love this place!!!! kashir & razvan were so sweet & their service was absolutely amazing!!! not to mention the food was delicious! a must for london :)

Visited it today and some one of the staff asked us if we gonna go for a dinner, I told it is only coffee and we are a regular customer of Concerto and they told sorry we accept only for dinner ! I don’t know the person name but the person was wearing eye glasses. Today, I’ll never be a client of this place and will share this experience with my friends.

Kashir and Razvan were amazing and my birthday special! This place is magical and I will recommend to my family and friends. I LOVEEE CAFE CONCERTO!!

Caffè Concerto always so fab. Our waiter Robin was so attentive and friendly, nothing too much trouble. Food absolutely gorgeous, very indulgent for a special treat!

Unfortunately incompetent and unfriendly staff. We wanted to stop for coffee and were listlessly offered a table right at the entrance and in the middle of the path. Another table was not possible, although several were free and the shop was not full. Then not!

Robin is our server and he’s nice

The Four cheese gnocchi was delicious and the service was excellent! Eduarda took care of us and suggested the perfect food for me and my table. The vibe of the place inside is so pleasant as well

The staff are exceptionally fantastic in doing their job. Efficiency is top notched. I will honestly mention that the following, Kashir, Razvan and Shah even went beyond my expectations that makes me to rate them beyond my normal ratings. These guys are legends to this institution. We entered this beautiful cafe because it was open much later than the restaurants. It is created with love, and the food is similar. The super salad was sublime, drinks served in beautiful glassware, everything with an added touch of something special. The breakfast is excellent value and first class. The service respectful, non intrusive but friendly. The cakes that we took away were delicious and beautifully packed. I cannot fault this place on any front.

The menu wasn't clear in terms of whether fries were included with the veggie burger which i ordered with mash. When the order arrived, there was a huge portion of mash which would have been impossible for me to eat as one person. I asked if it was possible to remove the mash and the middle eastern waiter said it was already included on my bill and the other waiters too were unfriendly. It was only when the original Irish waiter returned from his break that I explained that it was impossible to eat a huge side of mash and I didn't think fries were included, he arranged for a complimentary coffee. That's good customer service. Can't say much for the service of the other waiters.

I’d give it a zero if I could. We stopped for a couple of desserts and coffee last night. Got two different cake slices, both tasted like baking soda. It was unbearable, we only had two bites and left the rest. The coffee might as well have just been water, no taste, super watered down. Don’t even bother going.

This was my first visit to this particular Caffe Concerto. Unfortunately, they were sold out of the crepes, but the girl serving me was very friendly and helpful. She recommended the pancakes instead and even had chocolate added as an extra. To be honest, the pancakes were not as nice as the crepes, but I appreciated the very good service. The coffee I had was delicious.

Absolutely lovely restaurants with the most gorgeous selection of cakes. Open early till late on high Street Kensington it us a must visit spot when visiting London. The service by Kashir and Alexandea was 1st class.

We were very impressed with the service that our waiter Shah provided. He was extremely attentive and provided excellent recommendations!

Their selection of cakes is a real highlight—fresh, delicious, and perfect with a cup of tea or coffee. The staff are friendly and attentive, making every visit a pleasure.

The crepes, raspberry lemonade, cherry frangipan and flat white drink were great and robin did such a good job! The experience seriously made me consider moving to London 🤭 Thanks again robin!

Lovely cafe! Had some absolutely delicious meatballs and mozzarella sticks along side some delightful desserts! Vedasree, our waitress was so welcoming and served us perfectly would definitely recommend! Gorgeous interior!🤍

We are on vacation in London. Thanks to Vedasree for her kindness, her patience😁, her professionalism. It was very good. Macarons and individual products are a little expensive, but we strongly recommend the complete breakfasts.

A wonderful afternoon at Cafe Concrete catching up with friends. A fantastic atmosphere, vast choice of food and drink, and the service from Shaa was superb, he ensured prompt attendance and was kind enough to help us take several photos to help us capture the memories.
