Popped in for the buffet after our drive up from Hull for the Magic Weekend. The food was spot on, a good range of pizzas on the buffet and all of them were topped up regularly. Funnily enough we even thought the variety of pizzas was better than our local home restaurant. The staff were very friendly and we were seated quickly for a Friday lunchtime. Special shout out to the manager Sarah who was more than happy to chat rugby with us and made sure we had everything we needed whilst we were here. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

I had the pleasure of being served by Sara at Pizza Hut, and I must say, her service was exceptional! From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. She was incredibly attentive, making sure our drinks were always refilled and that our meal arrived just as we ordered. Sara's friendly demeanor and professionalism made the entire experience delightful. It's rare to encounter such outstanding customer service, and she truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Good food around , descent price for students

A variety of pizzas. The staff was kind and welcoming. Excellent service. I enjoyed my dinner. The environment was inviting. Lovely experience. Appreciate the restaurant's cleanliness and the fact that the pizza was served hot. Highly recommended.

Had a fab little day out and took my son to pizza hut, it was beautiful and Sarah was so helpful and couldn't do enough for us! Very friendly and was fab with my son! Will definitely be coming back here!

I came in with some friends to grab some food before going to the theatre. I always enjoy eating here as the atmosphere is lovely. The background music paired with the attentive staff always makes for a nice meal with friends. The food always satisfies the cravings for pizza and very filling.

Best value around especially when you have kids in tow! Buffet is really great quality and kids meal plus bottomless ice cream and drinks was £2 on top of adult’s £10 deal which is great. Staff can not do enough for you and service is always brilliant.

I honestly didn’t think staff like this existed anymore. Jason was fantastic with us, he really couldn’t do enough to help. All the staff were so kind and polite. They were so nice with our children. It was a lovely dining experience.

We were served by sarah s today and she went above and beyond for us we were a table of nine celebrating my sons 13th birthday with his friends and made him feel so important and anything we asked for was never a bother for her thank you so much sarah

I had Sarah (I think that’s her name looked like the manager with glasses and dark hair with a bun) she was so lovely when serving us to our seating area then had Jackson serve us until we were completely finished and he was very active and kind good workers can’t wait to come again!

Me and my son's visited here before a trip to the pictures this is always their choice in place to go. We had the all in buffet and there was a good choice of pizza I just wish there was more variety on pasta. Service was great from Jackson and all other staff very polite up beat staff that add to the atmosphere of this place.

Pre match tea with my nephew, lovely friendly staff (Jackson) … quick service , well cooked pizza with loads of salad …. Ice cream for the boy, what’s not to like

Always love coming to this pizza hut before or after a movie! Staff are always friendly and accommodating to my awkward needs, making sure I get the right deals and offers that work best for me. Food is always delicious no matter what I get. The wait is never too long and it's a nice relaxed environment to dine in or to wait to takeaway.

I visited once and was immediately impressed by the polite and friendly staff, which brought me back—and now I’m a regular customer. We've been served by David on several occasions—he’s a lovely guy and always very helpful. The food is consistently fresh and of good quality, with generous portions and great value, especially for students or anyone opting for a meal-for-one or two deal. The salad selection is fresh and varied, the pasta is decent, and the garlic breadsticks are a decent as well. Overall, a solid 5-star experience—consistently welcoming service and satisfying meals.

What customer service should be - would happily come back over and over again

Okay, so I come here way too often for their student buffet offer. The food is always hot, fresh and plentiful. The staff are super friendly. Dexter the manager is so warm and welcoming and always checks that everything is at a good quality and never seems to stop. Today I came and was served by the manager Sarah S who I remembered from working at Pizza Hut years ago. She was friendly and warm. She also seems to be very involved with being hands on. I have absolutely no complaints about anything and I will keep coming back. :)

Recommended to eat, 7.99 student discount pizza, salad buffet and unlimited drink refills. It is recommended to eat more thin pizza, thin base bacon pineapple, bacon mushroom and cheese corn bacon.

David the manager was great and very welcoming, willing to answer the multiple questions I had before ordering and very patient

David, who served us, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We requested to be moved to a booth, and he handled it effortlessly. The pizza selection was great, and he even went the extra mile by asking our boys if we had tried the new cheeseburger pizza. When we said no, he kindly added it to the buffet for us to try, even though it’s not usually offered on the buffet menu.

We came to Pizza Hut at the gate this morning and was greeted and served by the lovely Sarah. She was extremely helpful when informing us on what was available gluten free and seemed extremely knowledgeable on allergies. Food was amazing. Can’t fault the service at all!

I ordered my food around 19.20, the timing of the order kept getting pushed back with no explanation and did not arrive until 21:10. When it arrived, it was cold and the ice cream was melted

I recently had a very unpleasant experience at Pizza Hut. Upon arriving, I took a seat, placed my order using the QR code, and paid my bill online as it was supposed to be. I also requested tap water, but the staff member refused to serve it until I place an order and pay —despite the fact that I already had. I had to wait 20 minutes and kept requesting for water couple of times before finally receiving the water, which was frustrating as I was extremely thirsty. Later, the same staff member approached our table, doubting that I had paid and making me feel as if I was trying to eat for free and get away with it. This was completely unnecessary and humiliating, especially in front of my wife. She rudely demanded bank proof of my payment, and I had to show her a bank notification on my personal phone confirming it before she was finally satisfied. After she saw the notification, she claimed that their system wasn’t working, yet every other customer seemed to have no issues, making it clear this was just an excuse. The overall experience was disappointing, and I did not enjoy my time there. The saff member was very rude, racist and need to learn some manners on how to speak to customers. The poor service and lack of professionalism made it an experience I would not want to repeat.
