I won't come back to this specific L'ETO ever again. I went here today to eat my favorite milk cake left with a HORRIBLE experience. Firstly the lady gave me a tissue and after I'm done eating I go to open it and it had a chewed up chewing gum it. I was DISGUSTED AND HORRIFIED. How irresponsible, unhygienic and utterly careless do you have to be for that to happen? I mention it to the staff and she goes like oh sorry which my god she didn't even say something like I'm sorry you had such an experience. It's a cafe this should not happen no matter what. It's 1 too many times. I was so nauseous and disgusted just thinking about it. She had kept my spoon on top of that tissue who knows what kind of germs transferred to my spoon. I just paid and ran out of that cafe. Also I don't know why but the milk cake gave me a really bad stomach ache and didn't really taste fresh the dried and shriveled up strawberry would be my witness and the slice was broken which kinds put me off. The vanilla dolce de Leche is my favorite cake and I eat it pretty frequently when I have the time to visit the cafe so yeah this one felt a bit off. Had never been to this specific L'ETO ever and I wished it had stayed that way. I also had ordered at the counter because I specifically wanted to eat that cake but they didn't even get me the menu after I sat at the table.

I’ve been a regular customer at Leto on Bond Street for quite some time, but my recent experience was deeply disappointing. Despite the café being nearly empty and fully staffed, we had to wait 15 minutes before requesting menus ourselves—no one approached us. Even after that, another 20 minutes passed with no attempt to take our order. The staff appeared untrained and uninterested—wandering around, chatting, and showing no urgency or willingness to serve. It was frustrating to see such disregard for guests, especially as other customers around us also looked annoyed and ignored. As someone who used to enjoy coming here, it’s disheartening to see the decline in service. Unless there’s serious improvement, I won’t be returning.

Lovely brunch spot right by Bond Street Station. We had the *avocado toast with scrambled eggs and *buttermilk pancakes and they were divine. All staff are really nice and friendly ☺️ Service was a tad bit slow but understandable. 10/10 will come back!

We tried Apple pie, Napoleon and San Sebastian and they were delicious. It would be a sweet break for those tired of traveling.

The food was really good. Some of the staff was really attentive, but they messed up our orders and they seemed to have really bad communication between the three different people that we spoke with. There were a lot of pigeons, and it was unsanitary when they kept flying on to the tables and walking around. Unfortunately many things messing up for the good food and drinks.

Kaja was so lovely and very helpful explaining the cakes to us!! She made our experience amazing. The food and cakes were very tasty, and the banana latte was so good. Will definitly come back for more!

This is the second time we came to one of the L'ETO's restaurants and is probably not going to be the last. We ate English breakfast, which was very authentic and tasted great but was a little too greasy for our taste. The banana bread late was exceptional and the chai late was good. The signature cake we were recommended was delicious. In general we love the atmosphere, cakes and the whole vibe of the place. Would recommend for any tourist coming to London.

It says close at 22:00 went there at 21:00 and ghey already closed.

A place that we had already seen when we arrived in London, and we wanted to try. The delicious cakes, the excellent smoothies and the phenomenal atmosphere. A little oasis off bustling Oxford St. And the waitress, Nor, exceptional. He treated us very kindly. A highly recommended discovery.

I believe the guy wearing black is the manager, really rude to the employees, he a go to a girl employee beside us, we could hear everything,poor girl. All the employees were nice and professional except the guy I believe is the manager.

It’s Saturday night, 9pm, and I’m in Bond Street with some friends. After a quick search online, I find L’Eto, which looks cosy and perfect for a night out. When we arrive, there are a few tables outside and a couple more inside with people. Just as we're about to enter, one of the waitresses informs us that they’re closing in 10 minutes even though the website and the door both said they close at 10pm. When I asked for an explanation, she told me the closing time "DEPENDS ON THE DAY AND THE PEOPLE." What? That's just nonsense. It's unacceptable to advertise one thing and then change it without warning and the statement "depends on the people" left me frustrated. Given this experience, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND L'Eto to anyone! Instead, we went next door to Jak’s, where we found super friendly staff, great drinks, and delicious cakes. Definitely a better choice for anyone in the area!

Very disappointing. Here on Saturday night at 9:18 pm they said it was closed, we could not even go inside. We asked the staff if the sign at the door was wrong (because it says they close at 10pm) and she answered that it depends ON THE DAY AND ON THE PEOPLE. So what is this supposed to mean? You select your opening time depending on the people? Not very professional. I will never come again.

