Average food - would not recommend

¡Pésimo servicio! Pedí desde este lugar en la aplicación just eat. ¡El conductor entregó mi comida a un completo extraño! Ni siquiera confirmó ninguno de los detalles para confirmar si el pedido que se entregaba era suyo. ¡Qué absurdo! ¿Cómo se puede entregar la comida y no comprobar los fundamentos de la confirmación de los detalles de los clientes y el pedido para comprobar si es de ellos! ¡Absolutamente ridículo!

Esto es para su restaurante Camden. En más de una ocasión han llegado alimentos con artículos desaparecidos. Además, no se moleste en pedir una porción grande, es lo mismo que lo normal solo cobra más. Muy perezoso

Food was over cooked, even the popadoms were burnt and tasted as so

I'm at sat here at my table, nothing on the buffet to eat apart from noodles, kept asking the waitresses about food and was told 10 minutes,...Still waiting...Dirty Plates everywhere, the customers had to be clearing their own tables. This place used to be good but I don't know what happened...NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY YOU HAD TO PAY FOR EVERYTHING IN ENTRANCE!!! RIP OFF!!!!

The place don't exist... It's shut

On a recent trip to London this Costa was off the A10 so we decided to make a stop for coffee. I have never seen such chaos inside a coffee shop in my life but more so the staff were shouting and running around like headless chickens as the queue was building up to the front door. Also the toilets are a dirty mess. Where are the cleaning staff and what are they doing?! Finally the coffee which is why we stopped by, was not drinkable and rather go back in and ask for a refund they were binned!

Cold food, again. Driver wandering round for 20 mins, spotted having a cig! Restaurant offered no small gesture for cold food and wait time

Muy buen ambiente y comida, la sopa de pollo era saludable y enorme. El plato de pollo era delicioso y buena relación calidad-precio. Desearíamos haber intentado más, pero fue tan llenísimo. La salchicha de pollo de los niños y la comida de patatas fritas estaba sobre salada, pero buena relación calidad-precio sobre todo. Genial ver bebidas importadas como la Cola Inca. El servicio era bueno y el personal era amable. Inicialmente no pudieron encontrar nuestra reserva, pero pronto nos encontraron una mesa. El personal fue amable y me dejó quitar las sobras. Estaré de visita de nuevo.

Very rude and unprofessional customers services, she just call the customer “stupid” when the lady complain!!! They keep gossiping about the customers. OMG they should not be working here, specially because this coffee shop use to be so nice. Was sitting with my son and she asked one of her friend why the customer like to F Up today!!! Very bad environment for kids actually for everyone. Never again

We went around 10am and asked for tea, coffee and two cooked breakfasts to eat in. We were given the drinks to take to our table but my tea came in a cardboard cup. I pointed out that I was eating in and could I please have a real cup but was told that he didn't have any. When I pointed out the row of cups on the shelf behind him he then told me that people stole the real cups, and they cost a fortune to replace (he took out a box of new cups and showed them to me to prove his point) so no I would have to have a cardboard one. When I then noted that everyone drinking coffee had a real cup, he dug his heels in and insisted that I couldn't have a cup. I probably should have left then but we had paid, so I went to our table spilling hot tea on to my hand as the flimsy cardboard cup buckled. I was then given the wrong breakfast, along with one other woman on another table. When I eventually got my correct order (my tea - what remained of it was cold by now), the food was actually very good and the portions were generous. Just give your paying customer an actual cup to drink from please!! Don't argue, lie or start lecturing on how much cups cost!!!!

1st order was amazing hence why we reordered 1 can missing Burgers are not what we ordered hardly no chicken only 2 little Goujons couldn’t eat as have allergies and. It sure what was in it not impressed as I was looking forwards to it
