whoever made the pizza last night was 10/10

I don’t give 0 stars because I can’t, first of all the delivery was late and I called to the restaurant and the person who answer the phone was RUDE. I ordered medium pepperoni pizza  that looked small and also just a couple pepperoni, then I paid 5.99£ for cheesy bacon fries and the cheese was burnt and just 3 slices of bacon. Then the chicken wings tasted disgusting and I paid for a coke 1.5l and I got a Fanta instead and I don’t drink Fanta and I had do drink air.

ordered 8 pizzas for a work lunch, ordered as soon as restaurant opened, after 1 hours still not arrived even though app said out for delivery. when called them they said they were going to be another 20 minutes as waiting for a delivery driver, so we went to collect almost 1 hour 30 minutes since ordering, when got there to collect they were not ready and would be another 10 to 15 minutes! Order was wrong when finally received. Would not recommend at all

Ordered from this Dominoes and was told via the just eat app that my order was on its way 25 minutes after placing the order. It was then ‘on its way’ for a further 30 minutes when I am a 5 minute drive from the restaurant. After that 30 minutes I was notified that it had been delivered when it hadn’t been. After half an hour of continuously ringing the restaurant and getting no response (despite it still stating online that it was open) I gave up and ordered from someplace else and submitted my refund request stating it hadn’t arrived. A total of 50 minutes had passed since I was told my order had been ‘delivered’ and then my order arrived. I already had something else on the way by this point and obviously was not very happy. Total time I waited for this order was 1 hour and 50 minutes. It arrived barely lukewarm. I won’t be ordering again. Staff communication is terrible.

Ordered a pizza and watched delivery driver carry another delivery first with my food, food turned up cold and was ruined, dint order from this shop

Disgusting food. When called to confront, the person that worked there said the pizza wasn’t burned. Horrible taste can’t even bite. Don’t recommend at all

Order from Uber eats, scheduled delivery time, I understand it’s a big order but it’s already 2 hours and I am only 10 minutes away. I ask them to deliver half of the order first but they didnt follow. Right now I am still waiting and 30 peoples waiting for food Worst experience ever

They aren t that bad like how others described. Ordered ahead a 2 topping pizza. Service was polite and respectful. Pizza was good looking/tasting. Thx guys 👍

There’s a really poor customer service.

The worst dominoes I have ever had. Literally it was terrible & will not order again. Let alone the main pizza was smell like something else it was full of green pepper ( which I don’t hate green peppers but this was test awful 😣) the side garlic bread used to be my favourite but now this branch garlic bread is like so dry and test horrible. Sorry for bad wording on food but I had to say it to save your test. Ours sadly covered with plastic for the smell and went straight to bin 😞

I purchased a Tandoori Chicken Pizza online and went to collect it. When I got home, the Pizza was just the base and no fillings or toppings or sauce on it. I went back to complain and was told to apologise or they will not make me another one. As they showed me the order which was just the base and no toppings, I apologised even though it was the online system that seems to be at fault. They took my pizza from the box and after 10 minutes they gave me another pizza of which I again went home. This all took at least 30 minutes of my time travelling there and back twice. After opening the Pizza up, it was just the Pizza with the chicken slices and nothing else. No other toppings or fillings or sauce. I ordered a Tandoori Pizza as stipulated by their menu and I got this kind of service and food. I will not be going back to this place again even if you paid me. Not happy at all!

Today I placed an order and I ordered cheeseburger fries. Fries came completely undercooked part frozen and very cold. I called the restaurant. They said they have a six minute rule of cooking but no chip should ever be cooked within six minutes and be served part frozen and cold, that’s food, poisoning and salmonella And Potential being really sick! They sent me out a new portion of chips and I gave them back the old ones that were untouched. The ones I received second time around where the exact same undercooked and part frozen.

Order 5 Pizzas. 2 arrived bashed up and squashed in the box. Called and squahed pizza replaced. Wanted a refund unable to process refund. Had to wait out in the cold for driver to arrive as couldnt find address. Would not order from them again.

Worst customer serives her i said hi to the driver and didnt get a hi back then got told he doesnt have to deliver to my door and when o said bye he blanked me i REALLY woundnt recommend this place WORST delivery company ever

Ordered food but never arrived. The driver refused to come up for an order where I paid for delivery. Its not free delivery for you to be cheeky about it to tell me to come down. I have paid for a service so you come to my door. If I was to come down, I wouldnt order from you anyway! Stay away! Order from Papa Johns!

