never got food say was dropped off at19.10 still no food by 1945 had called shop told 10 min still no food

Meal was ordered at 4.55pm with an expected time of 5.55. It actually turned up at 6.58 !!!

i pre-ordered at 10:15 on a Sunday Morning & I had tracking for my delivery & the food was excellent

Small portions, obviously old food reheated, this was not nice at all . I won’t order from them again

The driver was very rude to one of the neighbours after the driver had driven up the path and across the grass of other neighbours front gardens. A neighbour confronted him about the incident where the driver then was aggressive and very rude. Hopefully the owner will see this message!!

My first time ordering tonight. Was easy and straightforward online. The dumplings were top notch. My daughter asked for 2nd helping of the noodles. Rice was fluffy, fresh but maybe a little bland, but was really nice. Portion sizes are great, we have enough for lunch tomorrow too. Guy on the phone was polite and lovely. Will definitely be ordering again.

Time 8.21 pm and still waiting for my meal that should have arrived at 6.20 pm, I called the restaurant at 7.30 pm and was informed that my delivery would be with me in 15 minutes, and I am still waiting. Looks like I going to have to order a pizza instead. Well I blowed my order has just turned up, no sorry from the driver, just rang the door bell and left on the door step and drove off . Not good?

Delivery Fast, Food hot, Quality not great... Duck dish had about 10% meat, which were tiny little scraps.

Ordered before it opened, confirmed via e-mail and ready at time they said it would be. Food was hot and delicious even after 15 min journey back home.

Ordered at 16:30 and was ready to collect at 16:50! All delicious, thank you.

We ordered our food at 18:05 and it was delivered at 20:00. Our estimated food arrival was estimated between 18:45 and 19:05. I rang at 19:25 and was told that food was on its way and would be 10 minutes. Half an hour went by and our food had not arrived. I rang again and I was told he would contact the driver. Very disappointed. We also had items missing.

Ordered online as stated 35-45mins delivery. When ordered this changed to an hour. That came and went so called to see how much longer as we had children that were now very hungry. Was told 10-15mins as it was on its way and if it hadn’t turned up by then to speak to the manager. Another half an hour later we call again and the guy puts the phone down on us. We’d been polite etc, we just wanted a realistic time that it would be delivered so no need to put the phone down. It eventually turned up 2hrs 22mins later. All cold. We’re 8 mins drive away. If they had been honest we would’ve collected no problem. We requested a partial refund as £50 spent on cold food that was hours late is not acceptable and they refused. We won’t be using this Chinese again as this is the second time we’ve been treated like this. The first time we were missing the wraps for the duck and they wouldn’t respond at all and it had taken forever to get what did turn up. But they’ve had another chance now, we’ll Give our money elsewhere in future.

Always arrives on time, food is hot and delicious. Not sure why there’s so many bad reviews unless they’re false or bots, I’ve ordered multiple times and never had an issue and I’m quite far out from bury yet they still deliver on time.

Food arrived over two hours after placing order, over an hour after the predicted time. Phoned the restaurant they had poor communication and lack of knowledge on drivers location. Food was cold by arrival

1 hr for delivery we were told. 2 1/2 later it turns up. 100% the food was reheated from the night before or even leftovers from earlier in the week. I hate wasting food and I had to throw my whole £30 worth of food in the bin

It took over 2 hours for delivery. As a type 1 diabetic I need to time my insulin for when I eat. Dinner being over an hour late certainly didn’t help

Food ordered 18:28 with a suggested delivery time of 19:25-19:45. We were then told 20:15 when chased, then 20:30, then they put phone down on us. It arrived at 20:50 some 2:22mins after the suggested delivery of 35-45mins. And it was cold. £48 spent

Delivery was a joke, contacted the restaurant n spoke to I think was the manager, to complain bout the delivery for taking ages, I done this through just eat. I Ordered mixed battered balls which tasted like they was reheated the chow mein had a strange taste, I chucked most of it away, I ended up having a poorly stomach

they marked as delivered twice when it hadn't. everytime I called they just said it's coming. I understand it may be to do with stats and service, but being realistic with times is probably best then it won't irritate customers. you should have a delivery within 2.5hrs rather than a 25-40mins. it did eventually turn up, but by then I ordered elsewhere as I assumed it wasn't arriving.

Called the stored to find out where the food was, was told it had left already but would be another 10 minutes. Food was cold when it arrived, had to microwave the food we thought was edible, which was the noodles, chicken and ribs, binned all else

It was delivery and not eat in so I have been real generous with the Atmosphere rating. This Chinese food WS at least 2-3 days old. It looked wrong and didn’t even smell of anything and was dry and tasteless. I called to complain. I think a lot of people clearly do as the guy who answered was really practiced at not caring and seemed aware that his food was gross. We didn’t eat it, it just looked old and off and not safe.

Just impressed with the quality and that the food was hot! Great.

Delivered on time, food ok but for some reason the 1/4 duck was chopped up really fine and in a tin foil dish so had no crispy element to it which was a shame.

Food was over an hour late. The poor delivery driver called me to apologise as she'd just been give my order and saw the time I ordered it. Food was luke warm at best. don't expect to order a meal and have to re-heat it before I can eat it

Over 2 hours to get the wrong order sent to us! 4 phone calls chasing the order, 3 times lied to on delivery times for the wrong meal to be delivered! Absolutely abysmal seservice. This will be the last time we will ever order from here. I cancelled order at 2 hours (10pm at this point), I requested a refund which was denied. I'll be moving service process away from Just Eat also. Order at your own risk, you might get your food? You might not!

I can’t comment on the quality because the order was still hasn’t arrived! If a restaurant can not meet the time scheduled. Don’t be on just eat. Not good enough. And it’s a reflection on Just eat!

delivered the wrong food over an hour late. Got somebody else's order. GDPR failure as I had their telephone number and address. Called them and they had our order, address and telephone number. Completed incompetent!!! Absolutely awful!!! Will never use again and should be struck off the app

What happened? This used to be my favorite Chinese, but it's gone downhill.. It used to take 45 minutes at most to deliver, but we received it 2 and half hours later after ordering. According to the driver, there's ONE cook running the entire kitchen! If you can't deal with so many orders, stop taking them. I really don't like to leave bad reviews but it's pretty bad. I don't want to have to give up on them, the food is amazing (hence 2 stars) UPDATE 3/24 - I didn't want to give up on them so I tried them again a few times over the last 9 months, and service seems to have improved, though still not the best. I waited between 45-80 minutes
