Really nice people and they have great burgers and even a couple of free drinks. Not much left from all the food we ordered. Thanks! Would go again

Ordered some wings, a burger, a side and a dessert. The wings were tasty, though the choice of toppings were all quite polarising and full on. Would be good to see a plainer option for those not interested in an overwhelming flavour pairing. The burger was a tad messy for my like, and as we got it delivered it turned up very soggy having been wrapped in foil. My friend enjoyed the Mac and cheese they ordered but their wings had ended up loose in the large delivery bag as the boxes aren't very secure. The churros were good, and I'd recommend to others. I probably wouldn't be in a rush to return, but certainly worse options out there.

Ordered from them off uber eats and the driver accidentally gave me the wrong order so the restaurant sent me out a new one with complimentary churros and they were so nice about it!!! Sometimes it’s not just the food that warrants a 5 star review (but that’s fire too) thank you to the nice guy on the phone :)!

Best wings, chicken bites and burgers in Watford. They are one of the few stores that is always open in the Watford market, well worth a visit.

I ordered food on Friday evening on uber eat , restaurant accepted my order and start preparing then I received a notification my order was cancelled. Called restaurant to find out what is happening with my order. Very rude customer service by Alie , rude , attitude with very bad manners , no apologies at all . Nine days later still waiting for refund as I didn’t received my food at all .

Great food....Iam ordering here since long they dont disappoint us in food for repeating and chicken is delicious and THE OG burger is my favorite, the Bang Thai wings/Bites highly recommended and they maintain excellent Customer service keep going and till date happily recommended for everyone

Rip off. Ordered a deliveroo and they charge 3.99 for fries. It's an extremely measly portion. Wingers in Watford is way better value for money and tastes better too. A shame because I used to be a big fan of this place

Definitley the best chicken burgers in Watford. Delicious, juicy fried chicken with unique sauces and the right amount of flavour! The wings are really tasty too, but could be perhaps a tad more crunchier. The dips with the food deffo make the meal. I hope the quality if the food remains consistent

Absolutely amazing food. I have been ordering my wings from Wings factory for over 3 years now and the new burger range and completely blown me away. The OG burger , The Buff burger and the K town burger we so good. Well done you guys, Never a bad experience with you guys.

Some of the best wings I’ve had

I couldn’t get hold of Just Eat for a whole refund. So this was my next best option. Mine and my other half ordered food Tuesday Night. We had boneless chicken, chicken wings and Mac and cheese. I only got a photo of the Mac&Cheese because it doesn’t look appealing at all. That same night my boyfriend was in A&E from 1:30am to 8:30am. We both had work the next day and had no choice but to call in sick. To further my point, it’s now been 48hrs since I’ve personally eaten their food and I've been throwing up, lightheaded, temperature, stomach pain etc. It is the only thing in common me and my partner have eaten. I emailed and have nothing back so I’m disappointed I have not had a refund but also just a simple apology.

Food was very bad and the churros is not cooked properly . When I went and show them even they are not giving refund they are forcing to take the other one and finally they gave churros again those are over cooked I throwed everything .

I loved the food here the boneless bites were delicious but their loaded churros were just pure excellence, I got the kinder bueno ones and they were just so yummy. They were cooked perfectly and just overall the best defo come to this place if you can!

It was a door delivery, not a pick up so I cannot comment on the atmosphere. The food was 10/10 and we order from Wings Factory at least 2x a month. Delicious food.

Ordered of deliveroo and the food turned up very quick and was perfect! Ordered the og burger, mad mango boneless bites, lemon life wings, mac&cheese, rustic rosemary garlic salt chips and biscoff churros. It all came fresh and piping hot (we live 15/20 mins away) chips still had crunch and fluffy in the middle. I don’t normally review but felt the need to well done wing’s factory!

I recently had the delightful experience of dining at Wings Factory, and it exceeded all my expectations! The exceptional attention to detail and the impeccable level of service truly set it apart. Among the dishes I tried were the buffalo boneless bites and the Korean wings, both of which were absolutely divine. I also tried the chicken loaded fries, which quickly became a personal favorite, along with the unreal Mac and cheese. I also treated myself to the oreo churros for dessert, which were sooo delicious. It’s fully halal, fresh and there are so many different options for different dietary requirements- making it a great option for get togethers. Overall, my dining experience at Wings Factory was nothing short of extraordinary, and I can't wait to return for more.

The food here was amazing. Everything was made fresh! We tried lots different things on the menu. My favourite wings had to be the”Bang Thai” and “Gone Garlic” wings! we also tried the loaded fries. The portion size was very generous and filling! I would definitely recommend it. If you love spice and love Mac and cheese then you HAVE to try their spicy Mac&cheese it was so damn good and lastly their burger, I ordered the “Boss Burger” that is one serious burger that you must try!

