The best restaurants in West Thurrock and South Stifford Thurrock East of England

The table was dirty with old food all over it and sticky. It was only 10am on a Sunday too. The glasses arrived filthy and when putting the drink in there was floating black bits so had to ask for new drinks which we drank from the bottles. The food arrived and was just warm not hot. The only redeeming factor was my eggs benedict was nice. My partner tried to speak to the waiter who was incredibly rude and just walked straight past whilst he was talking and he was aware we were talking to him. There is also no uniform as staff are wearing what looks like tracksuit bottoms and band hoodies which doesn't look presentable. I wouldn't return. ADD ON - My issue was not with the wear of your staff it was mainly how filthy the restaurant was and the staff are rude.

We had our son’s 21st birthday party at the fleet and it was brilliant. The staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough for us and the Dj was superb too. We will definitely be using again for all future parties

A great pub in between Thurrock & Grays, a nice place to watch a good football match as they have plenty of big screens, fast service & darts + pool too.

on way past and fancy a doungnut stood looking to see what to have and the young girl was biting her nails and playing with her hair then touching the food no gloves not even washed her hand so i choose not to buy one

Good atmosphere and the customer service was outstanding. A special thanks to Manii and Shihab who was super welcoming and attentive during our birthday celebration. External cakes, however, are not allowed on the premises which was a shame. Hardly ANY vegetarian options which were disappointing therefore had to get basic stir fry which tasted basic. A nice warm atmosphere in general. If vegetarian options are expanded, can be a place I’ll potentially visit again.

The service was wonderful. The waitress, Kayleigh, served our table quite well; she was polite and attentive. Food and drinks were fantastic, and the prices were reasonable. It was an enjoyable experience, and I will do it again. 10/10

I’d give this place a zero if I could , the coffee was below average and the granola pot was ok but it come with dirty old spoon all stained up , asked for a new one and that was just as bad! Floors and walls are just pure filthy , and the windows look like they get washed by children playing in mud baths , there is no excuse for a major establishment to be like this these days . We actually didn’t finish our food and drink because we felt dirty inside there . The servers was very slow and was very rude when you tried to have a simple conversation.

The staff is really nice, especially Nina, who deserves a raise in my opinion.

Rude staff. Don’t have any Seasonal drinks on offer.

Food was terrible here, lukewarm and tasted awful. I would rather visit the many other outlets in the food court. Save your money as it’s not cheap either
