Bianca was a greater server even packaging up half a sandwich for tomorrow’s train. Beautiful cafe.

Was warmly welcomed by Robin. We were very well taken care of and Robin’s charisma and hospitality was top notch. Would happily return.

This particular chain is one of my favorites in London. Many options for breakfast or desserts. Nice coffee and tea. The service at the particular Kesington is very good

We ordered an afternoon tea and Fathy was so nice to us, even though our reservation was at 5, he was so kind and let us have a table earlier. The food was great and the location very nice.

We went for some coffee and desserts. our server Shah took really good care of us kept checking up on us if we need anything and he also recommended pistachio honey cake which was absolutely amazing. had a lovely time there, will definitely visit again.

Cafe Concerto Kensington has the most delightful staff who serve the perfect English breakfast. Fun decor and you are really in life.

Extraordinary welcome from Robin and Bianca, who are part of the restaurant staff, and have extraordinary attention, not only to us, but to all the customers in the place. The food has very defined flavors, and the experience is immersive.

Never ever take an afternoon tea set there. The quality of snacks is poor: scones are small and taste like a raw dough, a millefeuille wasn’t fresh and absolutely disgusting, one sandwich was with a curry chicken, another was an egg&mayo. Tasteless. Extremely expensive for such a poor quality - 35£ out of the pocket for nothing. Service is slow and unpleasant. A total waste of money, so sad ;(

Let’s be honest. You would come here for their chill vibe and nice location rather than their food. I did not really understand why the texture of their cake is kinda just, weirdly different.

We had such a lovely experience. We just had a cappuccino and my daughter the French Toast, they did not even mind that we shared. We were treated so well. Such a beautiful setting!

Slow service. Indifferent waiters. (I had 3 come to me over time) Meat ball starter good , could have been warmer. However waiter who finally came to take my cake order was very good. Plus why don't staff crack a smile it would help. One reason I myself wouldn't go back is I'm disabled, and the facilities are down stairs. Is it worth the money no afraid not.

I cannot comment on the sit in option, but we had a black forest gateau (my husband's favourite cake) ordered and delivered for his birthday. It was incredible. Light, delicious and so fresh.

We had an amazing time and service at the Cafe Concerto in the Kensington borough. We went there for high tea and the manager Fathy really helped us figure out the different exotic tea collections that the restaurant offered. Overall great service and experience 👍

The afternoon tea is a must if you want have a traditional experience of pastries and sandwiches with tea. Fathy took care of us throughout and even let us seat by the beautiful tree decoration.

Ordered pistachio cake which did not have a gram of pistachio in it, it looks was called pistachio as it was all coloured in green. That's all really. Did not taste even a little bit of pistachio. First time in my life this experience. So just ate plain cake to be honest, I would say it tasted more like Madeira cake Toilets are so inconveniently located downstairs for elderly people. We had to wait for ages just for coffees and a cake. Really disappointed

Shah was excellent, very welcoming, attentive & kind! The food was delicious. We went for dinner and dessert!

First, no one smiled at us. After waiting for 20 to 25 minutes for our food, we received our coffee first. When the coffee was cold, our food arrived. The lady who served us did not smile. In the end, we had to pay a service charge, which I do not understand why. I should have refused, plus it was extremely expensive. Never again

Yummy food and a perfect London experience. It’s fun to sit by the window and watch pedestrians and enjoy the food and desserts.
