What a lovely atmospheric pub this is and the Indian food was exceptional and good value for the money. Customer service was excellent and we were made to feel welcome. If only we had this pub near us in Derbyshire! If you’re in this area it’s a must to visit.

Food is great, being local too it’s great to meat up with old friends and have a bite to eat! Worth the trip and the price is not going to brake the bank!

Amazing bakery with great bread. So difficult for foreign people to find proper bread. And here you have everything that you could need.

thought we’d try here as heard good reviews from others. met with poor service, no “hello” upon arrival just a nod and taken to our seat. felt quite judged and ignored throughout the whole meal. when giving plates out for our meal, we were not told they were hot and it hurt our fingers (not all plates are hot but these were definitely put in a heater of some sort), which we thought was very unprofessional. when asking to pay, they were very quick to take the plates away and wipe the table down whilst we were still sat there!!! the food was ok, but definitely won’t be returning when service is awful. i’d rather have semi-okay food but brilliant service than go somewhere where i did not feel welcomed.

All food is to exspencive over priced for the area .but the salad is fresh and clean .but prices needs to be looked at. Chips are dry and very tasteless

Never have a bad word to say about the food. The staff are always friendly.q There has only been maybe two occasions where I've had to wait a while for food to come out. They have an outside area that's nice in the summer. The only downside is the lack of parking spaces, however you can just park across the road near some houses.

Worse pizza i have had in my life. Everything was greasy and cold but was apparently made fresh. I'm pretty sure they think flour is acceptable as seasoning. It had no taste. The bone less chicken was disgusting. I the chicken was incredible fatty and the batter was rough. The Halloumi Fries was like eating rubber. The chilli dip had more flavour.

Great tasty kebab with no grissle like some other places . Nice fresh pizza . Very happy

I ordered just one large item from here which was Beef & Roast Pork Chow Mein main dish (LARGE) supposed to be! The owner lady on phone was blunt. What an absolute rip off it turned up slightly cold and was a regular portion chow mein meat one.On the bottom was noodles then some grissly beef and the roast pork and a few vegetables.It was not even full.Very disappointing overall and the chow mein sauce was watery.The great Chinese robbery......The meal cost £9.10.