I don’t know if they were feeling lazy today, ordered chicken wings bbq and received plain wings. Kindly offered to send another batch for return of the ones I complained about which is fair, the new one came the same with a dash of bbq sauce on top …. Meaning they were just lazy and didn’t make the wings correctly

Pizza looks like it was shaken in the box everything is all over the place

The food I ordered from here made me extremely ill for days on end found out the ingredients they used were all out of date turned over my pizza to see mould and called up and manager swore at me down the phone and was very racist

Delivery was fast, but look how poorly constructed this food is. Ordered garlic bread with cheese, half of the garlic bread doesn’t have cheese. Pizza is even worse it’s soggy and toppings are just slapped on. I called and they offered me a replacement however you can’t just blame being busy for lack of quality standards. £25 in the bin. If the replacement is good I’ll change the review.

Worst pizza ordered stcheese and tomato it came all tasting tangy hardly any cheese on it rang up complained they resent another pizza again really tangy hardly any cheese onit normally it comes perfect but I always order at night time so this day time team please change it they are terrible I've been put off ordering dominoes thanks to this silly store

Absolutely disgusted. We was happy when it arrived quickly within around 20-25 minutes but after opening the box we can see it was clearly rushed as it is uncooked. Called to ask for a replacement and was told I would have to wait an hour. The person I spoke to on the phone wasn’t particularly professional or helpful made me feel like an inconvenience when the inconvenience is them sending a pizza that looks like an animal has chewed it first. Replacement has arrived still uncooked and not even hot. As a loyal dominos customer I won’t be ordering again…..I’m done with dominos

Ordered from Domino's today. The order came as pictured. I called the store immediately and got accused of lying and they refused to issue a refund, despite stating that I was happy to return the full order as is, as this is totally unacceptable. I had to drive the order back to the store myself as Ali did not take my complaint seriously! This has put me off this store! I'm currently drafting a letter to head office. Ali subsequently refused to give me his full name and his manager's name.

Excellent establishment, great staff and great environment

Ordered for delivery on 5/5/21 and stated a delivery time of 19.00. Pizza turned up at 18.35 and I refused it as family were not home. Spoke to duty manager and told delivery times not guaranteed. Manager then told courior, on a motorcycle to wait outside and knock again at 19.00. I again refused as pizza etc had been sat in a warm box for 25 mins. Very rude manager called again. Refused to pay back money so credit card company now completing a charge back. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

All the pizzas are stuck together and cold , the person that was on the phone was rude , we have asked for refund back but refused to give our money back. Will never use this place again

This place is clean, they don’t cut back on their products or cheat with ingredients. Do continue the same way because it is working. I don’t even think about other competitor brands at this point because this place ticks all the boxes. 1. Clean 2. Covid secure 3. Ingredients topped up 4. No disappointments

My first dominos pizza experience and no complaints here. Order tracking handy and accurate. And the pizza! Don´t know what more I could want. Meatilicious :D

Ordered an onion mushroom pizza and Margarita Pizza- was good but the meat free pizza options were awful and there wasn’t even tuna available. Was kinda peeved with the lack options but the garlic herb sauce was the best thing about it until I realised how many calories it holds :’

Nice new store. Same old pizza. The wait can be quite long especially on weekends so I’d phone in Advance before pickup.

I just ordered two late pizzas over the phone to collect, picked up my order and sat in my car to realise that my order on one pizza is wrong. I called back, to tell them that my order was wrong and he by saying my manager took the order, I mean why isit that I’m dealing with the sales assistant rather then the manager? If that was the case. He stood by saying that I made the wrong order, he took few numbers down that I have called from previously as I’m a regular and he said no you’ve never ordered anything, he hung up. It’s the second time I’m receiving bad customer service, I still haven’t been refunded my 20 quid for pizza that never turned up also.

I ordered 9.99 pizza on the 27th july 2019, i waited 2 hours approx for the delivery, then called them and they told me that it would take another 30 minutes, so i asked them to cancell it and refund my money, but still im chasing them to get my money back, phoned them 4 to 5 times notw and the manager is not responding. Phoned them today and i was told to call them back at 5pm, when the manager gets to work. Management needs to be improved. Pizza hut has the best customer service compare to them, quick response to complaints.

I called them 1 hour 20 mins later I placed an order to question whereabouts the delivery man. Pizza was not ready yet. This is second time late delivery and had to cancel my order and asked for refund. The person who took the call was not particularly polite rather rude and giving me all excuses, in fact excuses were related to managerial in-capabilities. Is this Domino's Pizza standard?

