Order cancelled on uber eats after 20 minutes Ruined my dinner party

Zu's ilford Absolutely horrible I'm pretty sure they changed owners I used to come here after late shifts today I came in and he asked what I wanted then picked up a phone call and ignored me in my face TWICE I placed my order then he said 10 minutes wich was pretty long for a wrap ,he proceded to serve around 5 other customers after 30 minutes he told me to leave and shooed me away after I asked how long ,he literally told me "leave go home " this place used to be so good also the hygiene was horrible using tye same tongs for vegetable and chicken, never coming here again.

Just received a group order. Out of approx 8 of us I believe only 1 person got what they ordered. Granted most people that still ate the food said it was amazing but for those who asked for no salad/no sauce etc we weren’t able to eat it.

Ordered 2 karak chai’s. Was not packed properly so it all spilt in the bag. They did not give a refund or more chai. Will never order from here again.

Just spent £15 on 6 tea!!!... It taste of kettle normal tea. Nothing else... Not rich not sweet defo nothing near Indian apice tea. Very very disappointed.

If anyone is wondering why the customer service is really bad it's because this place (Garam Garam) is run/owned by Zu's ilford. The food come out of the same restaurant. Terrible food and worst customer service ever.

Very rude customer service, claims that his busy at 2am lol, disgusting behaviour and they tend to cancel orders a lot waste of time.

Good taste , good quality and good quantity. Must try paratha meals!!!

Really nice food but this place needs to be removed from Uber eats , whenever you place an order ,10 minutes later it's been cancelled...
