Food was quickly delivery and piping hot. Lovely food

Food is below average Ordered Chicken curry but sauce was more water than sauce. Carrots raw . Ordered Chinese chips but got frozen fried fries not happy not the usual chunky chips . Chicken Chow would of been nice without thin strips of carrots. Egg fried rice was more like boiled rice with scrambled eggs. Noy value for money im the days of expensive Chineese food . Wont be ordering there again.

Amazing food, the service they give is amazing. The food is a 10/10 I recommend chicken fried rice with the chicken curry but if you like spicy food, I recommend nasi goreng with black bean sauce

Absolutely pathetic place. ZERO STARS if I could !! Pretended to leave the food in front of the house 5 minutes before its supposed arrival time and then simply took the food themselves. Thieves nothing else.. If you want to get scammed this is the place to go to. Enjoy :)

Not sure why this is rated so low, have been going here since it opened and never had any issues. Nicest chinese i've had in Enfield by far. It is a bit pricey, but so is everything nowadays.

Nice friendly staff but the rice was burnt and smelled awful had to throw it away, chicken bland 😖 l wouldn't recommend the food until they sack the current chef and start again. Very disappointed wish l went to Greggs instead 😪

Delicious halal Thai food. The Thai green chicken curry was v delicious & sticky rice, pad Thai & toasted sesame prawn toasts were yummy. Quick and efficient service. Good portions and not limiting the amount of prawns in the pad Thai.Thank you & will be ordering again, inshaallah

Do NOT RECOMMEND If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Food was over an hour late and stone cold. Spoke to two members of staff who were extremely rude and hung up on me. Would NEVER recommend to anyone!

Best Chinese I’ve ever ordered! I ordered rice, noddles and a range of chicken and beef dishes. Everything was delicious we couldn’t complain about any of it. My stomach doesn’t normally feel good after a Chinese but I feel great and can’t wait to enjoy leftovers!! Would definitely recommend

Absolutely shocking! They cancelled my order and refunded me so I then ordered from somewhere else and paid them. Had one lot of Chinese came which I thought was from the other people i ended up ordering from then had another lot come 5mins later. I realised what had happened and that these still delieved the Chinese that they cancelled so rung them and explained that I can’t pay as I’ve already paid for different order with someone else, to then have these people threatening me saying they want the money and that they was going to come to my house to get it. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, yes you may have accidentally cancelled the order but how was that my thought shocking! Instead you should of just said well it’s our mistake I can understand you have already paid for another Chinese and left it at that but nope you wanted to threaten a single mum or 2 other Chinese. Grow up!

Tough squid and fishy taste to the noodles. Odd taste to all the items except the ribs and I would seriously question the freshness of the ingredients. Added with the 3 Food Hygiene rating I'll be sure to not return here.

Prices almost doubled . Spare ribs very little meat. Obviously microwaved for to long . Chow mein very greasy . Will not recommend to anybody.

If you want bland, cold food then this is perfect. First attempt to order the food took 50 mins and it was the incorrect food and address on the receipt. 2nd attempt food arrived an hour later cold and bland.

Had one good experience previously so tried it again tonight. It's been 75 mins and my order has not arrived. No explanation. No phone calls. I rang the restaurant where I was told it would be "5 mins" and waited another 20 mins. Then the driver called me and said he would be "5 mins" because of traffic. I checked Google Maps and saw that the journey is only 8 mins. I didn't check reviews but wish I had. I expect my food will arrive cold now so will be requesting a full refund...

There was a 'mix up' with my order and it never arrived. I called and they did not know what happened to my order, it was already 30 mins late, was told they would find out and call me back. They didn't. Then I called back and spoke to someone else and told me they had not finished making the food and it would be another 20 minutes, couldn't wait this long so ended up cancelling the order and then he hung up on me! Unbelievable, will never order from them again!

Proof you should always read reviews before an Ubereats. Ordered a Thai red curry, got a 'green' but it looked and tasted like bad powdered soup. When I call to ask for a refund, I get sarcasm and then the guy calls ME back to laugh at me, going: "(you're) crying over £7 haha!" before hanging up. Yes he called me back to harrass me. I'll be complaining about him and the food to Ubereats tomorrow and I don't do things by halves. I've never encountered abuse on Uber before and was also shocked at the inferior quality of the stuff being passed off as 'food'. There are always options for low-bar food – there's a demand for it – but this was something altogether more insiduous and revolting. I think this place is peddling extortion, there is no other word for it. And I'm disturbed and saddened that Ubereats is partnering with Panda in Enfield. Please order from Beijing Garden nearby as it's excellent and actually deserves your money. Save yourselves and do not order from here, they do not care about you or good food.

Food gone off! Health and safety need to look into this!

When this place first opened and with my first couple orders it was actually superb and I remember thinking finally a decent Chinese restaurant in Enfield that we can confidently order from BUT that was a long time ago now and every time since my experience has been horrible. I generally order some prawn chow mein or some chicken satay but the prawns nowadays is like old, foul smelling and the texture is like it was refrozen and thawed a couple times. Every time I get it I end up thinking if it's really that hard to put a couple fresh prawns in a meal for a paying customer. And the satay sauce is nowhere as good as it used to be, almost like it waited a couple days for me! I honestly don't know what happened to Panda but they went downhill quickly and it's sad because they were good at one point. The issue for me is I've always hoped and had my fingers crossed that one day they'd be good again but after many times of trying and regretting it, I don't think I can bring myself to ever order again.

