Griller in Redbridge

This was so bad that I wont bother writing a review for it.

The service was poor. I entered the store. No one acknowledged I was there for five minutes. Ordered the food on the phone, they didn’t even start on the chips. We requested the burger to have mild chillie sauce. But they made the burger extra hot. The customer service needs huge work. The employees don’t look bothered. P.S to further prove my point they didn’t even respond to this review.

Their filters weren't effective because it smelt very heavy of food cooking, burning, hot oil.

Ordered pizza first time and never seen any one putting two pizza bases together, and because of that It was very dry & chewy, also bit burnt on edges. Otherwise, it's OK. I gave three 🌟. May be they'll learn in future.

Their periperi chicken is out of this world would definitely order again and highly recommend 👌

super slow delivery, had about 1litre of mayo on the burger with a super thin chicken breast, felt likeI was eating a mayo burger.

I ordered for delivery and they took my money and said they cant deliver and i have to come and collect. They still havent refunded me. Idiots on the phone who cant even speak English properly. No manners. Disgusting place with disgusting people.

Paid £7.40 for an 8 wings meal and the wings were like fingers. Very tiny.

Don’t know why they have stopped serving fresh food for takeouts.

Food was cold a day delivered 2 hours late. What a waste of money

Used to love this place when they delivered to our team but I went to the Goodmayes branch and ordered a quarter chicken and got a few miserable looking bits with the skin removed so it was dry when grilled. Felt it it was a leftover piece from somewhere that was thrown on the grill. Have picture. Disappointed given previous meals being great. Only gave it 3 as hopefully this was a once off

I took Grill chicken from this place which is very good and it has good seating area with friendly staff.

Me and my mate order something mixed bucket the one with 4 chicken and chicken burger like that, we waited for almost 35 minutes for the food but when we receive it the chicken look a bit cold like preheated I don’t know just like that we did eat it but in the middle of chicken you can taste and feel the coldness of meat :(

I visited this place as a stopover for a quick snack. I ordered a Chicken burger and a chicken rola. Both were amazingly good and tasty. Prices are reasonable and quantity is good as well. Everything available here is halaal. They have enough seating capacity. Definitely will visit again!!

Just eat has taken delivery charge and the food didn't even turn up which I ordered over 1h 30minutes again I'm really upset

Food is a bit on the dare side compared to the others, but trusts it's worth every penny as their food is prepared after you've ordered freshly made and it's to die for. There's is a wait to be served majority of the time the wait to get your food takes a bit longer but that's understandable as on the spot preparing does usually take a bit longer. They do have a delivery service but only negative point (if I had to make one) there's service needs improvements Would also recommend the Peri Peri Chicken 🍗 Wings Google didn't have that as an option

Great place to sit and eat. Lovely grilled chicken and the pizzas are the best.

Spicy grilled wings are my favourite.

Grilled wings and burgers is quite nice, ask for the wings to be well done with extra sauce.

Didnt get the food won't pick up phone

This is the second time I have waited more than two hours for food, although the waiting time what they give me, was one hour. I called twice and was told that the food would arrive in five minutes. Was, in fact, thirty. Do not bother to order what you want, from what appears in the offer on the website, because you will receive what they have, obviously, without being asked for your opinion if you accept the product and which one they have. Basically, you order what you want from the menu and you get what they have! As I mentioned, no one bothers to ask you if you want something else, in case they are missing one of the ordered products. I do NOT recommend this provider at all. Unserious!

I’ve noticed every griller is different. These guys are actually the best. Quality chicken and fries. The marinade they use on the chicken is better than all the other grillers.

AVOID THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANNA DIE FROM FOOD POISONING. I ordered online the food came in 90+ minutes. I got bbq ribs, peri chops, peri wings and rice. They also gave a chips probably to make up for there disgusting food. The bbq ribs was actually a bag of bones with no meat and I'm not exaggerating, it was drenched in there cheap watered bbq sauce with no seasonings. The chops were hard and tiny and covered in that tangy Pakistani chilli sauce NOT PERI PERI SAUCE. The wings was old and reheated with microwave I mean it couldn't be more obvious, it had black meat from microwave burns and the bones was shattered into many pieces not one full piece in the bag. I'm sure everything was microwaved. I could go on all day. My stomach is hurting as I'm typing this 😩 I pray my family is OK. I swear I am not exaggeration this review. I don't know if they though they could get away because of my white name or they genuinely don't care. The owner should speak to the cook or whoever is in charge of the night order I see this place closing soon only so long you can scam people.

