for outdoor seating and one employee (Asian lady with glasses) mentioned she cannot provide chairs to an empty table which was vacant as it’s exceeds the premises license LOL. 5 minutes later we were seated at that exact table by a lovely girl with curly red hair who provided us chairs!

Its an amazing and really lovely place! The food is so delicious and the people that work there are really sweet and nice. I especially loved the cakes and the hot chocolate made by Enver, the man behind the bar.😊

So happy we stopped by Sunday afternoon for a quick sweet treat. The salted caramel chocolate and pistachio cakes were delicious as were the vanilla and pistachio lattes. Just perfect! Most impressive was the service. Despite the fact the shop was full with customers and very busy, the staff — particularly our server Lara — were working so hard to give everyone a good experience. We really appreciated the effort and the great service.

We had the opportunity to go to coffee this morning, BIG MISTAKE. The waitress and the employee with a square are unpleasant, we faced haughty looks. The prices are high, I don't know who you think you are. We came from Paris, the city specializing in pastries and gastronomy, the prices are never so high and there is real respect for the customers. I work for the best pastry chef in the world (Nina Métayer), we have never dared to set prices this high, it’s really shameful. The San Sebastian portion was poorly cut, the raspberry tart was bland. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU.

Usually the one in Soho is my favourite cake shop in London but yesterday I was shocked to be served melted hot cakes and after complaining I was being asked if warm cake is a bad thing and it is warm beacuse of sun. Are you serious? It s a health hazzard This can t happen with cakes They should be kept cold.

When I arrived at the cafe there were not enough chairs at our table, I asked the worker to bring me a chair from inside, she refused even though there were chairs available inside, I waited standing until one of the people there got up and I took his chair. The worker's treatment was bad, I will never try this place again.👎🏻
