Worst place to eat desert, inside it's very beautiful but the service and swets are horible, been on a sunday evening to take a crepe, and it was the worst that I ever had. Not recommended!

Amazing Treatz experience today!The decor is lovely,classy and I love the wall and telephone box.The food was fantastic too,I had the strawberry,toffee fudge and salted caramel ice cream.It was so delicious and full of flavour.The blue Caribbean was amazing and had loads of flavour,the flavour really transported you to the Caribbean.The staff were friendly and service was fairly quick.Would highly recommend.Spotless+nice clean toilets.Only thing is that the wheelchair friendly/female toilet is out of action.Would highly recommended Treatz.

Kept changing the time. The vip milkshakes are really nice but the chocolate fudge cake is very overpriced

Nice place to visit if you have a sweet tooth. Compared to Haute Dolce on the other side of the road, this is a smaller establishment. However it is much less crowded and more beautifully decorated. It has a different menu too. Try the french toast if you are hungry. Overall I liked this place more than Haute Dolce. And furthermore it is a much better option than going to McDonald's or Pizza Hut

Tried cheesecake, it was horrible and awful! Waffles and other desserts might be worth a try but cheesecake was a joke

My little boy had to wait 20min for his icecream all of us had eaten our food and he'd still not got his. Over 15 mins after we'd all eaten he then relieved his, only because I had to make a complaint. The staff have no clue about customer service , as rhey was half way through making our order & stopped to serve a customer, which was more a chat about his life wasted journey 🙄🤦🏼

Treatz was about to close but Wakas let us sit in and eat! He was so attentive and kind, he made the whole experience x10 better. He let us enjoy our dessert even thought it was closing! Thank you wakas you’re the best! The desserts were obviously just as good as they look!

This was really good when it opened but now it’s a huge let down. The desserts were cold, the floor was disgusting and the waitress left our plates once we had finished for ages, she waited until we had left.

Do not recommend, waited over 45 mins for food and then had to cancel our order as they served customers that came way after we came, when we asked them why we had to wait so long and not get our food they just replied oh because of the kids and not even apologised, for 2 drinks we waited over 30mins as well as there were 3 employers but no idea what were they doing. Disgusting service they have no idea what they doing. If plan to go there be ready to wait forever as they only care about kids not others!!!

Got milkshakes. From all other branches milkshakes are the best of all parlours but the service was bad. Just whilst I was there 3 ppl were unhappy. 1 asked for a refund.

I had a beautiful time with my daughter and best friend. The food, the service and atmosphere were all perfect. Everything tastes excellent. This is my second time coming here and when I leave I’m always full. Perfect service. Thank you Roman for delivering a professional service.

Nice staff. We were served by Roman!! The food was great. My wife and I had 2 luxury hot chocolates and a lotus crepe. Both were delicious and very well made. Highly recommended!

Cookie dough was over baked and the chocolate covered strawberries was not fresh and the chocolate was hard and chewy.

The icreama were missing from the cookie dough and the cookies were very hard!

Terrible experience . Ordered a waffle which was undercooked , stodgy and bland . When I told the staff they stared at it and said nothing . They said they would make me another but refused a refund . Also told me they make their own chai , only to be served a bland milky spiced chai with no flavour . Afterwards they told me it was indeed from a packet . Again refused to give me a refund

Did not receive delivery Just Eat Driver delivered somewhere else as usual these just Eat Drivers need more training as they do not know how to deliver to correct address got my Refund from just eat

Nice little place, clean tidy and quiet. Food was great, slightly on expensive side for portion sizes on selected items. Mango Milkcake is a must!

The food was nice however, there should be an actual waiter, you cannot work behind the till and tend to orders at the same time.. so it’s only right and service was disappointing overall.

Always great food great service

A few months ago I visited there and they said we are closed way before closing time. Today they had some 50% off going on for a couple of hours so decided to give them a chance and drove for 20mins and when I got there they turned us away stating we are closed at 10.20 while they were advertising we have 50% off until 11pm.

I love the food here at Treatz! Today I had the Brookie - a brownie, cookie, strawberry and ice cream stack. I would recommend. Overall, I think Treatz is one of the best dessert places in Watford. Thank you Roman for being fantastic. 😉🤩

Very bad service. Given 2 cups of tea with broken tea bags in. Ordered 3 desserts only got 2 of them. Asked for the bill 26.45 was given change in 10p and 5p pieces. Told the guy I'm not having all that change he said they have no other coins.. gave him the odd 1.45 he really didn't have a clue. shame really as the place is lovely inside.

Friendly delivery driver. Unfortunately, all cookie doughs were overcooked. Chocolate, fudge, pudding and cookie dough was cold by the time we received them.

I took a cookie milkshake which had no taste, my sister also took a milkshake of another flavor which she returned because she encountered the same problem as me, we were disappointed. The children had scoops of ice cream which were good. Concerning the atmosphere, I really liked this place which can be defined as Instagrammable 😍 besides we did not take a photo of our order but only of the place…

Avoid the place! Waitress was obnoxious and responded poorly to my jovial attempt at communicating with her. She then reiterated our conversation with her colleagues in a distasteful manner and sourly placed our order on our table. Milk cake was disgusting and they were out of all chai drinks. Good job Chai Wala is across the road - go there! Doughnuts are cheaper aswell.

Great for vegan desert if you’re lactose free like I am. But one time they did get my order wrong and gave me the wrong food, probably gave somebody else my food.

Honestly one of the most decent dessert and hot drink place in watford high st. The karak chai is better than chaii wala. I've been served by Ismail where his service on top. Really nice guy. I need to come here more often.

Disappointing. Cheese was was not firm but soft like cream. Crepe was probably the worst crepe ever had. Extremely thick and chewy. What a waste. Never ordering from here again.

I am very upset with my order. Waited over half an hour for it and it has arrived with the bag dripping all over my floor as my milkshake had clearly spilt which the driver would have known when he passed me the bag as it was completely torn. The milkshake was put with the other desserts so this meant that it spilt on all of them. The crepe was freezing cold, covered in milkshake and COMPLETELY INEDIBLE! I am very disappointed and want a FULL REFUND immediately. I have pictures of this shocking mess. The drink should never have been put with the hot crepe and other ice creams. Shocking.

I ordered the French Toast and it was awful! So much chocolate slabbed on, presentation was poor and there were flies everywhere.

Ordered a brookie and it was 10/10 ! Huge portion and delicious combo with vanilla gelato.

Appauling food. I sent a treat for for someone. I also tried it! On arrival the waffle looked like it had been through a war. There was hardly any chocolate on it and the strawberries were dull and lacking in flavour. To top this off, the main component, the waffle, was tastless, bland, dry and tough. It lacked the fluffiness, sweet taste and freshness that you would expect for a waffle costing £10. I will not be using this pathetic service again - it's not waffle, it's aweful!

Perfect spot for dessert lovers!!!

We came across this relatively new Treatz store in the heart of Watford High street. As we entered the store, we was welcomed by a stylish upmarket décor which included small a blossom tree which hang over the walls. The decoration also has things; such as a small pink phone box, which adds character to the place and makes a photogenic area. For the desserts, however we had things such as the Aero mint cookie dough which gave our pallets satisfaction. The mocktails range on there menu included a wide variety - E.g the Classic mocktail which left a sweet but remember taste in your mouth. to end off however, Just want to say make sure you are careful but aware that some desserts can be too hot to touch upon receiving your order. We all left satisfied! A lovely addition to our streets.

The cheesecake was awful it looked like it had been thrown in the box and and was like a liquid not a cheese cake
