The best restaurants in High Barnet Barnet London

I came with friends today for Sunday lunch. Food was very good. I had Cornfed Chicken , my partner had Lamb shank. Delicious, good sized portions, service good. Will definitely eat at Hadley House again..

Great Pub, Great Music… Josh who now runs it Has turned the place around!

Always have great food and service here. Decent meals fairly cheaply. Recommend

I was in the area and decided to try this Chinese Place. The food was delicious and the girl at the counter on Sunday was very polite and helpful!

Gail’s products are good as always however toilet not working and waiters are reckless and constantly throwing cups and trays making unnecessary loud noises disturbing people having a coffee break and scaring children.

Just looking at the pics been a lot of changes since myself and my ex husband were assistant Managers 1979/1980 …. It looks fabulous now … well done …. Is the off licence still attached ? Wendy x

Pleasantly surprised to find a cosy and aesthetic yet affordable restaurant/brunch place in this area! We all loved what we got!! I would recommend the crepes. You can also takeaway sandwiches and desserts. Would come again :)

Changed name to Olea but pretty much the same (tax dodge?) Food nice but found things added on to bill that should have been part if the deal. Not convinced it was an accident.

The staff was friendly (Julie was lovely!) The restaurant is well decorated and has a lovely ambience. The restaurant was warm and cozy. The food was beautiful and presented on slates which looks great! My son who is 10 really enjoyed his meal and my mom and dad had a great time! We have been there twice in 2 weeks! What beautiful people and beautiful restaurant!

Great food and selection of beers. One of my favourite pubs!! Update from 2025 - it's no longer the case, the only food available are very poor burgers and they have a very limited choice of beers
