Mr. Potato & Mrs. Pizza (Street Food, Halal Restaurant,Takeaway) in Watford

Won't be eating here again. Barely and potatoe, cheese was horrible and tuna mayo filling was barely there at all. Go across the road to cafe, they do amazing potatoes.

A place with excellent services. The food is made fresh, you have various options to compose a meal for yourself and you also have the help of the employees in case you are disoriented and don't know exactly what to choose (as it was in my case). The one who gave me a special impression about this restaurant was Mihai, who spoke to us about each type of food with great passion and patience. By far my favorites were the wings with mujdei and the strips with honey. I recommend with confidence

Food was not as described. The seafood pizza contained prawns (not in description) and no calamari (which was in the description). The vegetarian pizza had no mushrooms but instead contained olives. All the food was stone cold despite us living less than 5 mins drive from the restaurant. The pizza base was very doughy. The peri peri strips were very nice, as was the parmesan chips, and the tzatziki. Everything else was disappointing.

I rarely eat out because I’m very skeptical but this restaurant is a massive exception! I thoroughly enjoyed the food and the service was amazing. I left with a happy tummy and a smile on my face :)

I was only one there waiting half an hour for food cooking. I was forced to collect my food over the counter, she should have brought it to me at the table. Dining table was dirty.

Best experience in a long while. The food is amazing and the service is excellent. I would recommend try a mix of chcken wings and the loaded chips. We also tried the pizza with homemade dough. This will quickly become our regular.

It's a nice small restaurant with a very very big menu with any one thing it felt like you could have dozens of different type of source and topping. jacket potato was okay pizza was good. I really liked the chicken wings. service was great friendly lady at the time.

We visited this gem in Watford after seeing a review on Instagram. Alex who took our order and made our food was very friendly and approachable. Menu is not extensive but is clear cut. They do wings and tenders, loaded fries, jacket potatoes and nachos. Good variety of drinks and all reasonably priced. Would definetly recommend visiting if you're in the area.

I have very bad experience in this place. Because the boy working this place does not know about Halal food. He could not explain me about Halal meanings. I think nothing is halal this place. I didnot ate any thing from this place because i am confuse Halal. Anywag shop is very beautiful. Its best place for non muslim not for muslim.

We were served by Seyda who was extremely amazing at customer service, she was patient and very knowledgeable with the menu. As for the food it was not really that tasty and a disappointment. The atmosphere was good and design of the shop was amazing however very hot and humid.

Mihai  took absolute pride in his work. His dedication to ensuring excellent customer service was second to none. We told him it was our visit and he was so welcoming and gave us so many options. Staff like this is very hard to find, very friendly, punctual, smiley! So joyful! The place was also clean and well-managed Mihai was also able to hold an awesome conversation and can tell he is a staff member who actively loves their job. I would highly recommend this place visit and eat. This place is for anyone looking for a top-notch  experience. The food was also unreal very tasty would certainly go again. I went there last weekend and ordered a pizza.I tried the Quattro Formaggi Pizza and I can say it was just delicious. Amazing pizza! Lovely street food, I would highly recommend. Prices are very reasonnable, I loved the decor and fantastic customer service. I look forward to try their loaded chips menu.

If you are in Watford, I definitely recommend visiting this restaurant! The food is freshly made and delicious, the atmosphere is lovely and the customer service is brilliant! I ordered the orange chicken strips with the boom boom chips and can confidently say I enjoyed it with the biggest appetite! Will definitely be returning.

I had lunch here today, with my young family, and we couldn’t fault this place. We appreciated the warm welcome as soon as we entered; the staff were very accommodating of our double buggy and young children, so we were immediately put at ease. The interior is stylish, and the atmosphere cozy and relaxed. Staff at Mr Potato and Mrs Pizza are knowledgeable and passionate about the menu so we ordered their recommendations and we weren’t disappointed. We had Mexican kumpir, crazy honey and boom boom wings and a selection of ‘jumping chips’. Everything was tasty, fresh and flavoursome, and it’s all halal too. The menu is different from anywhere else so if you’re tired of the same old then this is the place to go. Prices are reasonable and worth it for the food and friendly staff. In all honesty, the owner and staff are great people so we’d go again just to support them in their business, but the fact that their food is top class, it just felt like a bonus. It’s a gem, and somewhere we’ll be ordering from again and again. Thanks Mr Potato and Mrs Pizza!

Great service and very good food. Try the loaded chips... With meatballs sauce and mince... Melted cheese. Also try the Kumpir megameat with buffalo sauce and sweet chilli. You will definitely not go anywhere else... Love this place.

There’s almost no parmesan on the chicken strips i ordered. The chicken is still crispy but has a burnt after taste to it.

I've ordered a Jacked potato -create your own. Firstly, I want to highlight the taste and the smell of the ingrediends which makes your mouth watering literally. I've created my own potato with prawns, cheese sauce, chilli sauce, jalapeños and pepper. Secondly, I love that everything is freshly made in front of you as you desire: extra sauce, more meat, more vegetables and anything that you want to mix or not. The service is amazing which is carried out by professional staff members that are very nice and helpful. I highly recommend Mr. Potato & Mrs. Pizza to have your back at any part of your day, being in a hurry or not, it's worth to take a try.

The food is excellent, it's halal so don't be surprised that the pepperoni isn't pork and the sausage is chicken but the quality and how it's prepared is top tier. The pizza is authentic Italian base cooked in a proper pizza oven and the kumpir (jacket potatoes) is brilliant and cooked in a potato oven. They recently added nachos and wings/strips. The service is exactly how you would want it, very friendly guy working there both times, the second time he was training a new member and was apologetic about things being a bit slower. But most importantly the food tastes amazing.

1st time tried the food here. Was really disappointed coz it looked good. Got chicken doner on chips it was stale,hard doner,even the cheese didn't melt. The service was excellent tho. May be my experience was bad coz it was Wednesday afternoon, not busy????

Ingredients tasteless, potato luke warm. Server rude and unhelpful. Wanted to see proof of app use on phone when I ordered it using a browser at home. Eventually released the food but with much sarcasm and poor attitude. She even asked me if I speak English after repeating start start start and pointing to my phone. Not worth the trouble.

The food is incredible best value for money. My favourite is Mr. Potato -Meat Feast for just £7.00 you get a feast of flavours. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Definitely coming back.

Portion size was hugeeee and the potato itself was piping hot and perfectly cooked. Staff are super nice and prices are more than reasonable!!
