A proper village pub. Hosted our Stowmarket Striders trail run and the pub/drink/food was enjoyed by many. And a very friendly welcome from the landlord and landlady.

Closed on a Friday night end of May, looked deserted and may have closed down!?

Their 7 course tasting menu was top notch, as was their service! Definitely a place to go for special occasions or a fancy night out.

We had a fantastic meal last night here, I had the fillet steak & my husband had haddock & chips he was really pleased as the skin had been taken off the fish & he was able to eat it all. My steak was
