Long time customer, the food is always fresh and tasty. There was a technical glitch with the online order I placed recently, but Jack the manager did everything he could to make it right. It's probably best to place orders via phone or in person, rather than online. Totally worth it, staff is great and the sushi is excellent. 5 stars. Will buy again.

Popped on for lunch with friends, had drinks at the bar and the barman Jamie was really helpful with the wine selection

Very welcoming and attentive staff. Food was amazing and came out steaming hot. We were fasting and it was really nice of the staff to be so accommodating.

First time meal here pre Miles Jupp at the Eric Morecambe Theatre . Had an excellent meal with very friendly and efficient service given by Siri . Would certainly recommend and will go again .

great staff and atmosphere however lately the upstairs is closed at least 2 hours before closing which is fairly inconvenient.

Hands down the tastiest burgers around! Perfectly cooked, full of flavour, and served with a smile. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is spot on. Can’t recommend it enough for a top-notch meal!

First time visiting the Harpenden Arms but certainly won’t be our last had Sunday beef roast dinner which was delicious the staff were fantastic and very attentive

Brilliant curry, even made a garlic chilli chicken masala despite not being on the menu and was spot on. Good atmosphere and good price, cannot complain

Stopped off here on the way back from work. Was served immediately! Kind staff. Considerate and helpful.

Served great pizzas but i've eaten better ones. The pizza was nice and crispy, not too cheesy, just the right consistency. There was also no crust (but i think you can customise it). Service was also great in general, cery friendly staff and always there to help us. The atmosphere was quite good. Overall nice place and its good if you like some nice hot pizzas.