Food took about an hr and a half to come and half the good didn't show as well as when I called the restaurant the guy hanged up on me

Horrible. Rude staff. I ordered barbecue wings paid a lot extra than normal wings and waited quite a bit for me to get normal wings and they just put a tiny bit of bbq sauce on it in front of me. never tasted anything so melancholy.

Very good experience I have here. We ordered 2 non veg pizzas and one pizza and wings. Food was soo delicious and the staff also very friendly. Good customer service.

Chips are nice chicken wings are nice chicken is very dry both times I ordered had to wait over an hour for my food to be delivered and my bean are ice cold have to put in the microwave Delivery time needs improving.

This is the second time I've ordered a side of pri pri chips and only plain ones came :(

I was happy with their service up until now. Delivery took 1hr 20 minutes. The peri peri ribs I ordered was very dry unlike other times when it is full of flavour and sauce. In addition, I requested medium and hot spice level but all 3 orders tasted the same (medium). The ribs were not packed properly and one of the pack came loose and was all over the bag. The chips were cold and very soggy. Very disappointed this time round.

My order was never delivered it been saying driver on the way for 30mins and still nothing and all of suddenly . It says enjoy your food when I haven’t got !!!

Yes it was a few min late, however due to the massive number of orders that they get at this time because it's Ramadan (an hour till time to break fast) I can understand the pressure they were going through whilst fasting themselves. We were happy to wait after breaking our fast with dates water, smoothie at home, by the time we finished prayers it was delivered. Alhamdulillah. Thanking them of their hard work.

I was looking forward to opening my fast and disappointed that the supreme burger was hard and dry with 2 small flat dried pieces of chicken inside, not fresh. Could not eat it.

Food was absolutely amazing!! So delicious!! The food was piping hot, the chicken was cooked and seasoned to perfection, succulent and juicy chicken even the strips weren’t dry, and the rice was nice and moist. Exceeded me expectations it’s the best peri peri chicken I have had. This will be my new go to and I will definitely be ordering from here regularly. Also ordered for Iftar and was worried it would come late but it arrived 10 minutes early. Very very happy about this. 10/10 overall.

The lamb chops were not packed well as I did mention I would like it with sauce and not dried. I don’t think I would order here

Honestly worst chicken and burger in my life. I went home sick after taking one bite out a chicken wing. I managed to stomach enough courage to try my fillet burger. It was so small like tiny and event Mc Donald’s has a bigger cheese burger. A legit scam I payed £7 total. The guy at the counter way cleaning his teeth with a Uber eats order slip. Nasty honestly I asked him to wash his hands before handling my pizza and he said “ Is this your shop?”. They would not give me a refund either would be in your best interest to avoid this place

Scam artists They advertised buy one get one free on pizzas yet charge full amount. They don't have a complaint process and lie to you that they don't have a manager you can complain to. If there is no manager then obviously complaints should be sent to the owner but they refuse. No apologies, no refund, and they even refuse to provide a receipt. AVOID!!!!!

I'm really unwell with flu and unable to cook so ordered in. Firstly the delivery guy was respectful Masha' Allah, thank you Food was perfect as always Alhamdulillah. We received 3 drum pieces as requested for kids to not argue over and drive me mental. The rest of chicken was perfect balanced pieces. Chips this time was nice and full and not small amount sitting at the bottom (Was a little disappointed last time). Would of liked the coleslaw more chunky but its ok still lovely Thank you for your hard work Goodmayes Griller Team.

so i asked for a 9inch pizza they said 7pounds buy 1 get 1 free i said ok and they charge me 11pounds how is that buy 1 get 1 free silly people dont make any sense

Horrible food, wings smelt awful. Definitely the worst fish burger I have ever had. I am surprise this shop is still in business, definitely needs to be investigated food quality is terrible.

