KFC in St Edmundsbury

Never known a drive thru where I've had to wait 25 minutes to get my food and then receive a burger instead of a wrap, a chicken leg as a chicken fillet and a corn of the cob instead of mash. Will not be going back, much rather a BP sandwich.

Disgraceful! My friend and I went to get dinner here, we ordered the popcorn chicken meal and gravy mega box. The chicken in the gravy mega box was completely raw. STILL LOOKED LIKE IT WAS ALIVE AND BEATING. This is the second time this has happened and is not acceptable. I work in the food industry so I KNOW it was very much raw. The manager proceeded to tell us that the chicken was raw and safe to eat. This has made us very angry as that is very bad and is very bad standards for a fast food restaurant. DO NOT RECOMMEND

After a stressful visit to the emergency vet called in for a takeout at 9:30 on a Friday night. Went into the restaurant and they bizarrely asked us to use the drive thru. Got straight back in the car, drove up to the order point & was told they were closed. Absolute joke!!

Never get what you actually order there’s always something missing. Any offers they put on get changed once people start going again, cleanliness is not their strong point inside or outside of this location.
