I was at the shopping center and got hungry. Found this place to be inside the very own building. The service was bad and the food was adequate. Got the smoked fish platter; The smoked trout was nice. Mackerel I almost threw up same for salmon. Cheap stale bread. The oysters were not the best honestly just to make their menu appear of a more exquisite taste palette they have it on their i tried the French which were nothing like any from the French l’eau. Only the Ireland were nice in size, in the picture are the English. The chips were the only good thing I had but you can count the chips literally. Paid 8£ for 10 chips. Lmao.

We sat at the tables outside to enjoy a drink outside before continuing with our shopping. Servers take time to serve: - a first waitress too busy on her iPad while we were waiting to receive the card she had in her hands - another Asian waiter (with the two black earrings) who took the cards from the empty table on our left, walked past us and casually deposited the cards at the other empty table on our right without even us ask if we wanted to order something I had to get up to take the cards even though there aren't many customers to pretend to be busy. The service really needs to be reviewed…

Nice and relaxing place to visit, even if not shopping at Harrods. Ordered cocktails, together with charcuterie and cheese plates. service was attentive, dishes were well-presented, cocktails were generous. Sat outside on the terrace on a warm and pleasant day. Nice views over the rooftops.

The garden terrace is ok nothing what I was expecting. I expected a bit more fancy. Food is average & expensive... Service is slow. Staff friendly... Would I return no I wouldn't...

Tucked away inside of the famous Harrod’s luxury department store, is an equally hidden gem that is all about the high life. When raining, the PJ Champagne Terrace will have indoor seating. Once inside, you feel like you’re wrapped in luxury. Spaces are small like usual in London but this experience was quite unique as the small touches from the finishes to the menu all felt Iike a cut above.

A beautiful place to enjoy a quiet, luxurious drink in London. I brought my Mum here for a treat. We both had champagne cocktails and enjoyed sitting outside on the terrace. Fabulous!

What a fabulous place! Not only do you sit at a terrace and can marvel at London but you do it with a glass of a gorgeous drink in your hand while being assisted by a phenomenal staff. Loved every minute of my visit to the Champagne Bar, and the drink - Berry and Rosemary cocktail - was simply superb. A must visit when you are in London!

Loved getting to take off the mask for a little bit and sit on the balcony and enjoy the view while having a glass of champagne. Honestly it is a must do if in Harrods shopping.

This terrace is a great place to sit and eat in one of London’s most premier spots. The view across the rooftops is fantastic and being outside whilst you eat is equally appealing. Not so many moons ago, you could simply eat an afternoon tea out there and this was a great value and accessible way to enjoy thus spot. You never had to book and rarely missed out on an outside spout. The mixed sandwiches were very generous and beautifully presented on a three tiered silver platter and , whilst purists nay scorn, the ability to replace the English tea with a very high quality cappuccino was very welcoming to my tastes. The last time I visited, this terrace was made only accessible for dining from the beautiful restaurant just inside and had to be booked. This, of course, would not lower the quality of the experience, except in so much as removing a large and very exclusive level of convenience. There is just not a huge selection of informal, but top quality dining experiences of this nature in London. Peter Jones’ in Sloane Square had a man impressive brassiere tucked discretely away in the women’s clothing section on the third floor, overlooking the famous square, and you could get a very good value Lamb Shank in there, but that restaurant has gone now, leaving just the, albeit breathtaking top floor sitting for cafe style dining. But neither of these offer the outdoor experience. So that leaves just Harrods along with a few others that I’ve personally get to discover.,Kensington Roof Gardens, perhaps. So, whilst the convenience of just turning up and having a light lunch or brunch, or that famous Harrods afternoon tea (the Ritz does not offer an outdoor experience), has now gone, temporarily at least (please), the opportunity to take a special person for an arranged visit and eat a quality meal in style on this terrace, is still a very worthwhile endeavour and one in which I shall take up if it remains my only chance to re-experiencing this for much longer. Give it a try and make the most of it whilst you can!

For many years we have enjoyed a meal before a concert at the SSE Arena in the Restaurant. Nice layout, tables not on top of each other and always had been good Visited last week and although the layout etc the same, you now ordered via a tablet on the table Firstly the beer my husband wanted was not listed so had to go to the bar and ask for it The tablet was easy to use but the pictures of the limited food available were very misleading We both asked for the fish finger burger which in the picture showed large pieces of fish overlapping the bun, when it arrived it was 3 small fish nuggets very poor value for £14.95 we should have sent the food back but did not trust the kitchen, we did complain but the lady in charge of the restaurant could only apologise and say she would tell the chef. We will not be going back as better value food is available in the area

Decent views and nice drinks but a bit lacking in atmosphere and staff not particularly friendly. Probably wouldn’t bother again

Kensington Quarter is the best place for breakfast on Kensington Street. It's spacious, modern, and offers a worthy selection of various egg dishes, freshly baked bread, a wide variety of pastries, high-quality teas and coffees, and excellent service.

We popped into Rum Kitchen for a cocktail and it was fab. It was by chance- we were staying in a nearby apartment and had time to kill before we checked in but we ended up having a really nice time there. We had some nibbles which were really tasty and a load of cocktails from the happy hour menu which were great value and delicious. Well worth a visit!
