Best fish and chips we have had for ages freshly cooked it was to die for the fish was so meaty and the chips delicious we find it easier to pre book and then just pick it up

I had my grandson over and he wanted fish and chips. I decided to have a pie with chips, big mistake the crust was hard and the filling was not cooked through very grisly, chips tasted like they had been re..heated and were Luke warm. It has put me of going their again.

This place Used to be good, sadly no longer. Do not waste your time on going here, plenty of better fish and chip shops in the area. One word sums up the food here terrible

AWFUL AGAIN The staff are mainly packing up takeaway orders so as usual long queues to order and again nothing cooked or prepared, the previous time I ordered online but I still had to wait. As far as the food was concerned, stale chip and didn't have haddock (a fish and chip shop with no fish) Ordered and paid for large chips got home to find a child's portion. This is my third bad experience, apparently there's "new management" this chippy used to be brilliant. Never again, I wouldn't advise going here based my experiences.

Me and my family came in and ordered 4 large fish & chip meals, it was absolutely delicious! The staff were really friendly, and the new manager was lovely, definitely recommend this fish and chip shop since new management has taken over!!

Chips were stale and off tasting. The fish batter was burnt and overcooked. Portion of fish was round and not like a portion of cod, although fish itself tasted ok. Did not finish chips as so bad. Paid over £8 as well. Very disappointing

Chips were cardboard, had presumably been sitting around for sometime, clearly no quality control going on here, very poor.

This time the fish was limp and batter soft. The chips were barely warm and like the fish, were limp. For £7.70 I expect better and larger portions.

A tasteless fish and chips.. dry chips... had to fight to get a mug of tea. The outer kitchen (where the teas and coffees are made) looked in great need of a high pressure hose... The young woman that took our order was short, fat and spotty, totally unsmiling and dedicated to being unhelpful... grumpy and snappy when asked a direct question.. My partner ordered a salad.. a bland and tasteless salad. We were allowed mugs for our tea at the third time of asking... one was dirty.. What a disaster!

I'm not sure how you can turn up to Tesco's cafe before it opens when your food delivering it's cold. How can it be cold? You're better off going to the burger van on Holland road. At least the food hot absolutely! Revolting

Sunday lunch was beautiful. Booked for 2 at 12.30pm. It got busy quite quickly but well worth the wait. Roast turkey was moist and not dry at all. Stuffing was tasty. We both thoroughly enjoyed it.

Thought we were going to have lunch in an old interesting pub. Wrong. It was all closed up & couldn't see a notice to tell us otherwise. Shame.