Absolutely awful. We have been a regular customer of this establishment. Today we ordered our meal for four people totalling £34.00. When the food arrived it was only two items and luckily my partner checked. My partner informed the deluvery person who was very polite and immediately phoned the restaurant. The man who answered was very rude, unhelpful and not willing to do anything to rectify the situation. He tried to blame just eat even though we had not used them and had uses panda's own website. We told them to take their food back. We eventually ordered pur food from Hoviwa whose foodnis much nicer, their staff polite. We won't be ordering our food from Panda. They can kiss goodbye to our hundreds of pounds even thousand of our money over the years. Don't order from them ever.

I ordered for delivery, been using these guys for years they’re amazing. Food is always piping hot when I receive it and tastes amazing.

Yesterday my family spent £90 on a meal. I ordered a Red Thai Curry. I've had red thai currys many times from THAI places never had any problems with this "spice" on it. It was disgusting, it doesn't state that it is smothered in spice and chilli. No flavour apart from spice. Now I'm allergic to HOT spices and I wanted to speak with someone urgently. I didnt even get to explain myself fully as the man on the phone said can I call you in 5 minutes? We are really busy. In mid conversation he hangs up on me. I attempt to call back they ignore my calls and from another phone, not just that someone called me back, spoke and hung up again. What kind of customer service is this? I have spoken with just eat as I ordered through them and they are going to be chasing this up with you. Unfortuantely my allergies occured last night and I am absoultely disgusted in this companies behaviour and who ever is representing it. Will never order here again and will warn others about this as well!

How disrespectful I called up to enquire what dishes they do and see what ingredients they use as we have people in the family with allergies and the guy sat there and laugh at me and thought I was joking around what a piss take

Lovely experience today. Chinese food was fabulous. Staff were friendly. Would definitely recommend this Chinese /Tai Restaurant.

Disgusting service ordered online I ordered from the wrong place called just eat was on hold for nearly 40 mins then was told by just eat the restaurant refused to refund me said I had to pay nearly £20 to get my money back disgusting called bank frozen my card reordered a new bank card reported the situation to my bank even my bank ain't happy with the situation poor management got food poisoning from here few years ago not to be trusted more like oriental scam that's why I called after i realized where I ordered from

Order arrived 40 minutes late and stone cold sent back and asked for refund which they were not happy about

Food was 40 minutes late for delivery & the restaurant is only 5 minutes away from our house. On 'just eat' it said our food was delivered but it wasn't - not sure if this is something the restaurant does to make the delivery time look good or not. When the food arrived late the delivery driver gave us a free can of drink as a sorry. When we opened the food it was stone cold, we called to complain and we was offered 20% off of our next order but to be honest we wouldn't order from there again. It ended in the phone being put down on us and the food being collected back. 'Just Eat' are giving our money back.

Such a shame as we always order from here but they keep forgetting the items from our order and they don't care when we call to let them know.

where to start, ask for no onion in chow mein and got onion in it,rice was brown and tasted re fried, s&s sauce was horrible and way too thick and tasted wrong ended up eating barely anything of it and chucking it out to the foxes worst Chinese I've had by far and way too expensive. NEVER WILL I ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN COMPLETELY RUINED MY NIGHT £35 wasted

Food tastes really good. Orders come very quickly and are always exactly how you wanted it. The staff are very polite and friendly. Definitely my favourite chinese takeaway and the best I've come across so far.

Ordered 3 x vegetarian dishes between 2 of us. We shared each dish out onto plates and started eating. Discovered that one of the dishes was full of chicken bits. All food cross contaminated with chicken as we had shared them out. Rang them up and they said they would refund me in full - however, when I checked my account, they only refunded one of the meals - even though we were unable to eat any of them. So they lied to me about refunding as well as delivering the wrong thing. Won't use again...

I’m really annoyed to be writing this review. We’ve been ordering for Panda for about 2 years and it’s been so good. But about a month ago I couldn’t be bothered to cook on a Sunday so we ordered from there and it was awful, ordered the same satay chicken, black bean chicken and rice and it was watery and just really not nice. I thought ok it’s a Sunday so I’ll let them off. Then on Friday just gone, I ordered again, I’m not suffering from gastroenteritis as is my boyfriend. Neither of us have eaten for since Saturday morning. Very disappointing. Now we’ve both lost out on a days wage and we have to look for another Chinese take away

Ordered food early evening (5pm ish) had to phone to chase delivery and then had to guide driver to the right road as he was lost. (Obviously couldn’t use sat NAV on his phone) Finally get food and pay, open it up and find it is cold. Phone and complain, get told have to wait another 45 minutes for hot food.

Absolutely awful food. The ribs were far too greasy and just to be sure; came in a oily sauce. Seemed like they were cooked a week ago. The soup tasted weird and nothing like any other hot and sour soups I have tried in the past. i.e. pretty vile. The Singapore noodles were tasteless and the noodles we way over cooked. All three dishes came to over £18. So not only tasted awful, but was also way over priced. Guess I won't be ordering from them again and neither should you!!

Tbh it's the only halal Chinese place in Enfield. I can't complain about the food as I find it quite nice.

Food took over an hour and a half to arrive. The food was cold and tasteless, the chicken quality was poor and slimy. The Thai prawn crackers were stale and the coconut rice we paid extra for wasn't delivered, just a steamed rice. Would certainly not recommend.

Food took an hour to arrive, when it finally did it was incomplete, the driver couldn't understand my English and asked me to call the restaurant instead, they couldn't care less and said they would send the rest out with another driver. So I would have to eat separately. Upon finally opening my food it smelled funny and some items had to be thrown away as some tasted funny. I will definitely not order from here again. They also didn't adhire to my delivery notes!

Ordered pad Thai, it arrived in good time but it went straight into the bin. Disgusting, smelt like it had gone off and tasted like plastic.
