Subway in Welwyn Hatfield

Food was ok but looking it was thrown together rather than made. Plus we didn’t get the cookies we ordered and the 20% off code didn’t work

the food turn up very cold inside when it should have been piping hot. It was untoasted, I dont know if that is the company who orepared the order tha had no interest in keeping their customer happy or having ro have waited so long for the delivery to arrive abd got cild on the way.

Food was wrong items missing not toasted and was cold when it come. I rang the shop and they was very rude blaming the driver for the order being wrong and they hung up on me. Will not be ordering from this subway again

Food was great actually but on the app it showed delivered and then 5 minutes later the driver arrived. So I clicked to refund because I thought it was delivered to someone else, so I clicked refund. The food is nice

Our crisps had melted in the bag. The tuna wrap had way too much sauce that it poured out all over my daughters lap. Delivery drivers were prompt and pleasent.

Subway has never been my favourite and it still disappoints the only good thing is their okay price range. The new menu with all the melts and that is rubbish i wouldn’t really recommend. At the end of the day they’re never overselling it’s a sub nothing less and def nothing more😒

Ordered 4 subs..all with cheese..didn't put cheese on 2 of them. This was bishops square..did better than the commons...last week..Ordered a breakwhich..didn't have any eggs, got 2 others ..toppins..wrong...que of 6 people only 1 person serving...this was lunchtime.

Fuming to be honest my food has turned up freezing cold. And after watching the driver I know why he has no bag just picked it up straight out of the boot of his car 😡

*toasted* subs were cold and cookies were rock hard. Delivery was awful 20 minutes late with little updates on my order.

After ordering a sandwich, the server walked off and a fly crawled over my bread. I requested a new roll, to which he replied "I can swap it for you, but the flies probably been over all the other rolls anyway" He then put the used roll back into the bread store. Hot weather causes more flies, so Why isn't the bread door closed?And no covers over sandwich fillings? Is this the hygiene levels that subway represents?

The salad I ordered was fine. But have to admit not quite upto the standard I usually receive from SubWay. Their salads and sandwiches are normally excellent. But cos the delivery was late, my ice cream was totally melted the driver had lots of stops before me. Would not risk ordering ice cream again.

When Subway finally offers a 100% vegan option and the staff is still uneducated about the food industry they work at... Had to mention twice I do not want cheese and when I was asked what sauce would I like I said the vegan aioli, which the sandwich has been designed to have on the menu the staff said they don't have but it but I can have mayo... Very poor understanding of food.

Delicious and healthy food and was exactly what I ordered too. Not stingy on the fillings either. Delivered in double quick time! Excellent . X

Great food. The ladies that delivered are very polite and lovely. However I wanted to order a robinsons orange& passion fruit but it tried to charge £999 .. so think they need to sort there online system out.

The sandwich was inedible to me. I had specifically requested just Meat Cheese and Bread. Zero vegetables or salad etc. It came loaded with bits of green pepper. Also i ordered it Toasted. It was not toasted, just soggy and cold. Totally disappointing.

Not happy the delivery guy didn’t knock on my door lucky for my dog barking I had a look outside and I saw the delivery guy going to leave….The quality of the subway was poor I would not get anything again from them…

So I ordered the mega meat and they just gave me meatballs. Not toasted either which I asked toasted, the thing looked like a reaaaaally sad cold sandwich. Dry asf too barely any sauce with the meatballs.

I’ve been a regular customer of this restaurant but I am disgusted at the quality of the food today. The potato wedges were totally cold, as were the cheesy bites. My microwave is broken so I could not warm them up . Tasted disgusting when cold. The size of the steak wrap was tiny plus there was no cheese in it. Cheese comes as a basic. I shouldn’t have to order extra. I’m hoping for a refund , then might order the salads that I normally get from them, as they tend to be good. Although last time orders that it was a day late!!! Luckily you refunded me. I’m so disappointed as in the past the food was always excellent, that’s why I used to order so often.

the chicken tikka is so unfresh, stacked tomato, lettuce, sweetcorn and cucumber into the bread like food for a dog when it was just supposed to minimally be used to garnish the chicken if fresh. Not to talk of the unfresh taste of it. no pickle was even added. The chocolate cookie was nice tho, it was the only thing i was able to take.

The packet of crisps was stale and hard. Also the cheese bites arrived cold. The subs I ordered were okay though

At first the delivery made was not to my house and then when I did call them they said that they have delivered to a women outside my flat. I don't know how u give my delivery to someone outside. And then when they re prepared the meal for me. The delivery guy was not able to find my house and I had to go outside to get my delivery. And by the way I regularly order and this has not happened before. Poor service

I called the store after ordering as I went on to read many negative reviews. The delivery time was extended, then the food arrived earlier but cold and missing items. Called back again took 30 mins more to deliver yet again cold food. Disgusted as it all went it the bin! The people at this store were disengaged, rude, no customer care whatsoever. I would MASSIVELY AVOID THIS STORE!

The food wasn’t even that good. When we called to find out where are food was they took long and wasn’t understanding. The food was so late.

Do not buy from this franchise. Repeated failures to deliver, often more than an hour late. Today, marked as delivered and then only turns up a quarter hour later. Food is cold and slimy after clearly being made a long long time before being taken out. Never again.

Never received my order. Tracker said it was on its way and then switched to enjoy your meal without getting anything.

It’s absolutely rubbish my food was apparently delivered but I not received it and apparently it’s been delivered even tho it’s not with me where is my food I say to them and the person who answered phone said it was delivered and I said how has it been delivered when I don’t have it and they refused to sort out a refund

Just eat constantly shows this place will deliver in 20-35 mins. As soon as they take your money its bumped to almost 90 mins. Food was cold when arrived. Definitely not worth the wait.

the just eat driver did not ring my door bell, he left the food outside the door of my apartment complex, which I had to go down 3 flights of stairs to retrive only after I had noticed he had confirmed the delivery. I have my contact information avaible for drivers to call, but did not get a call incase he couldnt get in the building
