Pizza Hut in Watford

Came with my mother for a cheeky little buffet. Sarah was extremely friendly and helpful, the team as a whole was really lovely. Food was fresh and delicious. Highly reccomend!

Me and my son came for some food out for a change, the manager was very nice to my son helped him out, the service was very good the waitress and manager were very kind definitely come again highly recommend.

Amazing spotless , fresh and modern Pizza Hut A Lovely girl called poppy greeted us and the other dark haired lady was really smiley and both had great customer service and ran the place so well .

Very lovely experience, lovely servers and delicious food. Speedy and quick service too. There was a mistake with one of the orders but the staff very quickly apologised and provided a free pizza to replace it!

Had to give this 5 stars purely because of how brilliant Dexie (the manager) and our server were. I had four excitable boys with me for a 10th birthday afterschool meal and Dexie was brilliant with them, and made them feel really special. He was very accommodating and the birthday boy said it was one of the best meals ever! Plus £9 per head for salad bar, kids pizza, side, refillable drink and unlimited ice cream is amazing value!

We went today for the dinner buffet. First question asked was if anyone in our party had any allergies. Bonus kids eat free with paying adult at the minute. Sarah what an absolute credit to your company she was absolutely fabulous and the rest of the team, she goes above and beyond seated and ordered within 5 minutes! Place was spotless, food was fabulous.

We visited Pizza Hut in the gate Newcastle, could not fault anything! We had brought our 88 year old grandma out for the day who suffers with dementia a staff member Sarah could not have been anymore helpful and went above and beyond absolutely brilliant customer service!

Staff here are so polite, friendly and welcoming. I'll come again just for their lovely service. Additionally, the pizzas here are soooo tasty. They have a free salad bar and they offer bottomless ice cream. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Very convenient opening hours. Very, very warm service and conversation, especially from the GM, Sarah. Definitely recommend, but a bit pricey, so maybe not right for a walk-in on a night out.

Ordered my food today from this pizza hut. All of my orders were wrong and not even one was right. When I called they didn't even care and especially manager was rude and didn't even bother to ask what was wrong with my order and simply refused to help. Such a bad staff (manager). Will never going to order from this place.

Stopped off tonight at Pizza Hut at the gate Was shown quickly and friendly and greeted to the table. Was asked to use the qr code to order our food, asked if waiting staff could take the order as these things never work for an oldie like me. No problem at all, you g waitress came over and took our order ( sorry we didn't catch your name, young lassie blond hair ) she was fantastic, happy , cheerful, couldn't do enough for us We had the pizza deal 2 pizzas 2 sides, unlimited drinks , and salad bowls Came to just under £43 Had a great time and truly fantastic service

Came here yesterday to try the buffet for the first time, but I’ve been plenty of times to this establishment. Staff are always so welcoming and accommodating. The food is also always amazing. The buffet is well worth the price, the food was always replaced in a timely manner and the choices were great. Can’t recommend enough!!

We had a lovely family meal here when we visited Newcastle for a football game. The food was amazing and the service was fantastic even though it was busy and full. Our server Sarah was so chatty and genuine and made our visit all that more special!

Staff are great. Take out prices are a joke. I got a special deal and it was still ridiculous for what you get for your money. It is really poor value. I won’t be ordering again, was disappointed.

Lovely staff in this restaurant - tables cleared promptly and with a smile! Plenty of choice of pizza, could do with more thin crust. 2 adults and 7 kids for £104 - can't go wrong!

Great to go to with my 3 year old. The manager Sarah always greets him like her best pal, which makes his day.

Big shout out to Sarah and her team today. Restaurant was spotless, salad bar clean and fresh with no cross contamination. We had the buffet today which is usually average at best with it being made to a price but here it was absolutely delicious, fresh pizza, pasta and garlic bread, all nice and crispy with a generous amount of toppings. Would happily recommend.

