Just came out of hospital needed something that should arrive hot. Well not only was it cold,I'm more than sure it was microwaved, tough,dry and just old and tasty. Never again.

I wanted to give the delivery driver a hug, he seemed so depressed. Bless him I just wanted to say hello!! Sorry food was cold and rubbish, normally very good!! Please give the delivery driver a smile and a hug from me!! Xx

Good quality friendly staff , I ordered a large pizza , but it wasn’t large , and it was very thin in the middle , years past they were really large and Thicker all round , they’ve changed over the years , I don’t the reason for that ..

I ordered for when my son and daughter in law got home. As the order was 30 minutes late the foodcwas then cold

Ordered from here through the Papa Johns app, it didn’t arrive for 90+ plus minutes and app said it was delivered. Unable to contact shop by phone on several different devices, went down to shop and was told delivery had left 35 minutes earlier. Food was eventually delivered but was not hot, lukewarm.

If Papa John's was a colour it would be vanilla!

Ordered for delivery - prompt given a Friday night, but what arrived could only be described as a dessicated veteran of the heat lamp. I couldn't tell the crunchy base from the crunchy toppings, except for the two inch hair i found in the cheese. Half a slice and I gave up, I only got that far because I was really hungry. Next time I'll head to bed instead and save the cash.

All good apart from missing drink

We literally waited close to two hours for our pizza delivery. After calling x3 I was told that the sriver had a few things to so before delivering pur pizza. A total joke. No offer to refund or any attempt to resolve. I wouldn't waste time ordering from these useless **** again

Ordered accepted at 17:40..pizza arrived at 18:23. Food was cold, called the store and I was told 40mins was usual. In the past our order has always arrived within 20-25 mins and hot - guy on the phone said they could collect the food and send out more in 25mins. We didn't want to wait longer and kept it, he said we could call next time and 'explain' and they would provide extra food (they couldn't provide a voucher). Call you and explain..yeah sure, won't bother using them again.

What a shame. Prices rise while the XL pizzas arrived with less on them than a person on a nudist camp. We are all paying top dollar for less product. Beans on toast seems the order of the day I'm afraid.

Pizza was not even warm, delivery driver standing outside, on phone, not in a heatproof bag the ( QUALITY SEAL ) was broken as had been opened, i wonder why.....? Know you will not show this.

I've never had a bad pizza from here. Only issues I've ever faced was the drivers treatment of the order, however that got dealt with swiftly. Great tasting food

The pizza packaging looked unreal for Papa John’s. As if the pizza was outsourced to another shop and they delivered . Papa John’s giving buy one get one free all the time but in Just Eat that deal was not available. We paid too much for a small pizza and not enough for 2 ppl dinner . Something is not right

They messed up the order and I had to wait 35 minutes when I arrived at the collection time. The pizza at Dominoes is better too. Here they were 2x quite small pizzasfor £35.

Ordered a delivery a few months ago, they made me drive 6 miles to collect,. Tonight 17/03/22 I placed an order via Just Eat. Got the delivery confirmation from the restaurant, however after waiting for an hour and a half I called to find out the reason of the delay. It's when I was told my Mr. (refused to tell me his name) that my order was cancelled. When I politely asked why wasn't I informed the guy becomes ridiculous by saying there is a technical issue... Well, an informative call to inform the client his order was cancelled is out of question I guess... these guys... It's the second time they fail me, turns out I live 6 miles away from the restaurant and they don't want the hassle to drive here, that's what believe!!

Still not as good as they used to be but still our favourite pizza place

i highly recommend this place for a quick hot pizza, very delicious and right on time. one large pizza fed our family of four. even had some the next day. amazing sauces and seasonings. employees were very nice to me.

After a long break from takeaway Pizza's after going Vegan I finally gave PJ a chance! They have a large choice of vegan options which I must say are exceptionally yummy. Pizza's arrive hot, delivery is fast! Highly recommended

Very good meal. I passed by there quickly and I was not disappointed. A good 4 cheese pizza that I was able to share. The sizes are very correct and the paste is good

I ordered 2 XL pizzas and a side on Sunday evening. Delivered promptly, by a friendly driver. The pizzas were delicious, as always. Lots of topping and we love the dough because it is never greasy! And XL is rather massive, so it lasted us another 2 meals!!

Pizza ok.....but the delivery driver was not even bother to go out of the car when he called to say he's outside? The delivery was very bad that's why I won't recommend it and I won't be using it again.

So my rating has gone from 5 star to 1. Ordered a pizza today and it was not cooked properly. After calling the store the lady I spoke too was less then helpful.

Recieved a burnt pizza, manager was incredibly rude and refused to refund or send me another pizza. Abysmal service from Junib the manager.

Great pizza, but just eat app was a disaster. App glitch notified that the delivery would happen at 18:15 instead of 19:15 as ordered. Delivery was actually 20 minutes late (19:35) - the app said it had been delivered when in fact it hadn’t. After calling the restaurant we found out they were on their way to deliver. The pizza was very good, but the communication from just eat was abysmal.

Not great considering I preordered two hours in advance. I know it’s difficult at the moment, but not receiving updates or having your call answered is poor. The driver didn’t even apologise. Again, difficult for but that doesn’t mean customer service has to be neglected . I’m paying full price, therefore expect the service. Thanks.

I ordered papa John's yesterday. Normally it is fine... However a few hours later, I was waking up throwing up violently. I am been up four times in the night to be sick. I think it was either the japeleno poppers or the spicy beef I had on my pizza. But something was not right. Drfiently go careful if you are ordering, I will not be ordering from here again!!

Very disappointed by Papa Johns on this occasion. We use them on a regular basis and they have been spot on. This time it was awful. It was cold / Luke warm. Very dry as though it had been cooked a while. Then delivered to me. Not a happy bunny ended up chucking most of it away. We had to make alternative arrangements for dinner.

Very disappointed with Papa usually order from them with no problem. This time the pizza base was soggy. Pizza fell apart. Ended up throwing most away. Very disappointed.

This place is fantastic with brilliant customer service.

Delivery pizza arrived 10 minutes early, by a friendly & helpful driver. The pizza itself was delicious, although it was more of a warm temperature rather than than piping hot. A more tough and crispy base than you usually find at a PJ's, but enjoyable none the less.

Ordered potato wedges for a side dish which were not cooked and inedible, rang the restaurant and they advised it needed to be raised to Just Eat for a refund as it is a third party. Poor service when you are unable to eat your dinner :-(

My food and sides arrived cold on two occassions. Yes COLD!! I had to reheat the pizza and sides for another 30 minutes. This actually cooked some toppings which were uncooked!! No response to my complaint either. I wont order from Papa Johns again.

Arrived an hour after ordering, exactly when they said. Double pepperoni pizza is as good as expected and the cinnamon tearaway dessert is fantastic!

Over 45 minutes late and didn’t inform me. The food came burnt and not how I imagined at all. Disappointed.