Came to try wings but gave up after not being acknowledged for long time. Nobody came to take order.

Ordered today and got only 4 small wings instead of the 6 on the photos on Uber east. The chips were soggy too and had no peri salt on them. I also ordered the plain Mac and cheese but got the spicy one instead. Disappointed as it’s a popular spot.

Wings Factory is based upstairs in Watford Market (which is really cool btw!). They serve wings with lots of different flavours and also burgers, fries, mac & cheese and Spanish churros. The staff is super friendly and patient if you’re indecisive 😂 We tried the boss burger, buff buffalo wings and Mac & cheese! The wings were huge and the burger was also huge! The flavours were really good and had perfect seasoning levels. Mac and cheese had a generous amount of cheese on it. One thing I really liked was that the fried chicken (wings and burger) was not oily which is a welcome change from a lot of different places I’ve tried. There is a seating area with heaters which is great. Parking can be tricky but there’s car parks located around Watford and also off street parking that you can pay for. If you’re in or around Watford you should definitely check it out.

Can't comment on atmosphere as ordered online. Food was absolutely amazing hot, loads of flavour. Delivery was 10 minutes early. Burgers were perfect. Very good portion sizes. Found our new go to.

Just awful. Fatty chicken. Boiled not fried. Lots of excessive sugary sour sauce. Everton is separate, chips cost £3 just your frozen efforts. Dips too cost extra. I heard good things and drove all the way from St Albans. Paid £83 for two adults and two kids. No place to sit. Take away only.

I’ve been buying from Wings Factory for over 4 years. Sadly the quality of the wings these days is not what it was; there is zero crunch from the wings. That was their top selling point; tasty and crispy wings. I’m also pretty sure they’re not buying the same giant wings when they first started either. It’s a shame but I’ll have to try else where to get my wing fix

Have been here multiple times and even though on a couple of occasions the wings have been amazing! Most of the times I have been here the quality of the wings is horrible, they are gristly and just chewy and gross. A big fat 0. My first time and most definitely the last. How can you serve RAW chicken? That is almost dangerous! Ordered the boneless bites. You get 6 or 8 pieces. 2 came out RAW and the rest stone cold. Disgusting! A real put off. Will I return, 100% NO! Left a bitter taste. And that is 9 pounds wasted. No such excuse for serving such below par food. The Chicken burger was OK... tried better. 0/10

Have ordered from here a few times now and have never been disappointed! Food is delivered on time and hot. Best wings around in my opinion with a variety of flavours / seasonings to choose from. Their chips are also great! Staff have also been great on the few occasions I've been to collect the food in person. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend a visit if you love Chicken Wings!

We received our first order today, presented beautifully and tasted even better. Wings and rosemary chips were cooked to perfection. Churros perfect. Very impressed and will gladly order from here again in future.

I was a little disappointed in the BBQ wings I got, taste wise. BUT, they were some big wings, cooked well and lots of nice fries. I will maybe try the Garlic wings next time round as lots of other people were ordering from them too.

Prompt delivery and the wings are chunky. I can barely finish a double portion with chips. The garlic chips are awesome. Would be nice to have more flavours and also if they did milkshakes!

Straight to the point. 5 stars on food no doubt. I have ordered from them many times and really enjoy their wings. Why 3 stars then? Well, the service I have to say really disappointed me for the last 2 orders I placed, especially my most recent ordered. Story time. The food came on time, Fab. But arrived damaged. Of course no food is packed damaged no doubt. But when I showed the driver, "what happened, you gave me my order in a damaged state." Instead of apologies the driver began to explain. "Its like this, it was this", etcetera. And he said thank you? Instead of sorry. I didn't know what to say or do at that point because I was so confused from his explanation. Bare in mind I did not give the driver any attitude or disrespect. Just asked, "what happened?". All I was hoping for or better yet wanted, was a Sorry. OK, okay. I get that these things may happen but this is a first for me from a place I've ordered many times. What is unfortunately true but annoying, is that if a customer has ordered food then it's also that restaurant and takeaways responsibility to make sure that they can insure to appoint drivers or drivers from like uber, just-eat, deliveroo that the food arrives intact. Why I say its their responsibility? It's because that company has chosen to use their services to promote and deliver food. Now moving on. As I was disappointed with that drivers response, I called the takeaway and explained what happened. And guess what? (If you guessed correctly great) I received the same reaction and explanation as the driver and received a thank you (confused once again). During the conversation I even spelt out SORRY for their mistake but the person just couldn't get the hint and kept saying thank you?? (When I did receive my order I did have the intention of saying I want a refund or discount but that intention changed after speaking to them on the phone.) I went to the point of saying, "im not looking for a discount (not that they even offered it) or anything like just wanted to let you know what happened" response "Thank you". Keeping in mind I was still being very respectful and kept my cool. The end. I never thought I'd write a review like this but, because of the lack of communication, I can't hold back and WANT to share this experience. Moving on to something a bit more positive. For those who want to try this place please do it really is a fantastic wings place seriously I do love it. But maybe best option is to collect or eat in person or if you can't then take a chance on delivery. THANK YOU 😉

