We had the pleasure of experiencing Cinnamon last night for the first time . Celebrating my mother’s birthday .
From the minute we arrived until the minute we left, the service received was nothing short of 100%
Couldn’t fault a thing !! It was just perfect !!
Thank you for a wonderful first time experience . We will be back for sure .👍
Expensive menu. Took ages arriving so that my granddaughter had to get a takeaway container, as she didn't have enough time to eat it before college . And while two of the meals were great, the mozzarella pesto roll turned out actually pesto and cheddar - not so nice as expected. No apology. The salad looked great but the dressing was not very nice. Disappointing but the setting was lovely of course by the river
Distinctly average food, coupled with pretty poor service. The front of house staff was rather dismissive… didn’t crack a smile once and wasn’t accommodating when asking for a drink that was clearly possible based on available ingredients. A shame, as it looked to be a promising authentic Italian, but didn’t deliver on expectation.
Have drove past this place so many times and finally decided to eat here.
Am so glad I did!
Great food, the service was brilliant and I recommend you try the craft beer they have on their drinks menu!
High Street Thorpe Le Soken, Clacton-on-Sea CO16 0DY England, England
Absolutely awful .from start to finish . Rude staff , not very welcoming . Food was overpriced and poor quality. Rooms were okay but nothing special. Wouldn’t stay here again
Myself & my daughter who was visiting from Gloucester fancied fish & chips. We googled vegan fish & chips nearby. Alberts hospitality was fantastic. The place is very small but also very busy which speaks volumes. Both traditional & vegan fish was delicious….but to be honest it will always be the excellent hospitality that wins the day for us. ❤️❤️
Tasteless food served on shoddy bowls. Prices were nominal but the quality was substandard. Chairs had worn away seats. Located in nice quiet place with good parking space.
We haven't got a great many places to go in Clacton it feels. Black rock is always a winner, their steaks and the options of having it come out on the stone to cook to your preferred rarity is always appreciated.
Staff are always helpful and happy to accommodate.