Pointless being on justeat when you send the delivery out 3 hours later AVOID AVOID AVOID * SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE * disgusting appalling service from justeat, one order 2 and half hours late stone cold and rock hard , missing one item , only refunded me for the missing fries and disregarded the food being nearly 3 hour late or it being cold, made several complaints to the customer service team, kept being told there is nothing they can do as its not in line with the policy.. anothe order delivery never turned up at all.. contacted just eat and they said someone came in to the store and picked up my delivery for a collection.. how is that even possible.. appalling company bunch of thieves

i put a note for sour cream as no option to add it query with driver said it's in order when checked not there

One or the worst pizza and experiences I've ever had fries were cold pizza was burnt, salad was awful, then we got the bill..... 1 pepperoni pizza 2 sides NO DRINKS £47.00 complete joke. I will never go to pizza hut again in this life time.

The waiter was really nice and informative as it was our first time at Newcastle. My pizza was wrong so to apologise I was given a free dessert. Really friendly staff and atmosphere.

Came freezing cold and rock solid

Food is always lovely at pizza hut, but for what I recieved and how much I had to pay for it felt unreasonable. I had one pizza, one side and a drink and I paid almost 25 pounds. Its a tad bit overpriced even with a discount. Other than that service is good and food was lovely.

The pizzas on the buffet were quickly replaced when empty and a really good variety of pizzas. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. We all enjoyed our lunch and would definitely return.

Food was generally ok. A lot of items in the salad bar were missing. Service slow. The waiters also wiped sweat on sleeves which I think isn’t nice to see when you eat. Wasn’t terrible overall but for the price I think they should be a bit better.

Ordered a delivery from here during the week and the food itself was good. Pizzas were fresh and tasty. I wouldn’t say Pizza Hut is great value. We got a special offer, but it was still more expensive than the local takeaways. We also paid £6.99 for the cookie dough and ice cream. The ice cream wasn’t delivered so essential £7 for a big cookie. Fortunately that was refunded. I think if eating in the prices might be considered reasonable.

Lovely experience at Pizza Hut situated within The Gate. Sarah is an asset to the team and is a very personable manager. We will definitely be back and appreciate the cleanliness of the restaurant and how hot all the food was when served.

O kvalitě pizzérie vypovídá především to, že v pátek večer bylo všude narváno, jen tady prázdno...Obsluha chaotická, bez znalosti jídel...Když ani kuchař nedokázal vysvětlit co je to "peperoni" vypadalo vše ztracené.... Naštěstí pizza byla chutná a včetně sideru stala 20liber... Opakovat ale už nebudu...

We vist pizza hut in the gate quite a bit with our kids and they have always love it. A a big thank you to the lovely waitress that always goes out of her way to come to us and sits and chats with the kids for a bit. Thank you so much you are a credit to your team. ❤️

As much as I love ordering food, I thought that by ordering a pizza, I would at least have had it a little warmer.

Lovey place was nice that a member staff came and had a chat didn’t get her name , but I think she was management, so friendly and was nice to see staff asking how your meal was and asking if we needed anything else and having a chat with my grandson asking how his day was and just a lovely dine out

We were celebrating my youngest son's birthday. We all opted for the buffet menu, with the kids having the ice cream factory and drinks included. Good value for money but not the best variety of pasta, and we were asked to only have a small portion as there was no more when it was gone. My kids enjoyed and perhaps over indulged a bit on the ice cream factory!

Was ok , pizza could had more cheese on it and I think the chef needs to get new pizza cutter , I hadn't been to pizza hut in ages , seems to have gone very pricey since my last visit, my daughter has autism, and the music was a bit loud, she didn't want to make a fuss so we didn't go ask them to turn it down . Using the app is easy , salad bar is standard, nothing special. Place was a bit empty, so lots of seats, clean and tidy . Friendly staff .

Good pizza but not special enough to warrant the price tag. Using the qr code ordering was slow and cumbersome. Menu is busy and confusing. Kids enjoyed the icecream machine.

Location, price of food .unit 5, Newgate Street, Newcastle Upon Tyne Newcastle 5ry Code Fantastic restaurant, fantastic staff especially Sarah and Declan. We visited on Friday with our daughters Declan did a great job especially as it was his first time as manager we had such a great experience we came back by ourselves the following Thursday Sarah was great with us as was Declan again nothing was a bother to them they go above and beyond. Everywhere was spotlessly clean including the toilets and the food was excellent we will be returning as soon as we can
