Bad customer service and rude tm. If you are not even willing to say hi or can’t even smile to people then leave the job and find something else. Train your team members properly

Visit here every single day and have the subscription, was refused my 2nd drink of the day today. Showed the barista the app, showed it was active and that I had paid for it. Sadly, won’t be going back again now. Thanks to the team for your great service last few months.

New lady saw serving coffe looks Asian probably . Been having coffe since 10 years but she made worst coffee 2 times and bad behaviour

Extremely helpful and friendly staff! Went to have a breakfast plenty of choices and everything was fresh! Egg and avocado breakfast baguette was delicious and porridge was pipping hot! Absolutely loved it!

Overpriced machine coffee that's twice the price of McDonald's and tastes actually worse (in my opinion). Costa Coffee opposite is a far better choice for premium-priced coffee. You really are paying for the brand and not much else. Service was unwelcoming. Should really be doing better. Plenty of seating and generally clean.

This was a nice, good sized Pret in the busy Lakeside Mall. I got a nice Chai Latte, cinnamon roll and a lovely beef and gherkin sandwich. The sandwich was so good. Savoury and sour, just the way I like it! The Chai latte was not bad. And the cinnamon roll was soft and delicious. My friend enjoyed his meal too.

Served quickly but the coffee took a while to arrive. The lady behind the till is very efficient and polite and the seating area was clean and comfortable. Have to say though that £18.53 for two baguettes and two drinks is very expensive even in this day and age. It's not like they were the priciest items on the menu either.

I have been all must 5 years regulate customer to that branch. Big thank you fo all staff.

I've been having this Jambon-Beurre from Pret for the past 10 yrs. Can't believe the poor quality ingredients I've been given for £3.99 today.Watery,tasteless ham(not jambon) and expired taste like gherkins in a one sided buttered sourdough roll. Has Pret A Manger had to drop this much their standards to survive the market? Well,I for one, won't be buying again from them and after reading the reviews here, its not even worth going back with it to express my disappointment as it seems they don't care .

Thank you for making my day! Every morning I am greeted with a smile and best smoothie! What else can I ask for?! Brilliant team, especially for Tatiana who is so fast, polite and professional!! On their recommendation I have tried the new breakfast bowl!! The almond butter make it so creamy !!

Had just a black coffee and was lovely. Not too strong. And the yoghurt and fruit small but taste. But my only complaint is you only get a reward bean per transaction. Unlike other coffee places.

Excellent coffee and even better staff. I visit this store almost everyday and have never been disappointed with the food, waiting times or waiting for a seat. Highly recommended!

I think Pret policy is not to provide toilet to customers. Exactly the same note and print from different Pret locations saying the same message that the toilet is broken.

This is the second time I visited Pret a Manger within few week and both occasion coffees were very badly made.

This really is a fast food and drink location. As you approach, you can see how busy the place is and decide to grab a bite and a coffee and sit, or wait to sit if full. On occasions, during busy times apart from seating being difficult to obtain, the tables are not always clean and sometimes sticky.

Great service - you never wait long for your coffee at pret.

Me and my husband decided to have some tea. We met such a friendly staff there. Ishmael made my day, he was always smiling, open and friendly. He delivered a great customer service. Ishmael and best tea I've ever tasted will keep me coming back.

What a great customer service and overall experience I got today at this Pret branch. The guy who served me was Ishmael, and people like him should be put as an example of amazing quality customer service. This guy made my day, how nice it is to be greeted not only with a hello, but also a great genuine smile and to hear him ask “How are you?” This guy made my day. Made my feel at home. This is why I always go to Pret.

Prices are similar to Waitrose next door but not as good in quality. I will probably avoid it now as a lunch option.

Pret a manger in Lakeside is the best coffee place in my area as well as the best customer service you can get at any time of the day ....the whole team is amazing, so friendly, always with a smile on their faces ....it deserves recognition and the company needs to know ...I always wanted to write a review as a regular , happy and satisfied customer , and I am glad that I did today 😊 ☺

This use to do good coffee from what I remember post covid now the coffee is just flat and has no taste or aroma. My recent experience wasn't great.

Very good place to have coffee and brunch

You don't really find all the food from the menu,so there are not many options for the allergies. For example,not for the dairy free ,as the majority contains milk and cheese.

Overall the visit will only get 3 stars due to the mess that is constantly on the floor in the foyer. Lids, spoons, napkins I'm sure if you look hard enough you will find pieces of 8 somewhere. Food is not bad quality but the price is stupidly high for the amount you're receiving. Customer service was not much better, was shouted at unpolitly from behind the till to get surved and pay by the operative. Uniform of the current service staff looked tired discoloured and needed updating ASAP.

Had a wonderful morning coffee here. Was going to go to Costa but was not open yet. So glad we came here instead. The service was really quick and staff so friendly. There's a great selection if cakes and light lunches as well of drinks if course. The dark chocolate brownie was absolutely delicious!

I have not visited before but was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food. My flat white coffee was the best I've had for a while. The team were quick, clean and polite. Smiley and seemingly happy. It was busy so they had to all be well trained. Congratulations to all the team that were on today. Exceeded expectations.

I like Pret a lot. Consistent good quality and wherever I go the stuff is kind. The Lakeside Pret is no exepction. Everything was great!

Great coffee love their creamy smooth cappuccino freshly made baguettes my local one is at either Lakeside shopping centre essex or Stratford International stn but whatever one you choose it will be great food at reasonable prices

Organic coffee is really the only coffee we should be consuming and I am amazed Starbucks does not champion organic coffee. Tastes better and purer.
