This is a message I sent to "The Three Willows Manager and Team" that I now share . Thank you for providing an excellent Sunday lunch on the occasion of my Mother's 92nd birthday at the end of January. We are so grateful for the care your staff gave to my largely immobile mother and opening up the marquee sides so she had a no-step access to the dining area was greatly appreciated. The portions were generous, all meals arrived at the same time with military precision and the food was great quality. Also the total meal bill was fairly priced. Despite an absolute storm raging outside your marquee was warm and acceptable. The Three Willows remains more of a favourite destination than ever, even after 45 years of sporadic patronage. Kali is so so sweet!! Love the concept of this restaurant and the food was so delicious 😍😍😍 probably some of the best airport food I've had. Wish I knew about this restaurant while in London 😅 I only discovered it at the airport lol

Simply asked for a table for two, was ignored by 5 members of staff as we walked in and waited. One waiter who came out the kitchen kindly acknowledged us and said he’d check with the manager behind the bar if they had availability.. the manager simply looked up and sarcastically said ‘no walk-ins’ after we were standing in his view for more than 5 minutes. Awful attitude and customer service, will not return.

Typical UK pub, average food served in a fast food style. Friendly staff and a lovely setting. However the food is just average, manly deep fried and not presented any better than a home cook.

First visit since change of "management". Nervous because it was very good then. Still is 👍 Sunday lunch was generously portioned, tasty and hot. Beef rare as detailed and lamb also delicious. My wife wanted another roast potat! Service throughout was exemplary from fitting us in when effectively fully booked to being told ask for that potato next time. And yes, there will be a next time.

Pre Ordered Earlier Tonight. Order was cancelled 5 mins before Collection. Absolutely Disgraceful. STAY AWAY. The place was closed when I went to complain.

New cook in Prince of wales started on Thursday 1st febuary all home made food amazing roast beef and apple crumble , others had the homemade lasagne chips and homemade coleslaw .will be eating there again very enjoyable . Come and try it 👍🏻

Real cosy vibe, exactly what you think of when you think of an old English pub.

We've driven past this place so many times but not visited until a recent Saturday evening. The buildings and rooms are well maintained and nicely decorated and, as has been said previously, the place is immaculate. We often pass comment on a pub when we see how the gardens/outdoor spaces are maintained and we would say that this is one of the best that we have seen ...other pubs should take not on how it should be done. It looks like a great place to visit and sit outside in summer. The overall impression is a casual pub with a relaxed atmosphere. The evening we visited it wasn't overly busy but I think that people are missing out on a well run pub. There is an attractive bar and plenty of seating if you want just to have a drink or if you are stopping for a meal. We wanted just a simple, medium price meal and were very pleased with what we got - we had viewed the menu online from home. We shared a starter and then had one pizza (very nice) and one burger (the very tasty burger patty and chips were way better than average) - both were excellent and the portions were ample. We both managed to squeeze in a desert too. All of the food (that should have been hot) was piping hot. For drinks, the Merlot was one of the better examples I have had in a pub for a long time. We thought that we got good value for money which is a tricky thing to find these days. We had a nice welcome and the bar/waiting team were friendly and efficient. We'll definitely visit again. Clean and tidy. Warm welcome. Good food and drink menu. Sadly we were kept awake till 4 am with music 🎶 coming from above. The sink in the en-suite did not have a plug
