Pizza Hut in Watford

The rudest staff i ever met. There is guy in this pizza hut literally ignored us, we call him 2 to 3 time and he ignored us. This is the worst experience ever. The food is 10/10 but that staff guy made it zero.

Awful experience here, swearing staff, bad attitude from waiters when asking if that was my food sitting (had been for 15 minutes before I asked) and overall horrid food. Avoid at all cost

Absolutely awful experience and the customer service team dont want anything to do with it. Went to pizza hut the gate for a restaurant takeaway. My girlfriend went in for me to pick it up and was when entering the first thing she sees is waiters talking about a customer and making nasty comments about her hair. A waiter then proceeding to swear and get sent to the back by a manager. My partner also saw our food made and awaiting a waiter to bring it over and when she asked a member off staff if that was it they said “how would i know i havent made it” she said it was sat there for about 15 minutes before they brought it over. Then when we got the food and took it home (10-15 minute drive) it was stone cold and burnt. The hollumi was stone cold in the middle almost frozen. And the pizzas both cold. The cookie dough also rock hard as it was cold and no ice cream was added. We are gutted as this is our favourite pizza place to go to but we dont want to spend our money on a place that is serving food like this.

The student buffet is really good value. I recommend eating the red onions my friend loved them.

The student buffet is all you can eat food and drink for only 7.99. Excellent value for money 100% recommend

A great place for food! All tables were clean and the restaurant was so tidy and a great atmosphere. Staff were kind and helpful and were always happy to help. We came to Pizza Hut on our trip from Ireland, the food was delicious and the service was excellent especially Sarah , she was so friendly and helpful! Couldn't recommend Pizzahut in The Gate enough :)

Had a lovely experience at pizza hut, I was with my daughter and the server Sarah made sure we had everything we needed, she offered help when it came to ordering via QR code. Made sure we had all we needed in terms of cutlery etc. Overall a great time

Absolutely outstanding service - can’t thank Sarah (team leader) enough! From my initial phone call to arrange my sons 12th birthday lunch, nothing was a bother for her and her excellent team. From booking a separate table for the tweens, allowing us to bring our own birthday cake, finding us the best food deal, providing great food and drink and exceptional customer service, Sarah was excellent from start to finish. Can’t thank her enough for making a birthday lunch such a special occasion. We’ll definitely be back again. Thanks :-)

I am absolutely disgusted with the time this order took - when ordered it said 17.05-17.25 and as we were goi g to a show at the arena we had to go before they arrived - they finally arrived at holiday inn at 18.37 - cold, overdone and not worth cost

This order was ordered at 11.30, due at 12.15 then 12.30. Gradually got later, saying 14.15. The app would not let me cancel, I rang restaurant who said order had been waiting, for 20 mins. He tried to cancel - no. Then order said delivered and not!

Came on a weekend lunchtime for the buffet - family of 3 including toddler. Buffet pizzas and salad bar constantly replenished with good selection. Very friendly, attentive, staff in particular the manager Sarah. No issues with drinks machine or ice cream station. Voucher available on the website for a free child meal as well which was a bonus to discover. Order and pay via QR code on table - no issues. Would be very happy to return.

First time I took my son to town on my own, he chose Pizza Hut for dinner. My son has additional needs and the staff were amazing with him! I couldn’t fault anything, food, ice cream, service was fabulous. I will definitely recommended coming here. A big shout out to the lady (I think is manager) for interacting with my son! He loved having dinner here and will sure be back again!

My daughter and I ate here today, Pizza was fine. Very dissapointed in the white caramel cookie and ice cream, £7.99 yet if was so small. I would like to make a point about it being Card only. My daughter used her card, but I use cash, so I would not go in myself. I do think bussinesses are alienating those that want to still use cash. Sad.

Sarah went above and beyond on our visit with our 2 year old little boy today, the way she interacts with her customers is 5* Little did she know my sons been restricted on what he can eat lately, Today that was lifted via his consultant and all he wanted was pizza. Good food , could have been a few more pizza options in the adult buffet but what was available was hot and to a good standard. We were served by Sarah who was really engaging with our children and super friendly :)

My husband is blind. A waiter called JohnG looked after him superbly. John was attentive, considerate, thoughtful and sensitive to my husband‘s needs as a blind person. John was absolutely brilliant and cared for my husband really well often putting my husband’s hand on his drink so that my husband knew where the drink was. Thank you. Pizza Hut deliver the benchmark for brilliant deep pan pizzas. My husband believes that nowhere else does deep pan pizzas better than Pizza Hut. My husband believes that the base of a deep pan pizza is lovely and crispy with the deep pan filling cheesy and delicious. The chicken topping was perfect.

It seems that the branch manager or the hall supervisor needs to learn some manners in speaking with customers. Their behavior was extremely poor, and their way of speaking was full of arrogance and racism.

A five star Pizza Hut! We popped in for the all-in buffet and were greeted by efficient, helpful staff all with a smile on their faces. Great customer service always makes dining out feel more special. The salad bar and pizza/pasta buffet were continually restocked and refreshed with a good choice of options including vegetarian. We hadn’t visited a Pizza Hut for a while but were really impressed with our visit to this one. Thank you to the team!

came in the day after a birthday bash in town a bit hungover. our server Sarah made my group and I feel comfortable and she even had a small chat and a few jokes with us. if all of their staff are like that, i can highly recommend this Pizza Hut I'm coeliac and they have a great selection of choices I never felt like i'd be missing out
