Pizza Hut in St Edmundsbury

one of the workers absolutely reeked they weighed about 700 pounds and took up the corridors making my 6 year old daughter pass out and get flattened the worker then proceeded to shush my flat daughter this was a sad experience and will never be coming back thanks

Every time we have ordered from Pizza Hut delivery in Bury St Edmunds it’s been a disaster, never again will I order from them. Last order took 1 hour 20 minutes, three calls to the branch, we were told the driver is lost, the driver is five minutes away, the driver is ten minutes away. To follow a post code with a sat nav is not rocket science, however this driver as all the other times can’t do this, he was looking for our house a few miles away, so after 1 hour 20 minutes the cold pizza arrived and was ceremoniously put into the bin and we ordered elsewhere which was delivered in 25 minutes, hot and without lies as to where the driver was looking for our house. Pizza Hut, you are a disgrace to the food industry

Decided to try Pizza Hut instead of Dominos. Ordered my food and was happy with pricing and excited. Tracker said it would take about 40 minutes which was fine. Gets to the time my pizza is supposed to be here and I end up waiting another half an hour so roughly one hour and twenty minutes. Driver finally arrives and I got a mumbled apology! I tend not to complain because I used to work a similar job and understand at times it can get busy but it was ridiculous. Pizza was cold, sides were warm but greasy ( I had potato wedges and cheesy triangles). Realised after the driver had left that they had forgotten my drink as well. I won’t be ordering from here any time soon. Especially when I know I can get piping hot yummy food from Dominos in twenty five minutes.

The worst and most disgusting grease soaked slop of pizza ive ever had, ordered the first 2 for delivery sent them back, 2nd two turned up and just as bad we managed 4 bits and chucked the rest, what ever you do, do not order pizza from here, waste of £20, disgusting, local kebab shop pizzas are better, even the delivery guy looked grossed out and didnt want to touch the pizzas he was taking back, AVOID.