The meaty mighty toppings were like gone off, really bad.

Until last week I had no issue with them. Then they delivered the pizza really late last week and pretty cold and today they managed to again deliver it very late and cold. I ate 2-3 slices and I threw the rest away. You could tell they just had them stored long time after being cooked before they delivered. They didn't bother to perhaps cancel it if they knew they had issues or call and say "hey, we are going to deliver it cold, is that OK?" and the resolution they proposed later was not satisfactory. I don't see how I can ever order from Enfield Wash.

Refused to deliver and still took my money dont use here warning scam took £20 and didn't deliver update 1 month later and multiple contacts with dominos and UK headquarters and never gave me my refund ended up reporting the conpany for faud with bank finally got my money back WARNING DON'T PAY BY CARD

Its been a while since I have ordered from Dominos pizza, so its a bit of a disappointment to order here once more after many years. Service whilst polite and certainly not one to complain about, I do feel the staff are a little complacent and not focused too much on customer experience, more bish bash bosh. They take card payments but not contactless which for me I pay more and more contactless is a shame. When trying to pay with card on my previous visit was told they cant take the card payment immediately as the delivery guy needed to take the only card machine they had out with him. Dominos pizza is nothing special either everyone else caught up or Dominos has dropped the ball. Wont be ordering from here or other Dominos pizza places any time soon whilst there are other options.

Ordered pizza and chicken wings today , collected it 15 munites later. The pizza was amazing, but omg the wings were far too spicy, phoned them and they exchanged them for a much milder pack. 100% satisfied.

Took the order didn't deliver the food. Didn't even notify us, just didn't answer the phone and now we hongry.

Awful service... first messed up order I let go...now they did it again. Incomplete order, already paid for.. I contacted them, first got left on hold and now they're not answering ...

Just ordeted a pizza from dominos enfield wash store, they forgot the rocket on the pizza the manager was so rude and said do you want me to send you the rocket or do you want to complain. We order from there all the time and instead of an apology we get an argument and a cold pizza. Not the standard we expect from domino's. We will be telling everyone to avoid this store farsol the manager is a joke. Foysol Miah he even commented on here but he the only one giving a 5 star review on his own restaurant. Reccomend your friends they probably wont even come.

Not bad service but by no means perfect, the Dominos is a hard act to follow and for this franchise branch it seems somewhat hit and miss at times due to things being out of stock or flavour variations of the same product you would of purchased before which leads to a varied experience but overall good and fast service.

I love dominos pizza so much and that used to be my favourite place for pizza until I moved to this area and the one by turkey street station is the only one that will deliver to my area. I STOPPED BUYING DOMINOS BECAUSE THEY ARE SO RUDE, THE PIZZA TASTE DISGUSTING AND THEY HAVE ZERO CUSTOMERS SERVICE SKILLS. It's a shame I won't be ordering from here ever again. I've ordered 3 times and 3 times I've had the worst experience of my life pizza wise. Awful service/staffs

This branch won't deliver to me as I'm disabled and where I live in a tower block they refuse to come up to me I have to go to them which is something I can't do easily esp if my lift isn't working

Terrible, disrespectful and improfessional staff/ manager. This is a long comment but must be read because no one has the right to insult an individual by saying they did not deliver because we live in a "dodgy area", the store is only located less than 5 minutes walk from where I live. So if I live in a "dodgy area"then they work in a "dodgy area". Ordered at pizza for delivery time 7:30pm and we thought it was running late since it was 8pm. My dad called the local store to query and the manager stated that they called and no one picked up, we know they didn't call because we didn't receive any calls nor misscall. They did not send us any email either to say it was cancelled. They did not ring the bell. So when speaking to the manager he said they don't havd the right to enter the building and our road and how we should be picking up the delivery on the main road. We asked why and he said it is a "dodgy " area. He has no right to use such a word. I have worked in customer service and everyone who had done so knows that such personal opinions is very insulting towards your customer.

If I could give a minus rating I would. Every member of staff I spoke with, Manager, assistant and delivery driver were all so rude I am astonished. Why? Because I dared to ask why my order had arrived 1hr and 33mins after it had been placed. The icing on the cake. It was cold!!. Off to Pizza Hut. Sorry Domino's you've lost our custom for life.

Pizza is great, but there is no place to sit: only delivery or collection.

I ordered pizza at 12 the pizza came at 2 o'clock. Customer service is very bad. I had to call several times to find out at which stage my pizza is at. Had to cancel the order. Wont recommend
