The best restaurants in St Edmundsbury East of England

Food - horrible Drinks ran out of most ordered one finally but came nothing like the picture to have kids sprinkles on top not a cherry. AwfulBad atmosphere 50% off pizza night they had nothing but gluten free bases with limited toppings and looked nothing like advertised looked like a £1 frozen pizza from Iceland at best. Disappointment. Shall not be returning anytime soon!!!!!!!

Waiting for absolutely ages for our food, filthy restaurant, our food order was wrong and the staff looked like they couldn't care less. They definitely weren't in a rush to get the orders out.

Food disgusting , cold chips were like cardboard had to call to complain, the only thing they're good for is the bin, don't recommend on any level

It was a great atmosphere, and the price was RIGHT, manager is fast and furious at making food will definitely go back here again

I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS!!! Me and my sister visited kaspa’s in Bury St Edmunds for a waffle dessert and two teas. My sister asked if she could also have a tap water with some ice, shockingly she was told “no, as we can’t charge you for ice.” I’m sorry but you are a multi million pound company who, let’s be honest, should allow your customers to have ice in a tap water if requested. This was my first visit to your dessert restaurant and will most certainly be my last. We asked to speak to a manager who then proceeded to give my sister a whole glass of ice (begrudgingly) but not before telling us, it’s not company policy 🤦🏻‍♀️ I think based on the reviews I have read, the staff need to be up skilled in the term customer service. I would like to add that the bucket the cutlery came in was utterly disgusting 🤢 perhaps rather than having 5 staff standing behind the bar chatting you should take some care in keeping the restaurant up to scratch.

Lovely friendly place with the best hot chocolate!! Thank you to Becky at the cafe who was so accommodating and friendly. I had 2 little ones with me who kept themselves busy playing on the soft play whilst I could talk to hubby and have a drink. 5 min peace means the world!! Will be back again next week.

Toilet, rubbish, shocking!!! I arrived at 12.15am and was informed that I wasn't allowed in, I'd just finished work and fancied a quick pint before I went to my hotel. The doorman informed me that it was after midnight ( surely I know that,as I'm quite aware of the time) !!!! .If you advertise that you are open until 1am then ......,either you are not open as advertise or your doorman is turning away trade? MAYBE I could understand if I was a teenager or drunk, I'm nearly 60 and like I've previously stated had just finished work, I'd love to here from the management to explain.

Avoid at all costs, if they aren't forgetting to put everything in your meal, then they are giving you small over cooked chicken or just drumsticks with no breast meat. Every take away meal we have had from here has had an issue. You can't even phone them to complain. It's a shambles

Went in. No queue, no one waiting for coffee. Place was grubby. There were FIVE members of staff all hanging around the same area talking about a film. They didn't acknowledge my presence or take my order. I waited patiently but they just carried on chatting and chatting and chatting. In the end I walked out and took my business to another cafe and I suggest you do the same. It can only be down to BAD management and people not caring about their job.

Ordered on the app where it clearly states that all kebabs come with salad and when it turned up, I had 3 plain kebabs and some reheated warm chips… for £40! When I called up he said I should have told him I wanted salad in case I had an allergy. 1st time order, last time order. 0.5 stars for customer service.

Never known a drive thru where I've had to wait 25 minutes to get my food and then receive a burger instead of a wrap, a chicken leg as a chicken fillet and a corn of the cob instead of mash. Will not be going back, much rather a BP sandwich.

Listen .. I am a fair reviewer and always give the benefit of the doubt to local small businesses .. we had, Sting Rolls, Hit and Spicy Ribs, Special Chow Mien, Chilli Beef, Special Fried Rice and I can honestly say it was the worse load of unseasoned tasteless awful stooge I have ever tasted. We put the lot in the bin. No wonder they only accept telephone orders .. we thought we would have a change from Noodle King, big mistake, you have been warned

Popped in here to get a latte to keep me warm watching football training. I asked for a medium latte with one shot. The cup I was given was tiny and the coffee so strong and bitter I threw it away after one sip. I'm assuming the employee was new and was serving poorly made coffee out of ignorance, because my boyfriend recommended the coffee and he know I like it milky and mild.

one of the workers absolutely reeked they weighed about 700 pounds and took up the corridors making my 6 year old daughter pass out and get flattened the worker then proceeded to shush my flat daughter this was a sad experience and will never be coming back thanks
