Just moved one of our offices to Watford and ate here for the first time. Good choice on lunchtime menu and reasonably priced, We all had mixed kebab no complaints from us.
I have ordered before many times from here and it's been alright, but today the quality was extremely bad. Ordered lamb wraps, and the lamb was not even cooked properly, I thought maybe it's just one piece undercooked, but eventually, I had to just bin it. Couldn't even chew the lamb. Don't think I'll order here again! Wasted my money and spoilt my dinner.
I wish I could give this restaurant no stars DO NOT GO THERE AT ALL. Everything about this restaurant was bad the food service atmosphere. We decided to order 2 starters and because the food was so bad we decided to leave and go somewhere else however when we tried paying the bill they were rude and screaming at us because we didn’t order more food. They refused to give us the bill and when we tried paying the guy made up a number for us to pay. We got screamed at by them the food was disgusting so I would suggest you do not go there and go where you can get your moneys worth because this place is not it. Furthermore the whole time we were there they made us feel very uncomfortable by looking at us weirdly and secondly by forcing us to order food we are customers so it’s our choice what we want to eat. This place needs to be shut down!!!!!!!!
2nd time I've been here. Really lovely cafe with a relaxed community atmosphere. No hurry to order, food is piping hot and delicious. Just a chilled out place you can spend a couple of hours in to recharge yourself.
We are at Cassio Lounge today,we had the best time. The food is amazing and there is plenty of choice for gluten free options here. I ate two Tapas dishes which were the GF hummus with GF bread and the GF patatas bravas. The patatas bravas were incredible, they tasted delicious, came to the table piping hot and were a great portion size for a Tapas dish. The hummus was nice and so was the bread. The cold brownie was delicious,so flavourful and a massive portion size for just under 4 pounds. A handy tip,if you want to order the brownie,if you just want the Brownie you need to clarify when ordering that it is the cold brownie on its own. However,if you want it warm with the ice cream and chocolate sauce you need to request it with that when ordering. My Sherbert lemonade was amazing but there was far too much ice in the glass. The atmosphere is lovely and the decor is lovely. There is a lovely area within the restaurant which has comfier chairs just tucked away by the bar and ordering counter. It is idea for if you want to really relax in the sunshine and have a more private space. The Toilets were clean. Cassio Lounge is a great addition to Atria Watford,it would be nice if Cassio Lounge expands into the former Côte space to offer more tables. The staff were friendly, the service was quick and my gluten allergy was handled well. I would highly recommend Cassio Lounge.

I like the desserts here. I usually eat in Harrow but I tried the fudge cake and custard here and I really enjoyed it. It’s better than creams all the way. I like that they use real chocolate and not chocolate sauce.

Won't be eating here again. Barely and potatoe, cheese was horrible and tuna mayo filling was barely there at all. Go across the road to cafe, they do amazing potatoes.
Very disappointed with the tomato garlic bread … all crust and no tomato and very little garlic . Clearly cutting back on product as have been going to this restaurant for over 30 years and this bread is always the family favourite . Chicken Kiev was dry calamari was very chewy and sauce was without substance , real shame .
