Pizza Hut in Watford

Went here for a meal for my partners birthday. We absolutely enjoyed our meal and the service was incredible. Lots of credit to Sarah! X

My daughter and I ate here today, Pizza was fine. Very dissapointed in the white caramel cookie and ice cream, £7.99 yet if was so small. I would like to make a point about it being Card only. My daughter used her card, but I use cash, so I would not go in myself. I do think bussinesses are alienating those that want to still use cash. Sad.

Sarah went above and beyond on our visit with our 2 year old little boy today, the way she interacts with her customers is 5* Little did she know my sons been restricted on what he can eat lately, Today that was lifted via his consultant and all he wanted was pizza. Sarah absolutely made our day and is a credit to the restaurant. #TeamSarah.

I made an order on Uber Eats. The pizza was missing a slice. Shame on them.

Stepping into Pizza Hut felt like entering a temple of doughy divinity. The aroma hit me first—pure, unfiltered cheese dreams. The staff? So friendly, I almost invited them to sit down and join me. The pizza arrived piping hot, with cheese pulls that should be in slow-motion commercials. And the unlimited refills? Let’s just say I drank enough to fill a pool. In short, dining at Pizza Hut was less like a meal and more like a warm, cheesy hug for my soul. 10/10 would loiter there again.

Savored their Pan Margherita in the distinguished company of James Stuart, the celebrated night shift virtuoso of Byker Asda. While I enjoyed my pizza, I was more honored by Mr. Stuart's illuminating presence. He thoughtfully observed each bite I took, lending his considerable expertise - honed through countless nights of retail excellence - to elevate this simple meal into an occasion. As he adjusted his name badge with characteristic elegance: "True cuisine lies not in its pretense, but in its execution." Five stars, mostly for the company. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Good food , could have been a few more pizza options in the adult buffet but what was available was hot and to a good standard. We were served by Sarah who was really engaging with our children and super friendly :)

Great visit tonight. The manager especially was really accommodating. My son has additional needs and they were totally understanding and had a lovely rapport with him and us.

Easy to order accurate delivery tracker and quality food all contributed to a great experience. I’ll be ordering again many more times that’s for sure.

My husband is blind. A waiter called JohnG looked after him superbly. John was attentive, considerate, thoughtful and sensitive to my husband‘s needs as a blind person. John was absolutely brilliant and cared for my husband really well often putting my husband’s hand on his drink so that my husband knew where the drink was. Thank you. Pizza Hut deliver the benchmark for brilliant deep pan pizzas. My husband believes that nowhere else does deep pan pizzas better than Pizza Hut. My husband believes that the base of a deep pan pizza is lovely and crispy with the deep pan filling cheesy and delicious. The chicken topping was perfect.

It seems that the branch manager or the hall supervisor needs to learn some manners in speaking with customers. Their behavior was extremely poor, and their way of speaking was full of arrogance and racism.

A five star Pizza Hut! We popped in for the all-in buffet and were greeted by efficient, helpful staff all with a smile on their faces. Great customer service always makes dining out feel more special. The salad bar and pizza/pasta buffet were continually restocked and refreshed with a good choice of options including vegetarian. We hadn’t visited a Pizza Hut for a while but were really impressed with our visit to this one. Thank you to the team!

came in the day after a birthday bash in town a bit hungover. our server Sarah made my group and I feel comfortable and she even had a small chat and a few jokes with us. if all of their staff are like that, i can highly recommend this Pizza Hut I'm coeliac and they have a great selection of choices I never felt like i'd be missing out

Had to give this 5 stars purely because of how brilliant Dexie (the manager) and our server were. I had four excitable boys with me for a 10th birthday afterschool meal and Dexie was brilliant with them, and made them feel really special. He was very accommodating and the birthday boy said it was one of the best meals ever! Plus £9 per head for salad bar, kids pizza, side, refillable drink and unlimited ice cream is amazing value!

We went today for the dinner buffet. First question asked was if anyone in our party had any allergies. Bonus kids eat free with paying adult at the minute. Sarah what an absolute credit to your company she was absolutely fabulous and the rest of the team, she goes above and beyond seated and ordered within 5 minutes! Place was spotless, food was fabulous.

We visited Pizza Hut in the gate Newcastle, could not fault anything! We had brought our 88 year old grandma out for the day who suffers with dementia a staff member Sarah could not have been anymore helpful and went above and beyond absolutely brilliant customer service!

Staff here are so polite, friendly and welcoming. I'll come again just for their lovely service. Additionally, the pizzas here are soooo tasty. They have a free salad bar and they offer bottomless ice cream. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Ordered my food today from this pizza hut. All of my orders were wrong and not even one was right. When I called they didn't even care and especially manager was rude and didn't even bother to ask what was wrong with my order and simply refused to help. Such a bad staff (manager). Will never going to order from this place.

Came here yesterday to try the buffet for the first time, but I’ve been plenty of times to this establishment. Staff are always so welcoming and accommodating. The food is also always amazing. The buffet is well worth the price, the food was always replaced in a timely manner and the choices were great. Can’t recommend enough!!

We had a lovely family meal here when we visited Newcastle for a football game. The food was amazing and the service was fantastic even though it was busy and full. Our server Sarah was so chatty and genuine and made our visit all that more special!
