Costa Coffee in Brent

Very rude and unprofessional customers services, she just call the customer “stupid” when the lady complain!!! They keep gossiping about the customers. OMG they should not be working here, specially because this coffee shop use to be so nice. Was sitting with my son and she asked one of her friend why the customer like to F Up today!!! Very bad environment for kids actually for everyone. Never again

Really is very goood place nice staff friendly and great coffee and they have good cake and sandwiches everything is perfect 😁😁

Went to get Tea for journey from station. Girls talked o their friend. Made tea with broken cup- asked for replacement to avoid spillage. Was mocked. In exchanging cup, loose tea all over cup. Asked girl who was blocking sugar table- she shrugged her shoulders. I left my £2.20 tea on the table. Twice has had bad experience. Never AGAIN!! Place is always empty- BME don’t visit. Now I know why!!

Came in for a meeting. The flat white was very nicely made, strong and with a creamy froth that lasted.

Bad service here!!!!! This afternoon I entered to get a takeaway coffee and just decided to walk away after witnessing this scene when a member of your staff was shouting to her colleague in front of everyone for what it seemed to be a small human error about the type of coffee someone ordered. Costa should give good staff training on how to behave, especially between colleagues.

It is very comfortable and clean. The workers are willing to help the customers every day. The quality of products is very good and the price of products is good. I believe that the iced coffee is the best in this store

I have tried iced coffee in the past and not been a fan but these guys now do an iced flat white which is carefully made and strong and refreshing. Great without sugar.

Not been in here for a while, brought my elderly Father in for a coffee as it is spacious and comfortable. My flat white had far too much milk though.

This chain of coffee shops offers no surprises but the coffee is decent and the welcome here has always been warm - the co dependent decor on the Costa look does no favours to this little coffee shop where a bit of originality and design would fill it up with more chatter, as a neighbourhood find - good for a take out on the way to the tube into town

The coffee shop itself is nicely laid out and clean / comfortable however the staff really do need a lesson in customer service - shocking, really shocking. I stood waiting to be served (not the first time, but certainly now the last as I will not be going back) whilst the 2 girls behind the counter chatted to each other and did not even acknowledge I was there, I was the only customer waiting to be served, then no good morning or good buy wow............................ not a clue !!!

Lovely place to relax! Nice customer service and great coffee! Everything is so clean. Great flat white they know how to make it. I am a regular customer and I will continue to be one.

I'm not a regular here, unfortunately minkies was busy and I was in a rush, and Costa is always empty, to be fair this should have been a sign. I honestly don't know how this Costa is still open, awful service, awful drinks, when I asked what was put in the coffee because it tasted off, I was told coffee, water and milk. It tasted like dirty coffee water with rancid milk, needless to say I will not be going back. The locals don't want a Costa Coffee on a road full of independent shops- maybe they should learn this and open up elsewhere. I definitely won't be going back after this experience.

They don't accept Scottish pound! How rude is this!!!!!! She looked at the pound and said, we do not take Irish money, need to be a pound! I can not believe this is happening in London! Very disappointed.

It beggars belief that Costa can stay in business selling this milky pap. They have a concession in my office building. The Macdonald's of coffee. Avoid at all costs.

The barista (Igida) was unbelievably rude and disrespectful. They really need to re-train staff to be polite and more helpful. I was served cold and milky tea at 1 branch the barista refused to change it. Better service and fully satisfying 'hot' drinks at Starbucks!!!!

This is a very nice modern, spacious and pleasant cafe with free WiFi. The coffee and food may not be the best in Kensal Rise but it is reasonably priced and there is loads of room.

This Costa has only been open a week. It is a light, bright, spacious and comfortable café with a lot of seating downstairs. The service is quick and friendly. The coffee and cakes are very good but obviously not up to the same standard as...