Been ordering from here since we discovered it, and have been generally happy for the most part. Only once we were disappointed when the wings were cold inside. Not a nice surprise. Originally there were 8 wings per portion, which after a few months went down to 7 wings. Fair enough, inflation and what have you. Really disappointed today after ordering 3 portions of wings and seeing they are now down to 6 wings per portion! Bit sad 😥

THE BEST WINGS AND SERVICE...If I could give these guys a ten I would not only is all there wings, mac, chips just every thing spot on they are honestly the nicest guys .... after a bad experience with deliveroo and awful experience with deliveroos customer services, the wings factory went above and beyond to help out with my order I can't rate them enough.... if you haven't tryed then please do...honestly worth every penny and a lovely bunch of guys ... ❤

Pretty disappointed, when waiting for my chicken wings it was quite apparent these were pre cooked and re heated in a microwave, they weren’t marinated and just basically drowned in hot sauce. It was very far away from authentic proper grilled chicken wings I normally experienced. I was recommended to try this but the worst £20 I have ever spent. Don’t bother getting excited! Also to in answer to the reply below, I went to the correct place.

Very delicious food ordered today. Especially recommend the Magic Mac which was perfectly favoured and the mad mango wings which were incrediblely tasty if you like spice. Downsides were the churros didn't have enough of the white chocolate sauce so last few were a bit dry, the lemon pepper wings were slightly too salty and the order had to be unfortunately taken twice from deliveroo but obviously no fault of the restaurant, so not factored in the rating. Overall, great food and will definitely be visiting again!

the churros are DIVINE as is the mac and cheese. i'm severely gluten intolerant, took a few bites and i have a stomach ache already but i regret nothing, it was AMAZING. got the hot wings too- bit acidic

JUST WOW! I've been fortunate enough to travel to many places and try a plethora of wings styles and recipes but have to say this is by far the best. The meat content, range of flavors and service is all on point. Perfectly accompanied with some delicious Mac and cheese and fresh churros.

I've been a fan of Wings Factory since their days in Watford Market. Tonight I had a set of gone garlic (my fav) and buff buffalo. the food is fantastic, the wings are meaty and delicious, they're quite big wings, not like those sparrow wings KFC do. I'd 100% recommend this restaurant and will definitely be ordering again.

What a choice I live in Harrow and got delivery on uber eats the wings was amazing chips not a big fan off but wow on the wings. Bbq, buffalo and Thai wings. These are big pieces I ordered all 3 boxes couldn't finish them but loved it.

Very good wings, especially the buffalo and lemon life. I would expect more wings for the price point (comparable with central London) and £3.50 for frozen chips with peri seasoning on top of them is outrageous (albeit tasty)! Good food but the price point is too high in my opinion. If the pricing was lower or you got more wings then this would easily be 5*.

If you like buffalo wings this is a great spot, also their garlic parmesan wings are great. Could put a little more effort into the blue cheese sauce as it would have made the buffalo wing experience much better

Best wings in Watford! Don't get why people are complaining about the price, this isn't boss man wings meal. It's actually banging wings gourmet style and the peri salt chips are to die for !!! Highly recommended when you need a good cheeky meal

Amazing mango flavoured wings, peri peri chips was nice as well with a nice aroma and to top up were the hot churros for desert. Highly recommend.

They know their wings. Good portions. I recommend all of the flavours, you'll need to try each to determine your favourite. I'm partial to the Thai, but I'm sure you'll find your own taste.

I never had such an expensive wings in my life, i ordered two portions (£7 each) one had 6 wings and other had 7 wings. So i had 1 wing for £1. What a joke, so overpriced and taste was also normal. Not coming here again

Ordered Via Uber eats, food was really good, would recommend the buffalo wings and definitely the churros. Mac and cheese was also quite good. I would have given 5stars however food was ordered for 8-8:25 and arrived at 9:10. This aside, I would recommend, if the next order arrives promptly this will likely be amended. If any additional veg options were added to the menu like Fried halloumi accompanied by any sauces (buffalo, blue cheese, etc), I will likely order regularly as this fulfills the same quality of restaurants like BIRD in Camden.