The place is lovely and calm. The atmosphere is charming. The service is nice too. The cakes were good but not as savoury as we would have liked. Overall, it's a nice place to have a relaxing coffee.

Great place for sweet tooth’s. Amazing selection of cakes and pastries accompanied by tasty drinks. The cakes are very creative like pistachio & rose petals, mango & coconut as well as interesting hot drinks like banana bread latte. The cakes were moist, flavoursome and not too sweet. The place is not too big and getting a seat may be a challenge during busy hours but it’s worth a wait.

The waiting service is abysmal, no one came for 15 mins to ask if I wanted to order. When I did a starter and mains, the latter was forgotten and after waiting for about 20 mins was not funny to hear that I apparently did not order! Smiling is useless when you don’t understand the order or repeat it to reconfirm. Ordered Bosch and king prawn linguine clueless when I asked for more Parmesan….. don’t know what they are serving! Not in a hurry to return!!

L’ETO is a place for awesome cakes and beautiful ambience …I just had a fantastic experience at L’ETO South Molton Street, and I want to give a shoutout to Thiery…. He is so friendly whenever I go he recognises me and always gives me warm welcome he always went the extra mile to provide a 5 star service, with friendliness, helpfulness & great knowledge of the menu.

Wow wow wow we tried 4 different cakes and all of them were absolutely amazing! Honey cake, pistachio and raspberry, toffee cake, and cheesecake - so fresh and tasty!

Today I was serviced by Caitlan and personally it was such a warm a welcoming experience to Leto I’ve been aware of the viral milk cake and I had to try it but I was also recommended the peach tea and it complimented it so well made this winter feel warmer🤝. Annah let me change my order as well which I was honestly too scared to ask in as I didn’t want to be a bother but she made me feel confident in my decision I won’t say anything bad as everyone has a personal individual taste 🥰 enjoy and be kind 🕉️inshallah ☪️

Super rude staff! Went last week to buy same cakes and desserts. The service staff ignored the customers waiting to be served for about 5 minutes, not even a greeting. When I asked if I can order, one of their staff called Noor asked me to wait. Seriously, she said she is busy while just standing there next to me. Another 5 mins later she decides to respond. With a very insulting tone corrects my accent in English. Then refuses to pack the takeaway order. At this stage I called their manager who was not on site to chat. Another service staff eventually comes around and packs the cakes. Worst experience ever. Avoid this place - they are rude and crass. If you want a nice cake, go to Roasting Plant next door. Much nicer people.

ordered a pancake which tasted awful and cold plated in a huge plate that didn’t even fit the table, bad service waited so long to even order and then had to ask 3 different times for the bill. cakes were nothing special and staff looked like they didn’t want to be there

Very rude waitress. Couldn’t be bothered and very arrogant, maybe because we weren’t wearing any expensive clothes or watches. Can’t believe this sort of behaviour in this time and age. Stay away from this place

I visted leto today, had the new shakshoka I really do prefer the old version it was better and taste better, Sofie was a really good helped us so much.

We came here on a peak hour on Saturday night, a big group of 7 people, and the staff were really nice to accommodate us quickly and with a big fat smile, thanks to Catlin, Sali, and sarah for the great service and teamwork, they kept checking on us and were very responsive and considerate Deserts are definitely from another world, HEAVENLY DELICIOUS 😋 Tried five types and each one is a favorite one, our taste buds were dancing

Such a gorgeous branch with a very yummy seasonal cakes 🥰 Starting off the busy road, Caitlan took us in and found us a table, she helped us to get the table sorted for the 7 of us. Sali served us with her sweet smile and Sarah was around the table as well helping us.

Walked in here, staff on counter seemed busy move moxed. Waited 5 mins. Thought maybe self seated. Only three customers were seated. Not busy at all at 11.50am on 20th December. Saw a lady look at us when we entered. Thought she was a customer seated. After 10 mins she gets up to ask us where to be seated, so she knew we were there, and seated us after a good solid 10mins. Absolutely disgraceful. Will contact Leto head office know. Not visiting here ever again regardless of staff change or not. Attitude of no respect is not tolerated.

