Long time customer, the food is always fresh and tasty. There was a technical glitch with the online order I placed recently, but Jack the manager did everything he could to make it right. It's probably best to place orders via phone or in person, rather than online. Totally worth it, staff is great and the sushi is excellent. 5 stars. Will buy again.

Very welcoming and attentive staff. Food was amazing and came out steaming hot. We were fasting and it was really nice of the staff to be so accommodating.

We were given a voucher for our anniversary for this pub that we had always driven past but never had chance to go in. The staff were so friendly and looked like they knew some of the customers well. They were very good at given us ideas from the specials board that evening. We had lovely waiters and waitresses. The steak was the best steak and chips I've ever had in my life. My husband got the shnitzel which was also yummy. The drinks were great too. Especially the cocktails. You make the best paloma 👏 Deffinatley want to come back again! Thank you for giving us a great evening in your pub!

Family of 3 for a lunch sitting on bank holiday for our anniversary. It really wasn’t that busy with about 10 covers and 3 members of staff but it was all over the place. We waited 20 minutes to get our drinks order and everyone was chasing for drinks, food and their bills. Not sure I’ll return

I came here with my Mother, as we love a coffee together, from the outside this place looks like it will be something special, our experience here was not. The table was dirty, cups left on the tables, the table had stains on it. It was only cleaned when I took the cups off of the table and asked for a cloth so that I could clean it. When it was eventually cleaned it wasn't done with a welcoming smile. Coffee flavour is average. I would not recommend this coffee house, based on lack of cleanliness, organisation of cleaning disused tables, and the average quality of coffee served. There much better options within Harpenden that make this place seem like amateurs in terms of quality. It's marketed as a "speciality" coffee house, I would argue strongly against that, as there is no speciality coffee on the whole menu. 0/10

Had a great experience few days ago visiting with family! The service was excellent—Lucy was especially friendly and helpful, making sure everything was just right. I also got to try a new pizza I hadn’t had before, and it was delicious. Definitely coming back!

I think the food here is very good, The spices and flavours are balanced by chefs who clearly know what they are doing. The food is fresh, tasty and very enjoyable. With welcoming waiters and a relaxed atmosphere i recommend this Indian restaurant

The food is incredibly tasty, drinks were strong (always a positive), and the staff were very friendly. Honestly this place is such a hidden gem, very unassuming on the outside but had such a lovely meal and great time. I had a good laugh with the staff and highly recommend their pasta dishes and pistachio desserts!

Not good. It rests on its prime location and the staff put in next to no attempt to be pleasant or really anything that might make a visit worth it. They'll depend on passing trade who know no better. But the whole vibe is all about making no effort and on top of that the menu sucks. The portions are tiny. Really disappointed.

Depressing, so best for a quick take out! Seems to be attracting rough 'n ready groups of young men - recently other Costa in town is preferable. The staff appear 100% bored too...
