We ordered the "luxury" cream tea, the pastries were looking good, but turned out they were old and stale, not to mention the disappointing flavours. In this price range (almost 60 GBP for 2), this is unacceptable. The tea was just basic bagged one. The servers were nice, but it did not improve the experience. The 20% service fee was the biggest letdown.

Came in at 1pm, Waiter slammed the menu at us, did not offer a nice table, refused to move us despite it being empty, other waitress then moved us, both waiters then argued, then would not take our orders, despite waiting for half an hour. Horrible service, very rude. And on the way out shouted at us to leave. Never coming back again.

Horrible experience! My nieces chicken was pink inside, it was not cooked, the waiter asked her can I get you something else she lost her appetite after she saw the chicken, I ordered the lamb shank the mash was old you can tell there was hard crusty lumps at the bottom, then he offered to give her a hot chocolate or a cake she opted for a cake however when we went to pay we was charged for the cake as well, there was no consideration to what has happened this used to be a nice place where I would host birthday dinners but now i feel like it has gone downhill. If you don’t want salmonella do not go here, poor girl is traumatised.

MR. SHAH gave most honest recommendation on cakes and we love it! Pistacchio Honey was exceptional so as the chocolate gateaux.

We ordered a chocolate eclair (for around £8) and it tasted old. The service was rude, the waiter brought tap water spilling some on the table and my friends.

I had such a bad experience there due to a bad humor of the waiter. We ordered cafes, lattes and tea for a table of four. It all came perfect, but the food we ordered was old and the waiter served the tap water letting the table wet and splashing all over the clients. It was really rude, and for nothing. I wouldn’t recommend the place at all!!! If you wanna have a good moment, go anywhere else and spare yourself from the stress!

It was my mom’s birthday and our waiter Fathy S was amazing and had a very uplifting personality and made this birthday memorable. Overall, one of my favorite cafes in London and I recommend everyone to come and I, myself will absolutely come again!!!

A restaurant and a café. I tried his tiramisu and coffee. The tiramisu is halal, according to his words, and it does not contain wine. It has an excellent taste and is light, and the coffee is concentrated and tastes excellent. Being a restaurant and a café, you may encounter the smell of food, the worst of which is fish. But the coffee chairs are located at the beginning, so they are far from the smell of the food.

We had a lovely Mother’s Day breakfast here yesterday. Such a beautiful charming place. The service was really good and the breakfast delicious and of course we could not leave without trying a desert, these look like a work of art and taste like it too.

My friends and I had a delightful time at Caffe Concerta, London! The tea for two was too cute and delicious! The presentation and service were impeccable! Bianca C. took great care of us. What a great tea time experience!

We are American and made a last-minute reservation for 7 (4 adults, 3 kids) the day we flew in. It was my mother’s birthday and the staff here was incredible. We bought two Afternoon Teas for 2 and I am so thankful they could make my mother’s birthday so wonderful and our experience so great. The prices were extremely reasonable, the tea and desserts were delicious, and the atmosphere was amazing. I highly recommend this cafe to anyone.

It was very quiet so we could choose our table. The service was quick and as always the orange juice is freshly squeezed. Unfortunately the prawns were overcooked and flavourless with no seasoning, not even salt. Unusual for Caffe Concerto and disappointing for me. The bathroom was clean but not easily accessible as it is downstairs.

What an amazing experience at Caffè Concerto today! It was my first time visiting, and I must say, I was absolutely blown away. As an influencer and a frequent visitor to various restaurants, I can confidently say that this place offers some of the best desserts in London. The cakes and pastries were simply exquisite! A special shoutout to Bianca, who provided outstanding service. She was incredibly sweet, attentive, and made our experience even more enjoyable. My husband and I stumbled upon this café by chance, but it’s safe to say it won’t be our last visit. Highly recommend both the food and the service – a true gem in London! ❤️❤️❤️

We came for breakfast, we were served by Shahrin, a very pleasant experience in every way, I definitely recommend and I will return because the menu looks delicious.