I wish could not give any star at all, As they dont deserve it.. All the staff is so rude they don't have no manners how to speak to the customers. All staff are very RUDE.. They even answer back argue with the customers, I don't understand how they are still in the business.. Avoid them completely for disappointment...

Love this Griller. Ordered mild for friends non-spicy eating child and my kids don't like lemon & herb. It came perfect not too much spice with chilli sauce on the side 😋 the specific pieces asked for came as it was for kids who prefer certain part of chicken. Only issue for me was the side of beans was less than usual this time. Normally have no issues with this place. Love the piripiri chips!

Delicious peri peri chicken mini bucket well cooked and flavoursome. The chicken burger was tasty too. Prices were very reasonable. Food received hot.

Amazing pizzas and good price. Peri peri burger has a generous size chicken fillet inside. Almost always they will get your order wrong or won't be ready on time. I always call in advanced and most of the time the pizzas are not ready or even in the oven yet. They either need additional staff or a front store manager that commands and keeps everything smooth. If they don't sort the problem out I can see them loosing customers rapidly. Hopefully they will as the food is amazing. Original above review from 2020. Update 2022: HMC halal certificate was revoked so I won't be going again.

I bought fillet burger and pari pari roll. I would like to say the they served worst burger ever I had in my life. Mayo was expired and chicken was smelly. Roll was even not eatable due to chicken meat was not fresh and it had strong smell. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

This is the most disgusting and humiliating food industry cheating the public, which I had never expected from this law-abiding country. I ordered for a full tandoori chicken with large french fries,after reaching home when I opened the parcel box,to my great shock and surprise I such a thin and low quality potato french fries which I had never seen in the entire London. I feel that griller management is intentionally and deliberately cheating the customers with such low quality food.

Really disappointed, meat was not cooked enough and not sauce at all as I chose mild one.

Avoid this place guys. The Asian lady is rude also in the cashier. This is disgusting pizza. It used to be good. The environment is not good staff talking too loudly, rude, uneducated and extremely not a good place to enjoy food. The pizza is not cooked properly and the price is overpriced. I am not going there again. I would rather choose branded pizza company to order pizza.

The Pizzas lacked taste and freshness.I have never eaten a pizza with such a sour dough.Thanks for adding 4 chunks of pineaples.I ordered one chicken and one beef.They gave me both chickens.I asked them to put pineapple in one they put pineaples in both.The guy on the till lacks all basic skills of customer service and he hardly undrstands I am not sure if its the language it appears as he was punished to work in the premises. I wouldnt suggest it to anyone nor will I ever be ordering again.

We are very disappointed today, the food is not tender and delicious. It tastes bitter as like cooked long back. Lettuce are not at all good and Mayo are not tasted as usual. Chicken is very hard and felt like that it's not prepared after my order placed. We are not able to finish the burger and thrown. I often used order from this shop and noe of the days are disappointed like today.

Never ordering again. I ordered the pizza at 7:30 pm they sent an email with confirmation 40 minutes delayed the driver arrived at almost 9 pm with the Pizzas and they were cold. I’ve returned the pizzas back to the delivery driver and phoned GRILLER and made a complaint. Instead of acknowledging the mistake he started arguing and asked me as a customer to be patient because he prepared the food he sent his driver with two orders where he delivered the first one and then he arrived to deliver my order which is unacceptable because my pizzas were cold. Absolutely rude and unprofessional. I will be also making a complaint Environmental Health and Redbridge Business Licensing Department.

Do not order from there. Staff are rude and unprofessional. My pizzas arrived late and it was cold. The delivery driver clearly stated that he was a first order before delivering mine. Rather acknowledging the mistake and poor service the man on the phone started arguing, trying justify his point that he made the food. I repeated several times “why should I accept cold food, do you want me to be get food poisoned?” He was not even paying attention. I just hung up, as he had no sense of customer service. Do not order from them. There are plenty pizza places in the local area.

Burger and chips were cold and wrong dessert sent, woman on phone insisted fudge cake cake is black forest cake as if I don't know the difference. Have raised complaint with uber eats and requested a full refund. Never ordering from them again.
