Chips not fully cooked, not crispy, soggy, fish batter soggy

Ordered a few items and most were ok but the fish was just full of oil and I couldn’t eat it. The oil had not been drained and it ruined the flavour. Chips were nice as was the Donner Meat and Burger. The fish was a huge let down through, won’t order again

I've been ordering from Vikings for some time now, its been good, this time I didn't ring to ask for fresh fry it was soogy there was less mushy pea in the tub it was just ok this time.

Normally good/ Quality is Brilliant But this day (Guessing due to being a late order) my food (meat) was slimy not nice at all & didn't deliver my 2 bottles of drinks also. Not great at all

Food was stone cold, the time taken to even make this order is very minimal and it took over an hour to be delivered which I find hard to believe, my refund request was denied due to the fact it they hadn’t told the system it was delivered but the food wasn’t even that good won’t be ordering from here again

always order from here. this time the grease from my food soaked through all of the packaging. it left a foul feeling in my mouth and I had to bin it. even the salad on my kebab had like thick chunks of grease on. never had a kebab from here but normally they're good. was like someone cleaned the deep fat fryer with my kebab. Just eat refused to help saying it is up to them for their 'style and taste' like this is okay.

Ordered a Cornish pasty with small chips and coke, got a beef and veg pasty that is mushy inside and hard outside and a kids portion of chips. Absolutely disgusted! In response, I’m well aware what a Cornish Pasty is, it is- beef, swede (called turnip in Cornwall), potato and onion, with a light seasoning of salt and pepper. Your pastry had peas and other veg in. If I had truly got what I ordered then I wouldn’t have been refunded. Absolutely disgusting response, rather than apologise you try to question my intelligence. Laughable. Compare a Ginsters Cornish Pasty to the crap you sent and you’ll see the difference. There isn’t a single British person out there who would disagree with me. I’ve also added a picture of what the inside looked like.
