Went in. No queue, no one waiting for coffee. Place was grubby. There were FIVE members of staff all hanging around the same area talking about a film. They didn't acknowledge my presence or take my order. I waited patiently but they just carried on chatting and chatting and chatting. In the end I walked out and took my business to another cafe and I suggest you do the same. It can only be down to BAD management and people not caring about their job.

Everytime we head out on a trip we talk about popping in to the drive in and we say maybe it’s improved but alas. I don’t understand how they just can’t run it? 15 mins sitting in the drive in from order to getting our coffee and toasties. It’s ridiculous. Then they get it wrong. No chocolate in the mocha, forgot a toastie. Please please bring Costa drive in to bury!!

Slow motion coffee is how you would describe it. If your expecting a quick service then go elsewhere. Staff not interested are too busy talking or adjusting hair and checking phones while making coffee. Definitely the slowest service ever. AVOID.

Can never get a order right your write messages they don’t even read them you purchase food and they don’t even send you the food out fair enough your out of stock of this item it’s called picking up a phone and ringing the customer but even when you ring the store no one pick ups cause The whole store is run by kids with no experience I’m sorry the area manager should be ashamed to called it there store

Ordered a tall latte to go - supposed to be two shots of coffee as standard - I ended up with light brown coloured hot milk. Couldn’t taste coffee at all. What a waste of £3.20. Not the first time this has happened either. Need to get their machines serviced.

Clearly nowhere near enough staff. The drive through didn’t move in the 5 minutes we waited so teen went in. Then sat waiting for her for another 15 minutes. Just for 3 drinks. I would have left but she was in there with my phone to pay and I was in the car with young children. Could’ve gone into Tesco Costa and got drinks and left quicker, which is what I’ll be doing in future!

Asked for a drink, a venti latte with an extra shot and gave my name, waited for my drink...no problem....my drink was put on the counter she called out the wrong drink and the wrong name so I didn't pick it up....after sitting there a while and calling out the drink again this time by the correct drink name but no person name I asked is this the drink for me and gave my name, she snapped back if it's a 4 shot venti latte then yes! I told her that she'd called it a skinny latte and said another person's name and I was accused of mishearing her twice, no apology or hint of customer service, just the staff chatting amongst themselves as to what a pain I was for being there! Last vist here then! Support local instead

My husband and I drove in here and the drive through had a long line so we tried to go in the lobby and they said the lobby was closed because the drive through was too busy?? I mean if you have a lobby, then how can you run a business when you randomly close when you’re busy?? It was bizarre.

Staff couldn’t care less. No urgency, no manners. No customer service. No apology from anyone, even after their mistakes. They questioned my order when I had to return the cold coffees with the incorrect milk. I am also a gold member but they charged us for oat milk and syrup.

Have used Mr Kebab on several occasions with the odd problem but not an issue. But last night was a disaster. Found there had a new website to order though was awful to use and unable to track - should of stop there but no- delivery scheduled for 8pm a little later than I would of liked but there you go. It turned up at 945 , just an 1 and 45 Minutes late it was cold to the core absolutely discussed with the start of the order to the end.

Forgot chips food was stone cold bag soggy and ripped chips probably fell out bottom missing chips waste of 35 you pay a service fee and whatever else and they can’t even get the order right
