Kali is so so sweet!! Love the concept of this restaurant and the food was so delicious 😍😍😍 probably some of the best airport food I've had. Wish I knew about this restaurant while in London 😅 I only discovered it at the airport lol

I was served by Filipe who was really wonderful. I accidentally forgot about my Itsu loyalty card after paying and she happily refunded and restarted my order just so I can get a point. Wishing her very well in the future

I had the pleasure of being served by Kali during my visit to Itsu, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I walked in. You can tell she takes pride in her work—everything was clean, well-organized, and she handled the busy rush with calm professionalism. It’s rare to come across someone so positive and efficient at the same time. Kali is a real asset to the team at Itsu!

Lovely customer service, was served by a lovely young gentleman called Riley and he was beyond happy helping us decide what to order.

At the end of all the Stansted chaos is a little oasis with seating and refreshments. Itsu never fails to supply and great service from the lovely Riley :)

While at Stansted today, I was craving some veggie sushi. Unfortunately, the lovely Kali (Cali)informed me that it was currently unavailable, but kindly offered me another delicious veggie option along with a free soup. What a wonderful start to my journey! I wish I could always be greeted with such warm and friendly service.

Eating at itsu today was a lovely experience. I always find journeys very stressful so it was very appreciated that Riley was so friendly and helpful today :) The food is delicious and the staff are all very friendly, definitely one of the best places in stansted you can go for a meal.

The food is really good and has a variety for everyone. What like most about the restaurant, is the kind service personnel. They are so nice and helpful all the time!! I definitely recommend!!!

Was given 5 star service by the staff on duty, food was quick and provided within minutes after ordering, gyoza were delicious and the grilled chicken bowl I ate were to die for!! Will definitely be coming here again as a blue lights card holder will wait for the day patiently again!!

Good itsu. Standard quality. The space is always crowded and too small to eat comfortably. They could do with a bit more space.

It's probably the best option at the airport. Our order got mixed up, but the nice lady at the counter sorted it out. Would eat here again.

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Kalispera at Itsu in Stansted, and what a gem she is! From the moment I walked up, her warm smile and positive energy made my day instantly better — a rare find in the whirlwind of airport travel. If every place had a Kalispera, the world would be a much better place. I told them I am allergic to lactose and asked for a flat white with oat milk, they used the same jug to steam the milk that they use for cows milk which is dangerous if someone is highly allergic to cows milk, I ended up wasting my money and having to throw it away, because they didn’t do anything even though I told them.

it’s important that itsu stansted is also reviewed.. i enjoyed this pile of dumplings i received and ate them in spoons yayyy

Great Breakfast and Excellent Service at Itsu Stansted! I had a great experience at Itsu Stansted during breakfast. The food was fresh and delicious, a perfect start to the day. The service was also outstanding—everything was well-prepared and served quickly. A special mention to the morning staff, especially the attendant who helped me. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better.

They charge you almost 2£, to eat at their place. Its an airport, not a cafe. Suchi tasted ok!

I would like to give a big thanks for the amazing service I received from Felipa; she was just fantastic. I was confused about what order; she just gave me a few options, and together, we found healthy and good food options.

Overpriced fairly tasteless sushi and an extra 20% to sit down. Definitely not worth it.

I had an excellent experience at the Itsu shop at Stansted Airport. The food was fresh, delicious, and exactly what I needed for a quick and healthy meal before my flight. A special shout-out to Tomas, Evan, and Martin, who went above and beyond with their service. They were incredibly friendly, efficient, and attentive, making sure everything was perfect during my visit. Tomas greeted me with a warm smile, Evan was super helpful when I had questions about the menu, and Martin made sure the entire place was running smoothly. Their teamwork and professionalism truly stood out, and they made the experience even better. Highly recommend stopping by this Itsu location for great food and even better service!

My avo rolls were good but had to pick through the whole batch as some barely had any avocado or were falling apart which was disappointing. It was a clean branch, staff keep on top of cleaning that they threw my brand new coffee away & didnt offer to replace it which was annoying since I spent 20 minutes queuing at nero for it. The lady was very unapologetic which wasn’t a great start given it was 5.30am!!!

A good choice of Asian-style meals. The sushi is good and the noodles too.

As a regular Itsu customer, I’m always impressed by the fresh and healthy options available. The sushi and hot dishes are delicious, and it’s perfect for a quick lunch on the go. The staff are always friendly, and the service is fast. The prices are fair, though I sometimes wish the portions were a bit larger. Overall, Itsu is my go-to for tasty, nutritious food when I’m short on time.