The worst avoid. The latte was tasteless. Asked for a replacement. Also the replacement was tasteless. The french toast was greasy and fat. The hot chocolate was equally bad and the eclair au chocolat did not have good quality chocolate

A total Disappointment I went in excited to enjoy a good hot chocolate and a latte, but the experience was terrible. The hot chocolate was undrinkable—overloaded with sugar and had a very artificial, unpleasant taste. The latte was just as bad, completely flavorless, like watered-down milk with foam. For a place that aims to offer a quality coffee experience, the drinks were a huge letdown. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Caffè Concerto Kensington offers a fantastic dining experience! The staff is exceptional—attentive, friendly, and highly professional, making every visit truly enjoyable. The food is delicious, beautifully presented, and served with great care. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxing meal or a sweet treat.

Visited today with my partner after staying nearby for a little break, it caught our eye when looking for breakfast. So glad we came in - not only is it visually stunning externally and all aspects internally, but the menu and food was absolutely incredible! The staff were all very welcoming and pleasant. Thank you, we hope to be back! X

Fantastic experience, second visit this week

I came into the High St Ken branch for a quick lunch. It’s relatively busy. The attention to detail by the staff, Maria in this case, is exceptional especially these days. So 5 stars for the staff and the food is always consistently good.

Very good experience for our first afternoon tea. Fathy was very helpful and friendly. Scones were excellent.

I can not say enough great things about this restaurant. There are great options for me as I am vegan. I came back 2 days in a row. Bianca was my server, and she was attentive and kind and remembered me and my vegan diet. The desserts look so amazing. Definitely would recommend it and come back. I had the vegan mushroom rigatoni. Rose latte with almond milk and their delicious bread basket.

The supper I ordered was absolutely delicious. Although the food was good,the service wasn’t great, as they had the server(who was very nice) go on her break, and they had me wait to get my bill until she finished, and of course they include gratuity.

The scones are super tasty! Shahmin was a lovely waitress. Would definitely visit this place again.

Café a few meters from Harrod's with a wide selection of dishes, including sweet and savory. Espresso coffee is unfortunately very far from good coffee. If you are in the area it makes sense to stop by as an alternative to the cafés in the aforementioned shopping centre.

Its was christmas day and the only option that we have , anyway i find a hair in our food in all the dishes DISGUSTING 🤢 The service was good nothing special like any other dinning place and they charged us for the service 32 pounds !!! And i didn’t want to discuss in this special day so we paid anyway!

Located next to Kensington Gardens, a very good option to enjoy a delicious dessert, the place is very cozy and very beautiful to feel like you were in another era, the service is very good from the staff. Only the coffee was not that good and the 20% tip to take into account.

We visited in August and decided to try one of their towers. The place itself is visually stunning and well-decorated. Initially, the staff were eager to seat us and helpful up until the point we placed our order. However, once our order was in, it became incredibly difficult to get their attention. When the food arrived, it was clear that the focus was on presentation. While everything looked impressive, the taste was a major letdown. Most of the items on the tower were underwhelming, and we left much of it uneaten because it was so disappointing. We also ordered their "homemade lemonade," which we would strongly advise against—it was equally disappointing. The overall experience was underwhelming, and things took a turn for the worse when it was time to settle the bill. While we expected the service charge to be included, the reaction we received when we asked for it to be removed was shocking. Service charges are *optional*, and while it’s fine to ask why we’d like it removed, we were met with interrogation and a condescending attitude from the staff member. She questioned us sternly, as if scolding us, which made an already disappointing experience even worse. We initially tried to explain politely that we didn’t enjoy the experience, but she kept pushing. Finally, I had to state outright that the food was terrible, the drinks were poor, and the service after we ordered had been lacking. Her response was even more frustrating and rude—she told us that she’d need a manager’s approval to remove the charge, and that we’d have to wait for the manager to come and speak to us. What should have been a simple process ended up taking 30 minutes and left us feeling embarrassed and annoyed. The entire experience was a disaster, from the food to the service, and especially the handling of the "optional" service charge. This visit left a bad taste in our mouths, and we would absolutely not return. We cannot recommend this place to anyone.

We had breakfast here the morning we arrived in London. We were waiting for our room to be ready and happened upon this gem. It was so beautiful and inviting we just had to pop in. We were so glad we did. The staff were friendly and the food was delicious and picture perfect! A lovely couple near us told me they often come to the area at Christmas for a visit to Royal Albert Hall and enjoy a posh breakfast. That described our experience perfectly—Posh!
