I’ve ordered a lot normally really good hot food last couple of times the food is cold

Tasty food but service isn’t great and our order got messed up

When I called up he was very ignorant and very cheeky and acted smart still placed a order for chicken nuggets and chips I ordered 2 off them said it’ll be around 10 minutes after half an hour I then called up again and no answer called again 45 minutes later and they said 5 minutes 15 minutes later just arrived took it in and then opened it up and they’ve sent me chicken on a bone not what I ordered phoned up and tried to speak to them about it to replace it and the man was very cheeky and then hang up the phone please do not order from here unless its collection and you see them eat it

Me and my friend had a kebab each and a piece of chicken, the kebab was freezing cold and zero taste would never eat from there again 👌, chicken was OK not the best

This restaurant is Atesh, a fairly new Turkish offering on station road, harps. Only good things to say about our first visit this eve. Great list of cocktails, fabulous food, lovely ambience and attentive service. Will be back for the spicy sausage for sure!

Food is good and service excellent! Just wanted to give some advice to improve on the takeaway container, better to use the Paper container because the foam has melted with hot chips. The rest is all good. Thanks

Genuinely love a Pinarz take-away as a treat after a hard day's work. We usually get deliveries. Phone ordering is easy and food arrives pretty quickly. Food is great quality. Zero complaints

Absolutely love this place and have got to know the staff over the last 3 years who are always friendly and chatty. If you want a takeaway, amongst other options, the chicken shish wraps are excellent - freshly cooked in front of you on an open grill, lots of good quality salad and a very tasty, slightly spicy, homemade sauce. Portion size is good and a healthy option. End of December, arrived back after a long day in London for son's birthday and needed quick option late at night, so popped in. Got asked where we'd been, explained bday and son's meal was offered as a birthday treat! I thought this was fabulous and generous of them, I mean, who else gives free takeaways in Harpenden for a birthday!! Thank you Pinarz and for continued great service.

Mixed shish kebab tastes great, and is priced better than alternatives locally.

Large chicken shish was very nice only thing missing is that they dont do coleslaw and barbecue sauce but still very nice

Poor service. Stay away from the doner meat! It’s more bone than meat. Crunchy kebab and even risk getting shards of animal bone from your teeth!! Never again

I go to Pinarz all the time. Their food is great! Never disappointed & the owner is really nice. I usually wait at least 5 minutes for them to prepare the food (depending on how busy it is).

Best kebab in town - not too greasy or fatty, and really tasty. Pitta cooked to perfection, and plenty of good quality salad. Recommend the cheesy chips - delicious!

By far the best burgers in town. Everything always tastes fresh which is refreshing compared to the 're-animated' feel you get from food at other fast food outlets. Great service and competitive prices!

Shish kebabs and chicken wraps are lovely and it's the only place I'll order a burger from in Harpenden. The guys in here are always friendly even when busy.

Best donner kebab you will have and their chili sauce is the best chilli sauce around, especially when the both are put together.
