Costa Coffee in Enfield

On a recent trip to London this Costa was off the A10 so we decided to make a stop for coffee. I have never seen such chaos inside a coffee shop in my life but more so the staff were shouting and running around like headless chickens as the queue was building up to the front door. Also the toilets are a dirty mess. Where are the cleaning staff and what are they doing?! Finally the coffee which is why we stopped by, was not drinkable and rather go back in and ask for a refund they were binned!

This has to be the worst coffee shop I have been to. The environment is noisy and messy, the staff are all over the place and the coffee was terrible.

Looks nothing like the picture. The sandwich. Just bread harm and cheese together.

One of the waitresses is like a high school bully! Avoid unless you want to be laughed at and given dirty looks for no reason.

If you’re planning to go in and ask for a large drink with syrup, might as well make it at home. 2 times in a row. Large hot chocolate with caramel is too difficult to comprehend so they will instead make a regular hot chocolate with caramel and when you point out you ask for a large they will just top it up with only milk and give it back, blandest hot chocolate Ive had, or they will give you a large hot chocolate with no caramel because what do you need a syrup for anyways, right??? And don't let me start on the cleanliness….

The man who made my drinks was very rude ,unprofessional and didn't even listen to his colleague who was telling him the size of the drinks I ordered. When I ask about the size he then took the glass cup rudely changed it then said goodbye. The toilets were an absolute state looked like they hadn't been cleaned for a while.

Kind staff order came on time, staff are very friendly and always smiling. Clean toilets.

One of the best costas in the area, i always go there couple times a week, fresh sandwiches and great coffee.

We ordered online to collect and when I entered the location the man working behind the table ignored me for a long time. Then he printed the online order and left it to the side. It was nearly a 20 minute wait in an empty store. He was also on his phone the entire time. Another woman had to get the drinks in the end because he purposely left the drinks where we couldn't reach. If Costa wants to get in touch I can describe him because he purposely hides his name badge.

Will never go back. Ordered a drink with alternatives and requested light whip. I was given dairy whipped cream which I CANNOT consume! It was only after I left and had a sip I realised what it contained, returned to the shop immediately. The barista Ayla who made my drink was informed about allergens (specifically told her myself aswell) did not bat an eyelid when told about her error. This could have had serious implications for another customer!! Costa need to do better!! Order placed 10/08/24

The coffee lid was not closed properly and they missed to put the cake in the bag .

you delivered with a missing item. you simply write call !!!

This place It’s getting worse and worse as the time goes..I have never seen a coffe place thats so dirty it’s unbelievable. The company as big as Costa I’m sure they can afford the evening cleaner.. it used to be that packed in here but now it’s just less busy day by day… disappointing 😩

Ordered oat milk and was given Soy, what if I was allergic?

Please stop sending wrong items to me I receive things that I do not eat and paying for it Please can you please just send my money back if you don’t have items - 2 wrong items received this morning and it’s happening too regularly

3 cookies didn’t arrive with order even though on the receipt. And delivery was delayed and then drinks spilt when arrived

So hit and miss order most days to Whitewebb park one day on time no problems, the next day never turns up. This has only started happening after xmas

The delivery driver delivered the products to the wrong site despite the address and location clearly saying it was at the other site. I had to walk down and get the items.

my food was never delivered to me, so that means I payed my money for someone else to eat my food. I'm fuming.

Received wrong item which contains soya which I am allergic to. Did not receive a refund and just eat was useless and refused to help me.

Didn't even recieve my order driver marked it as delivered 2 minutes from address after waiting half n hr for delivery for an order that never came. This restaurant is trifling

Cannot believe what I just received. Ordered chocolate twist, received cheese twist and ordered gingerbread latte, not sure what I received

Store is ridiculous with advertising items they don't have in stock. Cannot call the store back if you miss a call.

An item wasn’t available so they called and let us choose the replacement. Coffee and food were great. Many thanks.

This is the second time I have ordered from different Costas and the quality is shocking half empty drinks wrong food delivered and toastie wasn't even toasted properly one side burnt and one side not toasted last time I will be ordering Costa coffee

This Costa is so dirty , messy and unlept overflowing bin rubbish all over the floor in the sitting area trays of used cups and waste just left around .People need to realise hygiene is important in the food and beverage business A health hazard should be shut down

Nice enough place out door seating on the roundabout.

Nice to be laughed at for using click and collect and to be told it’s not working. They can’t do anything about it and I have to call customer service. Their internet isn’t working either. I ask for the number and I’m told to Google it while being told they can’t help and do I understand. Yes, I understand I shouldn’t have come here and gone to Starbucks instead.
