Cold and sticky instead of melt cheese

My money was taken and the pizza didn't arrive.

There was hair in thr first pizza I picked. This has put me off forever to order from here. Called up and the team was willing to send us new pizza but now my mind doesn't allow me to eat from there.

My delivery never arrived and when I called the restaurant they were rude and told me it’s not their problem. Very aggressive. DO NOT ORDER

Very bad experience. No satisfication at all. No Customer service at all. Store Manager Mohammed and sales person on till have no idea how to deal with the customer. Very rude with the customer. Never ever recommond to fridend and family to go on Barkingside Pizza Hut.

Zero stars!! No delivery received, no contact made. My son was waiting for his birthday late meal and ended up having scraps from the fridge.

Order took over an hour to arrive (despite the tracker saying it was minutes away for over 50 minutes) & was stone cold & inedible on arrival. The driver blamed it on the weather & the rubbish JustEat system. Nothing to do with the excessive delivery time then?

Do not order from this Pizza Hut, they are so rude on the phone and constantly tell you to order from another store or online, I remember when Pizza Hut was run solely by English staff and the customer service was great. Do not waste your time people. Second time in 3 days this has happened, I will be reporting this to head office to get this resolved. PIZZA HUT PLEASE TAKE NOTE. Change your staff in Barkingside store as you will end up with no customers. And to the guy that was extremely rude on the phone you will never amount to anything other that working in Pizza Hut with your attitude.. I had the best pizza ever – crispy crust, fresh toppings, and perfectly melted cheese. The flavors were incredible, and the service was quick and friendly!

Pizza had obviously been dropped on the floor so I told the driver to take it back. Looked out my window and he chucked it in my garden bin. 3 kids have been waiting for this as there movie food for over an hour and now due to idiots that work for just eat the pizza has obviously been dropped. Absolute joke! Called over 13 times and they either didn’t answer or ended the call. Then the driver turns up and missing majority of the order… this ain’t on as we’ve been waiting for over an hour a half.

Don’t order directly at the shop, they take priority of orders over apps because they want to maintain a good online rating so you end up waiting double the time they tell you it will take

order was placed at 11.20. pizza was ready at 11.45.( I called pizzahut in Barkingside and spoke to the manager)the driver arrived at 12.05. He Went another delivery first which was over at King George hospital. He then came to my place of work at 12.45. My food was stone cold. I am so annoyed. my lunchtime was finished when my food arrived. Had nothing eat.

Very cold pizza, and not the normal taste as from Pizza Hut. Very disappointed, called them to let them know, very rude person on the phone to answer.

I bought a beef pizza for £15 this afternoon around 2 and they didn't give me a beef pizza instead they gave me a mushroom pizza I didn't realize until I got to my house I was very disappointed to see that it was not a beef pizza.

Delivery time 7.30/after calling it arrived at 9.0pm not impressed

Absolutely diabolical. The gremlin on the phone had no idea what I was saying. Clearly not of this universe. Apparently my order hadn't come through after an hour and half of waiting. To top things of they didn't have half of the order in stock! I requested a refund and for them to cancel the order which they were extremely difficult about. This is the last time I will be ordering from pizza hut.

Waited 2 hours for delivery, to then be told they didn’t get the order on their system. Avoid , staff not helpful in fixing the situation.

I went to buy a pizza at 5.15 pm I was told to come back in 20 mins. I collected my pizza and when I got home it was cold, burnt and we were unable to eat. I have started a new job locally near Pizza Hut and thought this could be a regular thing prior to my experience. But I will never go there again an awful experience, a disgusting cold pizza with hardly any filling. I wish I had read the terrible reviews!

Poor communication, no updates, I live very close, the driver couldn't find my house even thought I have ordered many times and took the pizza back to the restaurant! No one informed me and I had to ring several times to get an update. A new pizza was then sent which only took 10 mins so cannot understand what happened with the first order.

Ordered for a family dinner tonight but had bbq wings and chicken strips missing. 😡😡 Spoke to Mohammed who said because it was ordered through Uber Eats there was nothing he can do. So U er eats refunds me the missing items - yet I still have a family member with nothing to eat.

yes agree with the rest. They are terrible and the managers don't care to put their act together. I don't know why but my daughter ordered from this bunch again and it was awful. cold, hardly any fillings but just the burnt dough (not chewable) and took them 1 hour to deliver. When phoning their line is disconnected! Avoid this cowboys!

Switched phones off and and still waiting for pizza after almost 2hrs what ever is going on at the Barkingside branch needs a chaing of management or something as this is not acceptable if your ordering from them you may whant to rethink where you spend your money. Update....... it never came nothing from the Barkingside branch the only one that helped was pizza huts main customer service office so hats of to them but beware of this branch as it is not fit for purpose. But don't be put off visiting a pizza hut restaurant as there always good

I waited 3hrs for an order. They wouldn't answer their phones, can't do anything through the app and food was cold when I received it. No apologies no phone contact just embarrassing

Just had a delivery via uber eats firstly the driver had to wait for another order to be ready then delivered to them first .When he arrived he parked outside the shops at the bottom of my road and walked my food across in freezing temperatures not in a bag that would help it retain the heat just in its packaging ,when opened food it was stone cold absolute waste of time and money ,complaint made to uber eats ,will not use them again Avoid at all costs if you don't want to waste money.

Didn’t get any of the sauces I ordered

Would give 0 if possible, pizza showed as delivered on time on tracker but arrived 1 hour late. The store intentionally disconnects their phone so no one can ring through and complain. I understand they're busy but the lack of communication is awful.

4 hours after order and no delivery when I did get through (4 times in 4 hours!) to the Barkingside store, I got told 4 times in 2 hours " it's on its way, wil be with you in 15 minutes" still no food.I am sure entering into a contract by taking my money with no intention of completing the contract is theft.

Waited 2 hours for my food, wrong order came, it was cold. Couldn’t even call the restaurant, the food arrived as soon as the shop closed. Kept sending me to hold/an automated service. Had to call 9 times for them to pick up. Do not recommend, the ilford branch is way better.

We have orderd a pizza on friday night and after more than 80min waiting they cancelled the order.
