Greggs in City of London, Westminster

One of two locations in the same mall, but this one has a much nicer ambience, it has an open front to the rest of the floor making it seem much bigger than it is. It is a lovely place to sit and chat and decompress from the day as it is a very calm place. The selection of food and drinks like any other Greggs is varied and easy on the wallet compared to other chains.

Friendly efficient staff , great selection of edibles available. The seating availability is rather bad though, not many tables available

Greggs is fast food for pastry lovers. It's fairly cheap, reliable, and taste quite nice.

I was in the queue and witnessed the staff laughing at a old lady with a speaking inpediment.. massively unproffesional... i would avoid this greggs at all cost.. there are plenty in town, so steer away from this one if you want respect... disgraceful

This Greggs has been closed for ages. It happened before too. Does anyone know why it is closed and if it will open again?

Went to this Greggs last week(Saturday). Asked for a vegetable bake. Got home & realised they gave me a cheese & onion bake. Binned it as I don’t like cheese.Really disappointed with this. The staff member picked it up from the veg bake space so someone obviously placed it in the wrong place.

Had a caramel donut and it taste ok. Bf loves the custard (not a fan of custard so I won’t comment much!)

Staff very pleasant and good service

The lady who just served had a lovely manner. She had a consistently big smile despite the long queue and working alone. The food is what it is. You get what you pay for. This lady brightened my day though.

Nice hit drinks, good is good. Only thing the tables were dirty floor need sweeping it was full of food. Very busy.

Best bit about this store is the staff - always friendly and smiling no matter what. Do the best they can to get food out during a busy spell.

Quite quiet when I bought the stuff and I was shocked to find that you don't sell spilt doughnuts anymore and also cream slices which we like

Can't resist a Gregg's sausage roll. Staff are really nice and service is very quick. I visit a few times a week.

The cafe saves my life (I dislike cooking)! They have both fantastic coffee and sandwiches, which are even very affordable. However, the staffs here always look not very happy. They look tired and listless.

Great staff in this branch, very friendly and efficient. cheap food. Yummy sausage rolls and cakes. Pasties were a bit cold and pizza a little dry, however still satisfactory for the price.

Would be 5 stars but you can't sit in and eat at the minute

Gregg's is a great place to go for sandwiche all there different varieties pie's and the staff are all way's friendly and very helpful that's why I gave it the Big 5 Stars

Good for a quick basic tea or coffee and a snack (wide range of sandwiches and various saiverys made daily ) medium price range bizzy at times seating available. Staff seem friendly and helpful. Keeping clean and tidy. Bottled water and juices available. Take away service.

The Greggs on the top floor of the Mall Galleries is a nice sized store. There are a few tables and a large shop entrance. The counters were well stocked with food and drink. The staff member who served me wasn't the best, not sure if it was too early or she was rushed off her feet. The counter where you get your condiments was dirty and needed a wipe down. I had the porridge and it was revolting, it was watery, tasteless and inedible, I had to leave it. My husband had a baguette and he enjoyed it.

As always the children love eating food from Gregs. Staff helpful and cheerful

The assistant manger of the broadmead greggs and the galleries one ( I presume their the same man ) is lovely , always addressed you with Miss or mam so respectful and goes the extra mile

I love a Greggs and it helps that ou can find them in every town for a quick cheap snack.
