I honestly didn’t think staff like this existed anymore. Jason was fantastic with us, he really couldn’t do enough to help. All the staff were so kind and polite. They were so nice with our children. It was a lovely dining experience.

We were served by sarah s today and she went above and beyond for us we were a table of nine celebrating my sons 13th birthday with his friends and made him feel so important and anything we asked for was never a bother for her thank you so much sarah

the food was overpriced and kind of bad but the waitress jasmine was very nice the place was empty though 😭💔

I had Sarah (I think that’s her name looked like the manager with glasses and dark hair with a bun) she was so lovely when serving us to our seating area then had Jackson serve us until we were completely finished and he was very active and kind good workers can’t wait to come again!

Came with my little girl as a belated birthday meal, and we couldn’t be more happy with the service. Dexi and Jackson were nothing but a pleasure who also made an effort to talk to my daughter so she felt included. We will definitely be teturning

The food was very good especially for my rather tight budget, I’d recommend dining here for anyone who wants something fast and delicious. The staff were lovely and I’ll definitely be coming here again.

Me and my son's visited here before a trip to the pictures this is always their choice in place to go. We had the all in buffet and there was a good choice of pizza I just wish there was more variety on pasta. Service was great from Jackson and all other staff very polite up beat staff that add to the atmosphere of this place.

Always love coming to this pizza hut before or after a movie! Staff are always friendly and accommodating to my awkward needs, making sure I get the right deals and offers that work best for me. Food is always delicious no matter what I get. The wait is never too long and it's a nice relaxed environment to dine in or to wait to takeaway.

I visited once and was immediately impressed by the polite and friendly staff, which brought me back—and now I’m a regular customer. We've been served by David on several occasions—he’s a lovely guy and always very helpful. The food is consistently fresh and of good quality, with generous portions and great value, especially for students or anyone opting for a meal-for-one or two deal. The salad selection is fresh and varied, the pasta is decent, and the garlic breadsticks are a decent as well. Overall, a solid 5-star experience—consistently welcoming service and satisfying meals.

What customer service should be - would happily come back over and over again

Okay, so I come here way too often for their student buffet offer. The food is always hot, fresh and plentiful. The staff are super friendly. Dexter the manager is so warm and welcoming and always checks that everything is at a good quality and never seems to stop. Today I came and was served by the manager Sarah S who I remembered from working at Pizza Hut years ago. She was friendly and warm. She also seems to be very involved with being hands on. I have absolutely no complaints about anything and I will keep coming back. :)

The student buffet deal is fabulous! 😋 Can't beat it for value & deliciousness. Also a great way for students to get a wide selection of veg without having to buy multiple big bags! Definitely helping towards 5 a day!

David, who served us, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We requested to be moved to a booth, and he handled it effortlessly. The pizza selection was great, and he even went the extra mile by asking our boys if we had tried the new cheeseburger pizza. When we said no, he kindly added it to the buffet for us to try, even though it’s not usually offered on the buffet menu.

Great friendly efficient service, staff went above and beyond to make sure it was a good experience. The food was delicious, we opted for the buffet deal, salad was fresh and tasty, the pasta and pizza were both great with lots of variety! The manager was visible, friendly and chatty. We came to Pizza Hut at the gate this morning and was greeted and served by the lovely Sarah. She was extremely helpful when informing us on what was available gluten free and seemed extremely knowledgeable on allergies. Food was amazing. Can’t fault the service at all!

I recently had a very unpleasant experience at Pizza Hut. Upon arriving, I took a seat, placed my order using the QR code, and paid my bill online as it was supposed to be. I also requested tap water, but the staff member refused to serve it until I place an order and pay —despite the fact that I already had. I had to wait 20 minutes and kept requesting for water couple of times before finally receiving the water, which was frustrating as I was extremely thirsty. Later, the same staff member approached our table, doubting that I had paid and making me feel as if I was trying to eat for free and get away with it. This was completely unnecessary and humiliating, especially in front of my wife. She rudely demanded bank proof of my payment, and I had to show her a bank notification on my personal phone confirming it before she was finally satisfied. After she saw the notification, she claimed that their system wasn’t working, yet every other customer seemed to have no issues, making it clear this was just an excuse. The overall experience was disappointing, and I did not enjoy my time there. The saff member was very rude, racist and need to learn some manners on how to speak to customers. The poor service and lack of professionalism made it an experience I would not want to repeat.

I ordered my food around 19.20, the timing of the order kept getting pushed back with no explanation and did not arrive until 21:10. When it arrived, it was cold and the ice cream was melted

The food is amazing, the buffet provides many choices and never leaves you feeling disappointed or hungry. Particularly with the student buffet option it is great value for money and always makes our day.

Had a lovely cheeky pizza meal deal at Pizza Hut when in town this evening. We got the Feed 4 for £14 each deal. Rose, our server, was very friendly, told us everything we needed to do and cleared the table when we were finished our mains.

Excellent food as always! I have coeliac disease so it’s so nice to have somewhere I know is going to be safe to go to. Rose was excellent and made sure to tell the kitchen about the dietary requirement.

Our favourite place to come for good while in the town, our kids absolutely love it. Staff are always enthusiastic and incredibly friendly. This place is very near the computing campus of Newcastle University. Fresh salad bar and delicious piazza. David is very friendly. Fantastic buffet experience in Newcastle. I will recommend my friends come. It is one of the best choices for Newcastle University students.

I got the worse gastroenteritis in years from this restaurant. Not sure if it was the salad bar, pizza or ice cream but GP told me it was clearly food poisoning and it was the only thing I ate that day. The staff wasn’t present and preferred to chat rather than to seat me - waited for five minutes for them to finish their chat while the restaurant was 4/5th empty. Atmosphere was good but I am so sick (couldn’t sleep all night, severe diarrhoea etc) that the food poisoning wasn’t worth it.

The rudest staff i ever met. There is guy in this pizza hut literally ignored us, we call him 2 to 3 time and he ignored us. This is the worst experience ever. The food is 10/10 but that staff guy made it zero.

Absolutely awful experience and the customer service team dont want anything to do with it. Went to pizza hut the gate for a restaurant takeaway. My girlfriend went in for me to pick it up and was when entering the first thing she sees is waiters talking about a customer and making nasty comments about her hair. A waiter then proceeding to swear and get sent to the back by a manager. My partner also saw our food made and awaiting a waiter to bring it over and when she asked a member off staff if that was it they said “how would i know i havent made it” she said it was sat there for about 15 minutes before they brought it over. Then when we got the food and took it home (10-15 minute drive) it was stone cold and burnt. The hollumi was stone cold in the middle almost frozen. And the pizzas both cold. The cookie dough also rock hard as it was cold and no ice cream was added. We are gutted as this is our favourite pizza place to go to but we dont want to spend our money on a place that is serving food like this.
