Awful service! I ordered from this place on the just eat app. The driver delivered my food to a complete stranger! Didn’t even confirm any of the details to confirm whether the order being delivered was theirs. How absurd! How can you deliver food and not check then basics of confirming the customers details and order to check if it’s theirs! Absolutely ridiculous!!

I ordered through UberEats and this is the second time it has happened where I have ordered 2 of the same sandwich but I only receive one! Why can’t they read. Last time was last year, so thought this time around they will READ!

The worst Joe and juice. 1. Tell customers when their drinks are ready instead of just leaving them queued up on the side. 2. Why are you all so slow. 3. Ran by children with no sense of customer service or urgency. Absolute chaos in there. I remember why i stopped going and didn’t use my combo card for over a year

DELIVERY of a truly pitiful turkey sandwich from here, with poultry (paultry, excuse the pun!) slices of highly processed turkey roll, made without care, certainly no love and all for £8.50 for this sandwich! Pink (expensive) packaging was nice, but I'm not sure that's the point of this high street chain!

GLASS found in Yogurt. Luckily we spotted it just as we were eating. Complained to Deliveroo and ALSO directly in person to the Hampstead branch. Heard nothing to date AT ALL. AVOID AVOID