Everything bad about London encapsulated in one place. The design and aesthetic is entirely designed for the instagram generation with no thought beyond that for the customer experience. the coffee, served in what would be an impractical mug if it was served at a temperature above lukewarm due to a lack of a handle had no resemblance to a cappuccino. The cakes looked inviting so we decided to select a couple, we sat and watched from close by as 10’s of staff wandered about seemingly baffled by the task they had been given, confusion that somebody wanted to ruin the impeccable display. Perhaps this would have a negative affect on the socials engagement if the wrong cake was removed for something as trivial as a customer paying £10 a slice. The cat and mouse game of picking a delicacy and meticulously cleaning the empty void that remained continued for 15mins or so with our order left in our view on the side for another 10mins, by this time the lukewarm coffees were polished off and coffee and cake became coffee then cake (not that anybody working in the cafe noticed or cared) this was after having to do our own waiting service by collecting from the cake dispatch area as we couldn’t bare watching the fiasco any longer. In summary, the most pretentious place that I have visited in west London. I’m sure some people will love it if they are engrossed in their phones enough between taking pictures and editing of their surroundings. But if you want good coffee and good service I’d advise you to stay away, they won’t notice your not there as they didn’t notice that we were!

Love these cakes and usually order them online. This time, I went to the shop and was pretty disappointed. It took 15 minutes to just pack 5 cakes for take away although place was not very busy. Then, back home, I found a hair in my safran cake 😱 That is really bad!! I rate 3 because other 4 cakes were delicious, but you guys owe me one cake and an apology 🙁

If you're a cheesecake lover, Leto is a must-visit! The cheesecake here is absolutely delicious—probably one of the best I've ever tried. The coffee pairs perfectly with it, making for a delightful treat. That said, be prepared to wait outside as the demand is high, and the seating inside doesn't quite match the crowd's size. It's a bit cramped given how popular the shop is. However, the staff more than make up for it. They are incredibly friendly and attentive, going out of their way to ensure you feel cared for. Their warm service adds a special touch to the experience.

Katlyn/Caitlin (sorry should have got the spelling) is a valuable member to your team. She was good with communication and had lovely chat. Thank you for making the experience easy for us and explaining the menu changes. We will be back in the new year

Cake and Coffee was lovely, but the service was super slow!

I have been having a cappuccino at L’eto south Molton Street three times a week for five weeks. The coffee is great, the outside tables with warm blankets are wonderful and usually the service is pleasant but not super quick, however today we were served by Caitlin inside the restaurant and she was superb. So efficient, fully on board with checking my cake rigorously for my allergens, which is very important to me as someone with multiple severe allergies. She was such a nice girl, warm, engaging, thorough and a reason to always return to L’eto. Thank you Caitlin!

There isn't much cake in England, or rather I don't like it. This place is an exception! It's really delicious. A little expensive but delicious. I recommend it, you won't regret it.

Food was amazing. But service was bad especially the ppl who were taking the order. Absolutely no politeness.!One of the member was very uninterested in serving us. We were group of 5.”, visiting first time wasn’t aware of how the system was, apparently, the desert have no menu I mean for such huge food chain, should atleast keep one menu for that (suggestions). The lady in bluw top served later while asking for check were requested for some water, she didn’t bother to stop and acknowledge, she was told twice by another colleague of her from the reception area she still didn’t come through. Very disappointed. Please make sure such employees spoken to.

Had a terrible experience at L’ETO South Molton. A waiter repeatedly called us racial insults when we tried to place our breakfast order. Completely unacceptable behavior and deeply disappointing. This kind of treatment has no place in any establishment. Would not recommend.

Stopped for a little treat on our way to an event nearby. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Coffees were great. Both desserts were delicious. The price point for the cakes would be more of a treat than a regular thing for me, but everything was lovely and there is lots on the menu to try, well worth another visit. More choice for vegan guests (there was only an apple pie, thankfully it was good!) is my only request.

I’ve had one of my worst experiences in this branch. Mohammed the manager is so unprofessional !! I found a hair in my food and he did not bother apologizing. He is so rude! He even kicked out the customers beside us.

The bells are friendly. Fast service The official Mohammed is very helpful. The cleanliness is excellent and the food is delicious.

If you want to have lunch or brunch: go your way. It is extremely expensive for simple and poorly seasoned dishes. And 9 pounds for a latte is really exaggerated. The cake was delicious though. In summary, it's a very good pastry shop, with pretty cakes, but which tries to pretend to be a brunch hotspot when the skills and professionalism don't match. If the prices had been more reasonable, we would have let it go. But when you pay that much, you expect an experience to match! Note that the person who served us was very kind and pleasant. But the person at the checkout was very rude.

Very lovely place, I had the avocado, halloumi and fried egg bagel which was amazing. Nice desserts on the menu too👍
